I went to krispy KReme last night( drive thu) around 8ish with my husband. what a rude experience we received. the young man who took my order messed it up and that's ok because things happen ! but the rude young lady who handed me my order was beyond rude! she was mean to us for absolutely no reason. she continued to be rude for a mistake someone else made . my coffee was still wrong and I didn't even bother drinking it! I think it's time we hold our employees accountable for treating people like this for me reason! read more

The greatest donut shop ever! Great pastries and coffee, good prices, fast service. And of course, HOT DONUTS!

Worth the wait? I just really don't get it... Saturday night and there's an almost 30 minute wait for doughnuts! And ones that are really not all that! Plus they got my order wrong. I asked for a lemon-filled and got some wimpy, plain, tasteless doughnut instead. The only reason I went there was because it was on my way to another place I was going to and I was really wanting LEMON... Oh well, live and learn. I doubt if I will return. Nice try! read more

It's quite a ways to get donuts here. However we go occasionally. Sometimes servers act less than pleased to serve you. I get it, they aren't as excited as we are for the donuts. I guess if you work around them all the time you would feel that way. Don't know how though! Anyway, store is usually clean, there is a good variety, and they are fresh. BUT, I was disenchanted when I saw that donuts are made fresh daily and anything left over is thrown away. STOP!!! Most of the time I eat these two or three days out. They are still very good. These donuts should be taken to nursing homes, fire stations, police departments and animal shelters for the staff. If you cannot transport they should be able to come and get them. So very wasteful. Other than those few things, I like getting donuts there because of the variety. read more

My Mom went three times to get the Halloween themed donuts before they ran out and was successful on the third try! Buy a dozen, get a dozen for a $1. Was so much fun to have the donuts with hot drinks around the firepit under the full moon on Halloween! And they were just as yummy as they were cute funny. read more

As I was headed to dinner Saturday night I noticed the hot now sign was on at Krispy Kreme! Instead of having dessert at thhe restaurant i chose to grab some donuts on the way in. It was around 9:15 pm, and the drive thru line was pretty long. Initially we were going to wait, however it was taking too long. We parked the car and decided to run in. This was a great decision. We had my three glazed donuts in no time! Tip: if the drive thru line is long, it's worth parKkng and going in if you don't feel like waiting! read more

The doughnuts are wonderful, the service is not. Placed an online order and got instructions to pick up my order in the lobby. However, when I arrived, the door was locked, and the sign said to get in the drive-through because the lobby was closed due to staffing issues. With a drive-through line, that route all the way around the building, staffing issues are clearly not right related to a lack of business. This smacks of poor management. read more

Went to Krispy Kreme, Chattanooga to get two chocolate glazed doughnuts. The girl at the drive-thru never greeted me, never spoke to me, nor did she thank me when I paid for my two doughnuts. Rude would be a nice description of the service I received. The doughnuts were good but they cost $5.00 for 2 doughnuts! Outrageous! I probably won't go back. I can find a better use for $5.00 than giving to a company that employees rude, nonsmiling, ungrateful employees. read more

We love to eat doughnuts from here. I bought some today and took some pictures of the production line. You can see my pictures of my view through the window. I actually called my friend and said I was stopping but Krispy Kreme Doughnuts and then would be stopping by her house. She got all excited and wanted me to also get her a gallon of milk to go with it. The customer service today was nonetheless jaw dropping. I could not believe how nice they were to me today. So, definite recommend in coming here. The doughnuts are so good, they are mouth watering and actually melt in your mouth. I got my one dozen glazed doughnuts and that's what I recommend. Furthermore, ask for them right out of the oven too to get the freshest doughnuts in the world. read more

This location has the absolute RUDEST staff. We used the drive thru and besides being told our total, we weren't addressed one single time. Not hi, not bye, NOTHING. We asked for napkins and the woman working had a serious attitude about it, rolled her eyes, and handed them without a word. Late night snacks call for late night measures! We headed out after a fun night of bowling, and ended up at Krispy Kreme to try their new pumpkin spiced glaze donuts. Man, was that a move. The lady who helped us was AMAZING! She let us try one of them, and even gave us three free ones. We ordered a dozen assorted donuts and they taste amazing. Definitely a good Krispy Kreme. It might seem a little outdated, but the family vibes and good spirit makes it stand out. Definitely will be back here again for future donuts. read more

It's a given that I will probably never give this location a 5 star review. We continually go here knowing it is gonna be busy, line will be slow, they will be out of numerous items, and the staff is generally pretty miserable. We were attempting to go through drive thru when we gave up. Inside there was a short line. We were not greeted. Instead I heard "How many you want" i asked for a blueberry cake -"naw we out" sour cream cake "nawwww those gone too" so we ordered 4 original glazed. Here's the thing - light was on, they were fresh. Not what we wanted but tasty. If there was another location close we would go there...i love jdd on north shore but it's not that close and I'm thinking they were closed at that time. So - Krispy kreme it is. I want desperately to give this 5 stars because my husband has a bit of a Krispy Kreme addiction but I just can't. We don't live where there is an actual Krispy Kreme store so we have to buy the donuts already boxed and shipped from God knows where to the Fort Knox Commissary or a local gas station. We drive away from the drive thru with the ever so sweet smelling donuts, 4 cream filled, chocolate frosted... He took his first bite as soon as we got back to our hotel room, Deliciousness! He had forgotten how fresh donuts from KK tasted as he's used to them being not so fresh. One donut down, second donut down...Sweet, fresh, chocolate and creamy! Now, a couple of hours later, he gets to the 3rd and 4th donut and the What the heck moment! No filling in either one of them, not a trace, zero, zilch...2 poor empty donuts. I've visited this Krispy Kreme multiple times, but tonight was a late night Krispy Kreme run through the drive through. The hot sign wasn't on, which is surprising because this Krispy Kreme always has it on, which is pretty stellar if you ask me. When we pulled up at 4am - we were greeted with a friendly voice and the person over the intercom listed out all of the donuts they had since they were out of most of the donuts. They did still have an amazing variety and we appreciated this because it did exactly what they said, prevented us from going back and forth. It was easy to order and to our surprise, when we pulled up to receive our overly donuts, we were told it was on the House. We tried to leave a tip but they have a strict no tipping policy. Our donuts were in great shape! They were cold but I am sure with the crazy hours, this is normal. We were more than impressed on this occasion with this Krispy Kreme, but every time I come here, I have a great experience. Would recommend if you are in Chatt and need your donut fix! read more

Local, fresh, and hot! Yes this donut factory is beautiful and offers seating and fun hats for kids of all ages. The "hot" light is on so these donuts were just pulled out of the oil. Love is meant to be served many different ways. They do that with seasonal specials and custom hand made donuts. You can watch them being made here! Plenty of parking and a drive-thru. They also have an app that features when the hot light is on and other promotions and discounts. This location typically is busy and is located with it's own street/traffic light. I was in drive thru at 10:55pm to order on Saturday night, when an employee came out and put cones between me and another car and said they were closed. I called the manager 6 times and was hung upon 5 of tomes by the employees.
