The last few times that I've been here, they've gotten my order wrong. It looks like a bunch of new people working there, and no one cares about their job. Today, I had three different people ask me the name of the order and no one else was in line. They gave me my box of donuts and still forgot my food, even though multiple people checked with me about the name of my order. They have continuously put the wrong cheese on my breakfast sandwich, and half of my dozen donut order was wrong today. While I'm used to checking my breakfast sandwich in the drive through now when I get it, I'm so used to them telling me when they're out of certain donuts that I didn't even check mine when they didn't say anything, assuming that my order was correct. This location has definitely went down hill. They act like this job is so complicated that they can't even follow basic directions like what cheese to put on a sandwich and to let a customer know when they are out of certain donuts. It really needs to be managed better because there is no excuse when it's slow and there is no line. I will be going to a different location after this. read more

I ordered an iced latte on the mobile app. Seeing I work at the EMS agency across the parking lot, it took me less than a minute to walk across the parking lot to the store. I stood inside for 30 minutes but my drink was never made. Nor did any employee talk to me. The floors looked like they haven't been mopped in days. I looked over the counter to see if anyone was working on my drink, and saw filthy counters, covered in spilled coffee, crumbs, and dust. I can't even describe how gross it looked. Made me not even want a drink from there anyway. After 30 minutes of being ignored, I left without the drink I had already paid for. read more

My coffee was decent. Nothing spectacular. And the service was ok. I recommend the vanilla chai it never disappoints.

95% of the time I only get ice coffee, which I always enjoy. I would get coffee here at least four days a week before work. I made my usual stop to get my coffee. When I got to the window I asked for a large straw. Order a medium and the employee was upset about this for the first tome ever. She told me she isn't supposed to give one unless I order a large. She "handed" me my coffee by squeezing it against my hand literally getting coffee on both of us and the car. Another work asked/said something to her, she replied with "she does this, everytime". Not to mention it was may 6th the company's healthcare appreciation day and I paid for my coffee because I didn't even want to ask at that point. One sour person has caused me to stop going there. Five star iced coffee. Didn't taste watered down, or like dishwater. Tasted like melted coffee ice cream. I never put it down, worked it down to a half cup of ice in a matter of a couple of minutes. Could have done with less ice, or a doughnut or two, to slow me down and melt off some of the ice (there were already out of donuts). Friendly service. Quick preparation. read more

The coffee is very hit or miss, it rarely comes out the same way every time, despite ordering it the same every time. The employee retention seems poor, maybe be a management problem? And you cannot order separately if you have separate orders. The manager told me I would have to come back around. I went to the Dunkin' to the next town south of here, where the coffee always come out the same, and you can place separate orders if need be. Doesnt even deserve a star. I waited for 10mins and no one acknowledged me and i said hello several times. Also i will be taken pictures of there bathroom that FILTH has been sludged on the walls and floors for over a year now, NO one knows how to clean, I understand short handed being covid and no one wants to work, my store is going threw same thing BUT i still make my crew clean, this store is disgusting! What a joke this place is. Went in for two egg white wraps and 2 NEW ham and cheese roll ups. Paid and waited about 15 minutes for a total time of 25 minutes ( one person in front of me).... 15 minutes into waiting they tell me they don't have any of the ingredients to make what i ordered as they were all frozen. Due to dietary restrictions I cannot have the donuts, bagels etc. I asked for a refund and only got refunded 3/4 of my order. read more

A comedy of errors at this Dunkin Donuts. My boyfriend and I stopped here for a drink and a sandwich, but it was almost like the staff was conspiring against us. He ordered a large coffee and I ordered a medium mint hot chocolate. We both ordered flatbread sandwiches - bacon and cheddar for me, ham and swiss for him. After we paid we were told there were no flatbread sandwiches - that they either ran out or stopped serving them for the day. Huh? It's listed under "Anytime" on the board. So without asking us if we want something else, counter boy gets his coworker to help him with the refund. It was kinda like watching Tweedle Dee and Tweedle Dum trying to get it figured out. I asked the boyfriend if he wanted to get something else, and he just shook his head and said "I'm not even going there." So we took our drinks and left, and as we started walking away from the counter, counter boy woke up and asked (belatedly) "can I get you something else." Err, no. Too late. Outside in the car, my boyfriend tasted his coffee and made a face. It was all watered down. I tried my hot chocolate, and it was fine. I asked him if he wanted to go back in and exchange it for a hot chocolate, and he just said no. But I felt bad for him having to drink that swill. What's up with the weak coffee? Is it the economy making everyone water down the java? I can't imagine they think we won't notice. I don't live anywhere near this Dunkin Donuts, but I can assure you I WILL remember it and avoid it at all costs. read more

Store manager is rud to her Employees I was there this morning and she was yelling at the cashier for no reason he was giving me my change

This Dunkin Donut is filthy and has a fly infestation. The employees are not properly trained and clueless. The district manager is useless, your complaints falls on deaf ears. The staff is slow,if there's five customers in line, the last two in line will leave because it takes too long to get service. They need to fire the whole crew and replace them as well as the manager that hired them? This place is disgusting! A quarter laid on the floor for three weeks before someone finally swept the floor where the quarter laid. There's nothing like eating fly excrement on your donuts. The board of health needs to pay a visit to this restaurant. Good idea, I'll give them a call. read more

This is one of the worst DD locations ever. Unfortunately, it's the only game in town unless I choose to go to Cumberland Farms. The staff is rude. By 2-3pm, there is no food in stock. I can honestly say that I refuse to give this DD my future business. read more

I have just about given up on this dunkin donuts. every time I go there for donuts in the evening they have no donut and no baked goods left. they're a donut place for god sake!and they still have hoursd left till closing! I have to travel 20 mins in all directions to the next DD. Other places always have some left.
