I've been a loyal customer at this location for years, and today I experienced the worst customer service I've ever received here. After making a simple comment about the new payment procedure at the window, the employee--STEPHANIE--responded with clear irritation and said, sarcastically, "I'm sure my team will appreciate no tip." This was completely uncalled for. She had no idea that I normally tip in cash and often quite generously. I've given $40 tips on orders under $10. Her attitude alone was enough to lose a loyal customer. I will not be returning to this location. I'll take my business to the Chick-fil-A next door when it opens at 6:30 a.m., where the service is consistently professional. On top of that, Rossen Reports recently investigated shrinkflation concerns with Dunkin' iced drinks, which only adds to my disappointment with the brand. read more

I really wish this Dunkin location was better because it's the closest one to my house. Unfortunately, almost every time I come here, something is wrong with my order. Today I ordered the $6 meal deal. The iced coffee I received was basically brown-colored water. It had no milk and no brown sugar syrup, even though I ordered both. After taking a sip, I had to go back and explain that my drink wasn't made correctly. What made it even more frustrating was that I had to repeat my order multiple times in the drive-thru because it kept being entered incorrectly. I've given this location plenty of chances because of how convenient it is, but the mistakes happen too often. At this point, I'd rather make the drive to the Dunkin near Publix in New Smyrna Beach. The extra drive is worth it for consistently better service and correctly made drinks. read more

I have to say that I've been coming to Dunkin since it opened and initially they were pretty awesome, but over the last three years, the attention to clientele, as well as the accuracy of the food and drink that is ordered has completely gone downhill. They never have donuts, the fact that they are pretty much sent here from another place/store is sad. The food is always lukewarm at best. You can't get your drink right and not only that's a top it off after you pay the excruciatingly painful price for incorrect food and drink and a whole bunch of bad attitude. Then, if you do not literally hit them in the forehead with your phone to get your points Ahead of time they will make every excuse to not give them to you so you might as well kiss all that you have done goodbye. Dunkin', or perhaps you recall it as Dunkin' Donuts, is a global company that started out from but a single location in Massachusetts. While battle load is quite an accomplishment, we also cannot forget the fact that Dunkin' continues to produce a quality product. This particular location is on South Ridgewood Avenue in Edgewater, Florida. All in all, it was a positive experience. I went with a bagel and cream cheese and while not earth shattering, it still was not bad, especially when you consider that Dunkin' is pretty much fast food. This was my first visit to the newer stand alone location located in the parking lot of the Florida Shores Plaza, the previous location was located in the corner store front inside the small strip mall. This relocation allowed for a drive through which is very convenient and by the looks of it has increased it business tenfold. I drove thru to grab a fresh brewed coffee and several boxes of K-cup to enjoy the great taste of DD at home. The restaurant is beautifully designed with all the new color schemes and laid out to get you in and out quickly. The service provided by the super friendly staff was excellent, this was definitely a much needed upgrade in the area and seems to have increased its popularity by the amount of customers here in the middle of the afternoon. read more

The place is crazy busy in the mornings but not so at lunch. I'll stop in occasionally for that. This review and rating is an accumulation of a number of visits with one consistent theme in the drive-thru line: "every" sandwich order has been wrong. I am not kidding - every. I always ask for my sandwich without cheese. I always receive cheese. Always. Today went one step further. I ordered a Turkey and Egg flatbread sandwich - with no cheese. Cashier asks, "Do you want cheese?" I answer, "No cheese, please." Well, what happens? I have cheese on my sandwich. Even better, I have no egg on the sandwich. It's a two-fer on the wrong scale. And my receipt even shows "NoChz" on it. Ha!! Do I complain? Nope. I only laugh; and figure I'll finally leave a review. Fortunately, I'm not lactose intolerant nor do I have any allergies.
