I've been coming to this store for a while, and unfortunately the management has been one of the biggest issues. Whenever the manager is present, the atmosphere feels negative and employees often seem stressed and mistreated. As a customer, it's uncomfortable to witness. What's also frustrating is that many times I visit, the manager is nowhere to be found, which makes me wonder who is actually overseeing the store. On top of that, the store constantly seems to be out of basic items almost every day. Running out of products so frequently shows a lack of organization and management. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously and works toward creating a better environment for both employees and customers. read more

We go through the drive thru to try the new raspberry watermelon refresher and ask to have water in them instead of green tea and the lady asked if we wanted sprinkling water which we had no idea what that was so we repeated we wanted regular water and then proceeded to ask if we wanted strawberry and with green tea which we then knew the drink would be messed up! When we got the window the lady tried saying we took a picture of her when we most definitely different and then threw our drinks at us. Stopped on my way to use bathroom decided to get a coffee and doughnut. Saw what i assumed as an owner come in place was not clean behind counter. Watched them placd ice into container. It's convenient to have a Dunkin' right down the street from work but what's not convenient is the constant terrible coffee and rude workers. Every time I have gotten a hot or iced coffee in the drive through it's like they fill the cup with a drop of coffee and fill the rest with water and creamer. Went to this dunkin, first of all their drive through menu is broken so I had to look at the menu online, not only that when I got to the window, not one but 3 different people asked me what my order was, (which was a bacon wake up wrap and a maple bacon breakfast sandwich) when I was given my bag I was given 2 wake up wraps with no bacon, and a sausage egg and cheese croissant. The Manager Chahat Patel, but goes as Chris is a very sexist and rude General Manager. The way he treats his employees is to the lowest of standards. He is not honest with himself at all. He cannot take on the pressure of dealing with customers during rush hours and pushes, yells, and disrespects many of his employees; not to mention he also says many illicit comments towards the female workers. sadly dunkin' donuts was my favorite place come end of september thru january simply for the delicious pumpkin spice syrup that they USED to carry! everyone is nice when not ignoring you. also they changed the lids, now i know this isn't the stores fault it's corporate but how am i supposed to get that syrup off the bottom and stir it if drinking hole doesn't get covered by the little plastic flap! uggggggh! if you're as big a fan of pumpkin as i am once you try it you'll be sadly disappointed as i was. i ordered a large iced turbo shot cream 8 pumpkin and a xl cream 6 pumpkin and sadly this pumpkin tastes like ! time to try starbucks! someone gotta have good pumpkin around here and not this aldi knock off pumpkin stuff read more

Greetings, I was visiting my local Dunkin' Donuts today located 9601 S. Pulaski road evergreen park, IL through a drive through at 6:16 PM. My transaction seq no: 594126. I am a regular customer and if you check my loyalty I always order my coffee from this place. and I ordered my coffee per usual and I also ordered a strawberry dragon refresher for my little nephew. Last minute he changed his mind and I asked for a collata instead. I asked the employee to change it for me kindly and he went to go ask the manager on duty. She said I will have to pay extra since they will have to throw the drink out. I said kindly that I don't mind paying the difference. She rejected my request and said "next time you better know what you want to order" rudely. I said is this how you do customer service? She then told me to take my money and leave. She also called me a "bitch" and called me a "whore" and said how can you afford a car when you can't pay for your drink. Then she slapped me with my receipt and money and said to leave. I have never experienced this bad of a customer service from anyone in my entire life. I work in a food place myself and don't ever treat anyone this brutally. Don't visit this Dunkin' donut! The indian employees that work here are horrible! They treat their employees badly and their customer service is horrible too. Maybe learn some work ethics before they assign them a managerial position. read more

This is, by far, the worst Dunkin' I have ever gone to. The employees are among the most ignorant, disrespectful people I have dealt with. I will save this specific person some embarrassment, but she had the audacity to laugh when she intentionally screwed up our order. This dunkin has the poorest costumer service I've ever had to deal with. I went in with my niece because she had to use the restroom. The girl working knew I was there, but stayed on her phone, and she literally ignored me till she was done texting or whatever she was doing on her phone. read more

Don't let the sleek and modern appearance fool you, this is one of the worst Dunkin' locations to exist. They constantly mess up orders and have an attitude if you bring it up. I have seen someone who I assume is the manager, talk down on employees and not help them. I once asked for a glazed donut and received some sort of stale, filled donut. I've also asked for caramel swirl and received caramel shot in my iced coffee. When confronted about the error, I was told I had to pay for the mistake. You're better off going out to the Dunkin' location on 95th or the one on Colombus and Pulaski. Worst. Dunkin'. Ever. Wish I could give zero stars. read more
