This is the most ridiculous, unorganized and incompetent place we've ever been to. This is our 2nd time coming in here and ended up not ordering and walking out the door. You have a ton of employees standing in the front with their back towards us chit chatting and they absolutely know nothing when we ask them for recommendations. Not 1 of them can recommend anything. What kind of place is this? The stink attitudes we get as if we are a bother or an inconvenience. I will make sure to push this review to other platforms to let people know in the area to stay away. Messed up the coffee messed up the hash browns they were soggy and not crisp , when making coffee they put the liquid in - made it cold then put sugar in it Everyone supposedly knows sugar does not dissolve in cold liquid . Gave up on this particular store more than a year ago, due to poor customer service. I stopped the past 2 Mondays out of convenience and was welcomed as I entered the store. Payton talked me through a few menu selections, as I generally only order small.iced coffee. She had me set up with the $5 Meal Deal and I was more than delighted. The food was great, I enjoyed the medium sized iced coffee, and the positive interaction was such a breath of fresh air. Payton won me over, and this is "my store" now. read more

Gave up on this location more than a year ago, I generally travel further to patronize the store that gives the better customer service. Well the past two MONDAYS, I stopped at this location due to convenience. Both times, I was pleasantly taken care of as a walk in customer, as I do not particularly like the set up of this drive - thru. Today, I had the pleasure of Associate Payton, who talked me through some of the menu selections, and I ended up with the $5 deal, instead of my usual small iced coffee. (THIS IS A GREAT DEAL!) I am usually happy with this location but today has changed my opinion. I placed a walk in order on my phone. When I get there, there's a sign that says drive thru only. You would think they would acknowledge the fact that it's a walk in order but no, whatever "manager" I spoke to on the phone while I was in the drive thru hung up on me and had me go through the drive thru and I ended up being late for work. When I received my drink, I didn't drink it till I got to my desk and realized there were plastic pieces in my drink after a few sips. I will not be going back until they fix their customer service issues and replace said manager. read more

Every time I come to this location they are always either out of donuts or ice cream. It hasn't happened just once or twice but it's a reoccurring issue. I've gone during multiple different times throughout the day and no matter what time it is, they are still out of donuts or ice cream. I've never been to a Dunkin' this bad in my life that consistently runs out of food!!!! And this location just so happens to be the closest one to my vicinity. What luck for me, am I right?? Slowest service ever! Must be the worst DD that I have ever stopped at in my travels around the country. Twice in two weeks I was the 3rd car in line in the Drive thru. Both times it took over 25 minutes to get to the window and another 5 minutes to get my order. Customer service is bad, similar to other reviews I was the only customer in the lobby for roughly 5mins before an employee told me to "read the sign on the counter" rather than to let me know to place my order through the kiosk...the effort it took them to make the condescending comment immediately convinced me to leave and no longer do business here. Stopped by on a whim because I was in the area...and my little guy asked for donuts. Don't you just love it when they put two of your favorites in the same place?! This Dunkin' is colocated with Baskin Robbins. Unfortunately, they were out of pumpkin donuts. The huge poster in the window was just a big tease, but it was already 2pm. So, the gent taking my order suggested the apple cinnamon. Not bad! It's basically a cinnamon-sugar donut with a hint of apple flavoring added. Not a fan! I ordered strawberry sprinkles for my little guy and chocolate cake donuts for myself. But, as you can see, I didn't get the chocolate cake ones that I wanted. Maybe I have to say traditional chocolate? The drive-thru is very convenient, but you can't see all the donuts available - or, what's not available!! Plus, the menu board does not have pictures or a list of the donuts (like one of their competitors has on their drive-up menu board - two words and both start with a K!). I'd have gone inside, but my little one fell asleep. It's been a long day of traveling. Plus, it was 104 degrees per my car's thermometer! I think it was 96 and humid. Needless to say, I got an ice cream with my donuts! Next time, I'll go inside. Few seats available outside, but not enough shade! Inside looked small, but I suppose that's because most people just get their order(s) for takeout! Small parking lot and one-way directional flow to/around the drive-thru. A really good place to sit and enjoy a hot cup of coffee with friends. The food and drink is pretty good, but the staff is incredible. Abby stands out as a star employee, going above and beyond to ensure that my order is always right and the donuts and treats are hot and fresh. She always checks to make sure we don't need anything else before they close the lobby for the night and LOVES it when we bring our puppies. We have abandoned our previous coffee scene to make this our new hang out. It's in a good location and the people and service make the experience totally worth it. read more

I do have a problem with receiving an ice cappuccino large and a quarter or half of it being foam not coffee. I hadn't realized this until i was on the way home. Without a doubt....in 20 yrs of service animal handling... WORST experience I've ever had! Walked in...wanted ice cream. Ice cream supposed to be HAPPY food! Lady makes a huge scene behind counter. "Omg no f'n way...not a f'n dog!" Runs to back room. I ask counter girl for her name. She says "we don't give out names". I ask for manager...."that is the manager tonight". She comes out..."why you wanna know my name?" I explain that I wanted to know manager name. Huge story after that...I ended up quietly walking out AFTER I paid.. without what I paid for...because they started using terms like "stupid white bitch". Left complaint with corporate... Pretty sure nobody cares enough to respond. I never raised my voice. I was never hostile. No person, disabled or otherwise.. deserves to encounter what I did tonight. The lady working the window was honestly kinda rude. My husband asked for a Boston cream donut. Instead of saying they didn't have any she just said "no" and my husband being a gentleman was like what does that mean? You don't have any? This location is convenient because it's near where I live but the people who work there are so slow. They act as if it's their first day and they don't know what's happening. I placed a mobile order and when I got there my (hot) drinks were ready but my food wasn't. This opened up after I moved to Hope Mills but it is my go to stop since it's near 295N. I enjoy coming here. The staff are so sweet and nice especially Ms. Quita (spelling?) and Tyrone. I've visited the one on Skibo everyone so often so I was surprised to see her transfer here but it's ok!! I love that for me and her =) The store is clean and fully stocked. They have a Baskin Robbins as well for ice cream, cakes and smoothies which I've made an order for a custom ice cream cake last summer. read more

While I admit this place has its quirks like any other business, the staff here is pretty awesome. Never had an issue outside of having to wait long times at drive through because they were short staffed but hey, the whole world is short staffed right now so just try to be nice. I love all the managers and shift leads there as we go almost nightly and they know us by name now. I absolutely love that they will check with us before locking up to see if we need to use the restroom or not. It's great customer service that keeps us coming back. First let me say that I am a DD fan. I grew up with DD and they've always been my first choice but the service I received today from this location made me second guess if I made the right choice. I placed a simple order.. the same exact order that I've placed for years; 2 medium coffees extra light extra extra sweet with 2 plain bagels toasted with cream cheese and jelly on the side. I pulled off and my coffee was warm, at best, so I tried my husband's same thing. I didn't stress because that's a quick fix, just pop it in the microwave. But then I drop my husband's coffee and bagel off on Ft. Bragg and proceeded to my job on Ramsey, when I get a call from my husband saying, "Babe did you intend on getting me a plain bagel"? Well I replied, "Did you want an onion bagel or something" and he said NO this is a plain bagel.. there's nothing on it and I'd try to eat it but it's gummy. At that point I'm irritated. I get to work to find that I too had a completely plain bagel. WHY?!? I didn't have a complex order. Though I'm irritated I call the establishment at the number listed in Goggle 910-900-5486, in hopes that they'd make it right. I don't care that it was $12.05 the point is providing GOOD customer service to all your patrons. We choose to spend our money at their establishment the least they can do is answer their phone or return their patrons calls (even if they have to wait until business slows down). I started calling them at 0735 and finally decided to leave a message shortly after 0800 and it's now 1214... still haven't heard from anyone at their establishment. This was my 3rd visit to this particular DD and the second time I've experienced an issue with my order. The first time I ate at the facility so it was a quick fix so I brushed it off. Lesson has been learned, I will continue going to the DD on Raeford Rd by Robeson Street, at least there they answer their calls and customer satisfaction matters (at least that's been my experience with them). read more

This establishment has fine coffee and I usually enjoy going to a Dunkin'. However this particular one is not great. On more than one occasion I have been turned away because they aren't letting people inside during normal business hours. There has never been anything posted on the door during this time to indicate why- instead the employees try to mouth and mime for me to use the drive thru. They don't even have the courtesy to come to the door and inform me what the situation is and when they will reopen the dining room. This is most frustrating when I need a place to go before work something, I check the website and the map which both say they are open and when I get there I'm left out in the cold. This happened to me yesterday morning, the doors were locked and the staff just gestured to me to use the drive thru (I didn't have my car) and I literally saw a customer inside ordering. I don't know what is going on, but this is the fourth time this has happened to me and I'm over it. If your hours indicate you are open I expect you to be open. Don't go here if you're expecting a reliable coffee shop and place to sit while you wait for the next thing on your schedule. I won't be coming back. I can get coffee, a reliably open place to sit and good service somewhere else. read more
