Really nice located and decorated very lounge inside like a Starbucks but the donuts were a disappointment. I guess I haven't had an actual Dunkin Donut since I was a teenager but don't remember me not liking it. I had just a regular chocolate glazed donut and some regular glazed donut holes and they were cakey. So it makes me wonder what their cake donuts taste like. I do not like their recipe for the regular donut at all, not worth cheating on my diet for. My husband got a French crueller and was disappointed as well. read more

Visited them couple of days back. Good selection of donuts which are not overly sweet. Loved their Boston Creme and Bavarian Creme.

The service was friendly. I was going to do drive thru but a car had broken down in the drive thru lane so I went inside. For a welcoming smile. The store seemed clean and bright. The donuts, however tasted like they were one or two days old. I don't know if they make their donuts there, but I doubt it. I'd rather go elsewhere for better donuts. read more

This is probably the best coffee donut place ever, not only just in quality but in service. I've been going in the last 2 Saturday mornings around 10 o'clock and I'm helped out by a real well mannered employee named Chris, I couldn't decide what type of drink to get and he recommended one of the best drinks I've ever had the dunkaccino, he knows the menu real well, The whole restaurant was clean no trash anywhere. Having lived on the east coast, I am a huge fan of Dunkin Donuts and was so excited to have one open in this location. I have been going there about every weekend since they opened and I've noticed that they are very inconsistent with their coffee. This morning I got my usual hazelnut Latte through the drive through, only to throw the entire thing out. They added nine of the hazelnut and he coffee tasted burnt. It was disgusting. This is not the first time this happened. I am not going back again as the last thing I want to wake me up in the morning is play coffee roulette and end up with a nasty burnt coffee taste in my mouth. What a shame... read more

First of all I have to say that I'm surprised there is a Dunkin' Donuts in a neighborhood with so many small indie donut shops already. There is also a Starbucks almost across the street. But we wanted it to be fun. We wanted it to be good. It wasn't either. We checked this location out one Saturday morning. Coupons were sent to all of the neighborhood houses. The donuts are displayed behind the register and hard to see. It makes it difficult for kids (and adults too) to see what they are getting, or even what choices are available. Coffee comes with cream and sugar unless you tell them NOT to put cream and sugar in it. The coffee is slightly burnt like the kind you get at a sketchy mini mart, or cheap crappy break room coffee. I ordered a breakfast wrap. It was also mini mart quality. It was just some ham, and an artificial cheese slice wrapped in some sort of stiff thing made from white flour. It was tasteless. My daughter ordered a hazelnut latte. She said it was good. She ordered a cake donut with sprinkles. When she opened her bag, after she left, she discovered she had a puffy glazed donut with a few sprinkles (not a cake donut.) She said it was ok but not even close to Duckys or Donut Spot. I think she threw half of it away. My kid loves donuts so that kind of clues you in on quality. A donut shouldn't be just ok. A donut should be GREAT. If you're going to use the calories you want it to be good. The staff was friendly - that is what the stars are for. So if you like yucky coffee that taste like burnt coffee grinds, icky breakfasts wraps, and forgettable donuts this is the place for you. Otherwise skip it. read more

Dunkin has quickly become my favorite place to get a cold brew coffee and the donuts are always great, however my problem is with the staff. I usually stop by first thing in the morning around 8:30am on the way to work and the kids there are (most of the time) caught up in their own conversations to really acknowledge you or give you much emotion at all, I've been given the wrong size on multiple occasions and today my ice was forgotten and I didn't realize until I got to work. I understand it isn't Dutch Bros, i don't expect anyone to be hanging out the window ready to crawl into my car, but I think they need to work on customer service and paying attention to the orders. read more

Went here for donuts and coffee for my husbands birthday. The line was out the door with one person working the register. I understood they were busy and didn't mind the initial wait. We also ordered ice coffee and that's where the problems started. They were incredibly unorganized and untrained. From the time stamp on my receipt to coffee in hand, it was over 25 minutes. For a small ice coffee! Very disappointing and I won't be returning. read more

Not a fan, donuts don't really taste fresh. Pretty sure they don't make them in the store. It might be time to make the donuts, but where are they made and when? Terrible customer service! The girls working the drive thru window have the worst attitudes in the morning and have gotten my drink messed up every time I have gone there. I was also lied to about my drink that it was correct when it was a completely different drink and had to come back and then was treated horribly! My wife and I recently moved to Folsom after years in Boston, a place where Dunkin' Donuts is more common than Starbucks. Two weeks later, a Dunkin Donuts opened up less than a mile from our house, as if they knew some East Coast transplants were lost without their DD. As far as DD goes, I've been to many, and this one is good--they even have a drive thru and the servers are friendly, sites rarely seen back east. The coffee tastes like it's supposed to, and the donuts are the classics they've always been. This is not a place for fads, it's a spot to get a decent coffee, good breakfast sandwich, and when your sweet tooth gets the best of you, a delicious donut. If you want fancy donuts, go to the fancy donut place. Pour over coffee and a bevy of espresso concoctions? Coffee Republic is a few miles away. But if you just want good coffee and/or a quick bite served with little time to wait, DD will not disappoint. read more

Went on opening day all excited but came home disappointed and will not return. They didn't have a large selection of donuts plus they seemed very "cake-y" and doughy. I went to a dunkin donuts store in the east coast so I cannot speak for the service at this exact store. Regarding the food however, I have much to say. The drinks are delicious and the hot chocolate, though a very simple drink, was amazing. The donuts were also very good and probably the best I've ever had! They had cute icing designs and a big variety to choose from as well. The cream filled donuts taste like heaven and I had to make myself eat it slowly. I would definitely come again! read more

My first time "EVER" to Dunkin. It was busy, I chose the drive thru and it went fast. The drive thru staff were very nice. Ordered black coffees, blueberry donuts and a few breakfast sandwiches and hashbrowns for the fam. Coffee was delicious (nice change from Starbucks) Everything tasted delicious. OH BOY DUNKIN' DONUTS FINALLY IN FOLSOM! I loved them as a kid growing up in Orange County, CA and I love their coffee. I was excited that the store was going in until I tried their donuts again. I still love their coffee but their donuts suck big time. They are garbage and taste no better than the bagged or boxed junk that super markets sell. At 5:00am there are no warm donuts, they are all cold or stale. I have to share the amazing experience I had yesterday! I was in a hurry to get to work and the kids wanted donuts, so we went threw the drive threw and ordered donuts and drinks and a couple sandwiches. Get up to the window and realized my wallet wasn't in my purse! So as I'm freaking out, where did I put it, she says don't worry about it! It's in the house today! I said no way, I'll be back, she insisted. So I went home and found my wallet (gotta love when my husband takes cash out of my wallet and doesn't put my wallet back into my purse) and go back in with my receipt and tell them I really would like to pay, I am not trying to get my stuff for free! She said no way, it's on the house and it was also national donut day and they said first that me and my kids had to have a donut today and also they were just to busy to figure it out! I will say the coffee is amazing! And not as expensive as some of the other places. The sandwiches were also very very good! The donuts are good to. First and definitely last experience at this dunkin donuts. Not only did we wait in the drive through for 20 plus minutes they couldn't get our order right. And kept handing us coffee's we didn't order as we watched how much we owed went up. The drinks are blah and the breakfast sandwiches were awful. The donuts taste like something you would buy from a supermarket. The employees seem like they have no clue what they are doing, definitely poor management. I came to this location last week and had a terrible experience. A girl named savanna helped me and literally reeked of pot. She was rude, disrespectful and proceeded to throw my straws and napkins in my face. I will not be returning and I will be notifying corporate and spreading the work to my friends and family about what terrible service was provided during my visit. Horrible customer service! The employees sit behind the counter laughing and giggling. Every time I have been there it has been at least a 15 minute wait in line, usually with 1 person helping at the counter. The donuts are actually stale and the coffee tastes pretty watered down. That is to be expected with fast food, but the customer experience STINKS here! I asked the manager why they would only have 1 employee on the register for a line of people going through the door with a bunch of employees hanging out by the drive thru window. Her answer was a little incredulous. "Due to wage laws employees have to have certain breaks throughout the day." Well, no kidding. How about marching over the register yourself and helping YOUR CUSTOMERS? This place will not be getting any more of my business. I needed donuts for a training class and I decided on 3/16/2017 to try this place. I can see the back of this place from my house. I walked in around 7:00 am to purchase several dozen donuts. As I looked at their selection, I noticed there wasn't much there. There was a variety of approximately 3 different types of donuts. I told the girl behind the counter that I needed about 4 dozen of donuts and asked if there was more of a selection than just the 3 she was displaying. She explained that her baker had come in late and they were behind in making donuts so if I wanted a few dozen I would have to pick from what she had. I did tell her that I will go somewhere else and I left. The following Tuesday I called and spoke to the assistant manager. I did advise her that the next morning, Wednesday the 22nd, we would have another training session and I ordered in advance 5 dozen assorted donuts. I explained my previous experience and did tell her it would be nice to just be able to have a place to order and pick up quickly. This assistant manager assured me that when I show up at 7:00 am this time the donuts would boxed and ready. I gave her my name and number and was happy. The next morning I walked into the shop at 7:00 and let the employees know I was there to pick up my order. They all looked at my like I was nuts. My order was not ready and they kinda huffed about getting it ready. They did get it ready and the girl up front apologized for the assistant managers lack of following through. I just feel that if your are a manager and you tell someone you will do something you should do it. The customer service really stinks there and I'm just done with this place I will not take my business to them again. I live in that area and I will let my friends and neighbors know to go somewhere else. This is a new business that has come into our neighborhood and they way they are going it won't last long. read more
