On our drive back to LA from Lake Tahoe, I Yelped "Folsom breakfast" and this spot popped up glowing with recommendations. We pulled in excited for both food and coffee... but quickly learned this is very much a coffee-first, food-optional situation. The coffee? Pretty solid. I ordered the honey lavender latte and enjoyed it. My daughter's iced vanilla latte also passed the teen approval test. Minor head-scratcher: I ordered my latte "for here" and still got a to-go cup. Now, the food. Oof. I'd strongly recommend sticking to baked goods (I didn't try them, but guessing that would be a better option) The avocado toast was a letdown. Imagine a teeny, paper-thin, cold piece of toast topped with a small smear of avocado that tasted more "packaged" than fresh, a drizzle of balsamic glaze, two lonely feta crumbles, and a sliced hard-boiled egg... served cold... on the side. It did come with a side salad, which felt like an apology. We also ordered a croissant sandwich (ham, Swiss, and scrambled eggs), which unfortunately did not sit well with my husband. The eggs tasted like they may have come from a carton. The staff was nice, but the service model was confusing. When I'm prompted to tip at checkout and there are tables and seating, I assume some level of table service. Instead, we picked up our own coffee, food, silverware, and napkins, and at the end, we also got the honor of bussing our own plates back to the counter. Full-circle dining experience. Bonus details: - They had one single packet of hot sauce left in the entire place - The salt shaker was completely solidified (we did ask for more, but the replacement had exactly one functioning hole) * And just to keep you on your toes, the front door pushes instead of pulls. A small thing, but somehow on-brand. Bottom line: Come here if you want a custom coffee. If you're hungry, manage expectations... or honestly, stick with good old Starbucks for consistency, fewer surprises, and doors that behave.

Place is a lot smaller than I imagined. However, my experience was great. Came around 10am. We were greeted when we entered the door. Placed our order in the front. I got a hot caramel latte and the Papua panini. Coffee came out after 5 minutes. Food came out in 10 min. They both tasted great. Nice little place to have brunch and chat with friends. They do have outside seating too.

Stopped in for the first time while out shopping, thought I would try a new coffee shop! Cute aesthetic somewhat dark inside no lighting. So many different flavor options, I went with the lavender and honey latte. It was good but the flavor was underwhelming unfortunately. Baristas were more friendly with each other than the customers. I will be back to give them another try for sure!

Great service and food! I'd go here again for sure. This is such a cute little place! I'll be back soon hopefully

Very nice cafe in Folsom! Unique flavors! They have a cappuccino flight so you can try all the different flavors. Very cool! I had a nice iced matcha with cold foam, very good! Service is quick and efficient.

Ehhh, okay at best. The brew in my iced Mexican mocha tasted very plain-Jane. Pour over tasted watered down (cup wasn't even filled to the top). As for food, the lox in the lox bagel wasn't of high quality (overly salty and a tad slimy). Dry chicken in the Calabrian chicken sandwich. The strawberry eclair was alright; tasty filling albeit a bit dense (was more cream-cheese-forward when I was expecting something custard-y). Not the most accommodating service either. I asked the cashier lady about available pour over options here and her reply was along the lines of "we can do any of the beans here." Not helpful to me as a first-time customer lol. Thinking I would've been a nuisance if I followed up asking her to list the options I ended up describing preferred flavor notes later finding out there is an actual pour over list on the side wall (wished she just pointed to it lol).

This is my favorite coffee shop. I frequent it Mondays and Wednesdays. They have great coffee. They roast the beans there and source them ethically. I love all the different flavor options you can customize and make almost any coffee you can think of. The workers are always very friendly and always seem like they want to be there and love working there. This place offers a variety of food and small eats and desserts too. It's very clean inside with a bright open atmosphere.

World Traveler Coffee Roasters will be one of my go-tos! I ordered the honey Lavender Latte with oat milk and I loved it! So creamy and flavorful. I felt like it was a gem to find in the summer because it was a cute coffee spot with AC and restrooms for when you want somewhere to stay out of the heat. There was plenty of seating area inside and outside. The baristas were sweet and patient while I was trying to decide what I wanted to order. Can't wait to go back and try another drink.

When I Yelped this place, I saw coffee served in ceramic cups & food plated on real plates. We ordered to eat in & almost everything was served in togo containers except a drip coffee. It put a damper on the experience.

    Thanks, Haven, Pyper and Kristen!

This particular World Travelers Coffee Roasters location is one of my favorites! The atmosphere is upbeat and positive. Big windows provide a lot of light, whether sunny or not. Which lends to the great view of the always busy yet interesting E. Bidwell thorough fare. On this particular visit, I was craving a honey lavender coffee and one of the many pastries that are offered. Blame it on the rain:). Hot coffee, warmed pastry... Definitely calling to me! It's always so nice to enter any business and have smiling faces and hellos from the peeps behind the counter. Today, that was three beautiful ladies full of energy and greeting me with their bubbly enthusiasm. I love that! Chatting with them while ordering my extra hot, honey lavender, and yummy looking pistachio muffin was pleasurable as I was not in my cray cray hurry up mode. Obviously, I am not the only one who enjoys World Travelers on East Bidwell as it was packed! The hum of talking, the laptops clicking and solo people sipping and staring into space. Oh yeah! My order was delicious and perfect! I kinda wished I could have had the time to sit there and enjoy. But not in the stars today. Next time for sure. Thank you, lovey ladies, for your over-the-top customer service and sweet saying written on my cup! Oh, and the pistachio pastry was fabulous. Cheers!

Ordered an ice tea that took about 15 minutes or more to make. Feeling frustrated so I checked out the baked goods while I waited. I noticed fruit flies in the class case with the food. I did tell the 3 girls working behind the counter very discreetly about it. As I watched the employees because again I waited for what seemed like an eternity for a black iced tea that was supposed to be infused with rose petals. The most basic tasting tea I've ever had. I ordered a large. It was a very small cup but whatever. Disappointed to say the least. 2 of the 3 employees working just seemed to do nothing but walk in circles while the 3rd seemed to be doing the most. I will say that it seems like a spot to work on one's laptop and several people were just enjoying themselves having conversations. The place is very pretty. So maybe I was just in a mood but to wait for so long for a basic drink was disappointing. And the drink itself was nothing special. It was only 4.50. I tipped 3.
