Price is Incorrect and takes too long So I bought an ice-cream cake and it said 38$ and 79 cents. When I went up to pay it took 20 minutes (I was by myself) and they told me it was actually 40$ (not including tax) so I said "ok" since they might've made a mistake. After I left the place I sat in my car and decided to get a different cake. I went back in and got the 40 dollars one and it took me 35 whole minutes (I was by myself once again) for them to figure it out. Decided to give this place another try as I had Dunkin' during a recent vacation and liked that they offered something different, such as toasted almond flavoring on their menu (something you can't get at Starbucks). Short story: Not the place to have a good start of the day. Long story: I walk in, no wait lines, four employees behind the counter, one customer at a table playing on their phone. I order. My order: Dark roast, toasted almond, with creamer One donut (Cruller) I was handed my donut and a clearly label coffee: Dark roast, toasted coconut, with creamer. I notified them that I had asked for toasted almond and the person said to me that toasted coconut was the same as almond?!? Then continues to tell me what I ordered. Dumbfounded, I showed them the incorrect label and the menu and asked that It be made as I had asked for....with toasted almond. Dark roast, toasted almond, with creamer. This next person then dumped the liquid, kept the same drink label...but filled it with : Sunrise coffee, toasted almond, no creamer. Sadly, I opened the lid to take my first sip and I knew I was defeated and this was not worth my time anymore. I just give up on this place. The workers look miserable and I don't blame them. Last piece of this visit, sat down at home to enjoy my cruller (again, something even Krispy Kreme does not carry often) and found it was stale. What a waste of time, patience, and money. On May 14th, 2024 at around 3:30 ish pm, we had the rudest girls ever. They made the coffees that we ordered wrong, and all we said to them is that the coffees were wrong. While my mom was in the bathroom, they proceeded to call her facial expression ugly and stated "I don't give a f** that her coffee is messed up. And proceeded to talk about her. We weren't even rude to them when the coffees were made wrong. I guess this is the new generation, no respect whatsoever. read more

IM EXTREMELY DISSATISFIED. The service was alright but not amazing I have been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for 1-2 years and every year there is a ANT INFESTATION. Placed an order prior to Christmas Eve when we would be having our family gathering. I'd planned a Brunch. I'd ordered an assortment of donuts from Dunkin and two each of their four different kinds of muffins as a part of our buffet. One of the muffins was half cooked...the top was caved in. When I opened the bag and saw it, I was very surprised that they would have sold me a substandard muffin...a muffin no one would want to eat. Lesson learned. Very friendly staff. They are organized and they all work fast. They have variety of Donuts and their coffees are always fresh and hot. They just opened a Baskin Robbins. They have great cake decorators there. They decorate any type of cakes you want. Something that you don't normally expect from there ! You can select from their case, (Which is always full of cakes) or you can select from their book and they make it for you. Their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend this location. read more

This is probably the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. Ordered 2 hash browns, a donut, and a muffin. They forgot to give me my donut and muffin. Before giving me my hash browns they handed me somebody's else's order. Rude cashier. Both napkin dispensers were empty and when I asked them to fill them they didn't. No organization. EDIT--The speed and cleanliness has improved dramatically since the addition of the ice cream joint. Every now and then you might get a snotty casher, but management seems to weed them out quickly. I've been in faster and cleaner locations. Food is on par with other locations. read more

This is the worst place ever. I wish there were an option for zero stars. I can't speak to the inside service, but the drive-through "service" is atrocious. The first time I went to the drive-through I was sitting at the speaker for about 10 minutes before anyone took my order. I placed the order - I was only SECOND in line - and had to wait so long for the single car ahead of me that I drove off without getting my drink. I was pissed, but didn't want to judge the place based on one bad experience, so I tried it a second time a few months later. Same exact thing happened. I swore then that I'd never return... but then this past weekend I was desperate and decided to give it a third chance because I had a baby in the car and it would have been difficult to go anywhere other than a drive-through. Rude cashier. When looking at a chain business, customer service needs to be emphasized in order to create a truly great experience. Today I unfortunately did not get great service nor did I have a great experience. The cashier who waited on me seemed distracted, and did not want to look me in the face or in my direction. He was short and snippy with me, as if he is the only person in the world who has had to work in a retail or food service setting. I hope that this young man is able to gain some perspective and up his customer service game- both for his sake and this particular chains. Long lines await you on the weekends and if you order food, be prepared to wait even more.. Food is average.

The Dunkin is decent but the Baskin Robbins side is sad. The employees look depressed and the ice cream a bit off. You're selling ice cream not working a coal mine. The donut side is pretty consistent with other Dunkins though. Everything tastes the same. Employees polite but not over perky like Starbucks. read more

I really wish there was an option for zero stars. I went in at six thirty there was one person in the drive thru that drove up after me. Three workers . I was completely ignored for at least five minutes , made eye contact with one and the other two completely ignored me and one even asked someone else to help me and he still ignored me . Finally I was served with s very poor attitude . I am extremely disappointed I have always had good experiences . I have worked jobs overnight early in the morning and double shifts there is no reason to perform so poorly at work . Never going again . read more

Was in with my family and some friends on Saturday evening, 2/8/14 and experienced the absolute worst service I've ever experienced anywhere. This is one of those Baskin Robbins/Dunkin Donut combination stores. When we walked in, there was only one server for both sides. He had an exceptionally bad attitude from the second we ordered. My 12 year old daughter was the first to order, and she ordered a mint chip milkshake. The guy actually rolled his eyes at her and was clearly annoyed that he had to make a milkshake. As he made the shake a young lady came out from the back and washed her hands. He finished the shake and my wife ordered another shake for my son. The guy just ignored her and walked away and went down to the donut counter at the other end of the store. He didn't say a word. Not "so and so will finish taking your order", not "go pound sand", he just walked away and left us standing there dumbfounded. He was clearly in a very bad mood and was taking it out on us. I wanted to get his name but he wasn't wearing a name tag. Thankfully the young lady watched this and took over. While she didn't apologize for our treatment it was clear she was embarrassed by it and she went out of her way to treat us nicely as we finished our orders. I thanked her for having a better attitude than her coworker. She thanked me for the compliment and it was pretty clear she wasn't a fan of his either. She was fantastic and was the ONLY reason we didn't turn around and walk out. She is also the only reason this review got a second star. If you are the manager of this store and happen to read this, please know that the man you had behind the counter last night was, without question, the rudest person I have ever experienced anywhere. He has absolutely no business serving customers. Please know that any time I walk into this store and he is behind the counter, I'm walking back out. read more

I've gone in a few times. The place is nice but the staff is distracted and slow. I had one girl I believe was named Alexis. The place had a couple people in it and I go to the ice cream counter. She looks at me and proceeds to lean over the register to talk to the cashier for about 6 minutes. Eventually I get frustrated and leave because I was being ignored. I went to get a drink from McDonalds, I return, and she's still talking to the cashier and ignoring everyone. I wait another 5 minutes and finally she decides to walk over. She was nice, but girl cannot multitask. Either she didn't know I was there despite me making eye-contact with her, or she had important things to talk about with the cashier. Either way, it was disappointing and I hope next time I'll actually get out of there in less than 10 minutes. read more

I stopped here on the way home from work yesterday to try their new Frozen Hot Chocolate. It's very good by the way but doesn't compare to Serendipity3 in NYC. When the server put the drinks on the counter, he slid them over to me, toppling one of them which went on my shirt (first time wearing), pants, & shoes. When he went to make another, the machine was empty and had to be refilled, thus making me wait. I said to forget it and give my money back and was told by the female server that they can't refund money. Only the manager can do that and she left at 12:00. I was disappointed this morning. I usually stop here occasionally on my way to work for coffee and chocolate glazed donuts. This morning it was rather disorganized. There weren't a lot of customers but they were taking the orders haphazardly. I theory the order should be at the counter when you went to pay. So I paid and left with my coffee and bag of donuts. I was on 270 before I opened the bag to find that I got the wrong donuts. Instead of the delicious chocolate cake glazed donuts, I got regular raised donuts with chocolate frosting. Yuck! Also, my coffee must have been the last cup in a forgotten pot because it was awful. Dunkin Donuts use to be my fave coffee. Not this time! read more
