They also provide sidewalk chalk for customers, which is a nice idea, but people were drawing and gathering directly around the ordering windows. Because there isn't already a designated waiting area or line, that just made it even harder to tell where customers were supposed to stand or walk. What should have been a simple stop for ice cream turned into about a 15-minute wait with people basically standing around trying to figure out what was going on.
