The staff, while is mostly comprised of college age hippies are knowledgeable and actually care. The whole store is very clean and the meat counter while very small screams old school home made!! The sausages looked so good I had to buy some, and after cooking them up with some onions and peppers my neighbors above me who are vegans were peeking as they chewed their grass and had to rethink their decisions on eating food that my food eats. The staff who made the tea seemed nice but told us she had only been working there for a few days without prior experience. If it was her relative lack of experience that led to this debacle, then I would say corrective action is needed on the part of the store/supervisor so that customers have consistent experience no matter the store. We've been to a few other locations including overseas, but never experienced something like this. I hope they continue to improve.
