Well, Nancy (the manager) she is the one you see wearing a white sweater and always texting on her cell phone, need to remember not to argue with the paying customers. I was waiting on my coffee this morning and watched two employes checking out the cups design... ok, very respectful of my time.. regardless, literally putting their fingers on the inside of MY CUP. I thought people in food service were supposed to wear gloves? There are so many coffee shops right in our area our there, they need to be careful how they operate this location... just opened, just not a real good way to start. Other locations to visit... coffee cabin, starbucks... get your fingers out of my cup, wear gloves and Nancy.... set a better example; DONT be on the phone and DONT argue with a paying customer! And if someone could patch the major pot holes in the drive way ... a bonus!! read more

Sooo rude. I went through the drive through and she kept cutting me off while I was trying to order and saying pull forward for your total. I kindly told her I wasn't done ordering yet. She replied with well what more do you want?? The wait was terrible and I assumed they were short staffed but when I pulled up to the window I saw 6 or 7 workers all standing around and talking. The manager and coworkers were very rude and had very nasty attitudes and did not care I sat in the line for an hour for one coffee...there were five workers working. The manager blatantly lied to me how three workers just arrived when i know that wasn't true and the lobby was closed so it shouldn't have taken and hour to get through the line. Plus many coworkers were sitting in there cars on "break" when they obviously needed help inside. This was not a very good experience and will not be coming back to this location! read more

The cashier, Destinee, was awful with her customer service! She seemed to not be listening to me, and never once smiled! I ordered a frozen chocolate with no whipped cream, and what did she give me? A frozen chocolate WITH whipped cream. I also ordered a medium iced coffee, and was charged for it. But she gave me a small! This place is a disgrace! read more

I Don't know what happens but they went from amazing to shitty in less than a week. I keep getting lattes and iced coffee with no flavor in them (3 times in a row now) and the wait is so much longer now. Today when the barista handed me my drink she had a straw in her hand, didn't give it to me, then said "I already have you one" when she clearly had not... Went to get many dozen donuts for my place of work at 5am as I had always done. The sign reads open at 5am, but the door was locked. Someone came around outside and told another customer and I that the building did not open until 6am. The other customer said that your sign reads 5am. That is for drive through she responded. Their website mentions nothing about different hours for inside versus drive through. Dunkin Donuts just lost a customer for life. read more
