Very accessible. I really enjoyed the atmosphere. They have really fun decor, good lighting, trinkets and gifts to purchase, and different little spots to dine in, e.g., a small couch area, traditional table seating, a seat/bench by the window, and outdoor patio seating. It provides both a small, intimate setting but also a lot of room and space for groups of 3-4. I'm from California and was visiting family for a bit. Wanted to find a local coffee shop to work from. We came here about 10 years ago. Super happy this coffee shop is still around. Still has really good character, warm vibe, and employees were super welcoming to us. Grabbed a cold brew with foam, a mango/pineapple smoothie, a cookie (they gave us a second because one accidentally broke, kind gesture), a blueberry muffin, and a carrot muffin. Everything was great. That carrot muffin was the bomb. The cold brew was really good too. Classic caffeine kick, bold flavor as usual, and can really taste the fruit notes. I came back the next day to work. It was busy but there's still room to dine in and the team still got through the orders efficiently. For how busy it was, I didn't wait too long to order and get what I needed. Definitely overstayed my time but really needed a nice spot to work from. There's a lot of seating inside and out, but it gets pretty packed during lunch time. Was willing to give up my seat if needed. The staff consistently cleaned tables and seats and kind enough to just allow me to work despite my long stay. I went back to order a chai latte and the bagel and lox. The chai is unsweetened so I added their chai syrup. If you want it sweeter, probably add a bit more. I didn't mind their chai as is. Still good and getting all the spice notes after a cold brew was refreshing. The bagel and lox was phenomenal. I had to be proper and eat it like a civilized adult human being... but would've totally devoured it in seconds with my bare fingers if I was in the privacy of my home. Would come back.

A bit small inside, but there is some seating available. There are a lot of items on their menu, especially for the coffees and teas. I thought the service was friendly and efficient. I got the Vietnamese Iced Coffee and the Egg & Cheese Sandwich. I knew when I saw how pale the Vietnamese Iced Coffee looked that it was not going to be typical, haha. It definitely tastes sweeter than usual and not very strong at all, and the latter is what Vietnamese Iced Coffee is known for. I did not mind the sweeter taste too much although I wish it was a bit stronger and darker (in color). As for the Egg & Cheese Sandwich, I got it on a croissant which was flaky. While the eggs were quite fluffy, I felt like they needed some salt and pepper although perhaps I was supposed to add that on my own. I think I would rate Taste Full Beans a 3.75/5 stars if I could. The drink and food I got were just alright. I would come back and try the other items on their vast menu!

1/2 Review: The Allard Bakery and Bistro…read more We stopped in for a late lunch and were immediately greeted and seated, always a great first impression. Our table setup included two chairs and a couch. While comfortable, the couch sat noticeably lower than the tabletop, making it a bit awkward for dining. This was the only minor knock during our visit. Service, however, was outstanding. Our server, Austin, was kind, engaging, and genuinely attentive to our needs. The pacing was spot-on and the hospitality felt effortless and warm. Now for the food. We ordered the Farm Burger featuring Kobe beef, an over-easy egg, bourbon pork belly, pepper jack cheese, caramelized onions, and baby mixed greens. It arrived beautifully plated and cooked exactly as ordered. We upgraded to the truffle fries, which were absolutely worth it. Crispy, flavorful, and indulgent without being over the top. We also enjoyed the seasonal roasted beet salad, a refreshing and well-balanced dish with strawberries, roasted candied pecans, and a variety of beets that played together nicely in both flavor and texture. Pricing felt appropriate for the quality of ingredients, thoughtful plating, and excellent flavors coming out of the kitchen. All in all, a fantastic experience with just a small seating hiccup keeping it from a full five stars. A return visit is definitely planned.

The atmosphere is elegant yet welcoming, with a modern meets classic charm that sets the tone for a thoughtful dining experience. I had my eye on the shrimp gnocchi, which several reviewers rave about, but unfortunately it was unavailable that day. We started with side Caesars which was fresh and crisp, though fairly standard. I ordered the Jadore Chicken Garden Salad and asked if I could substitute grilled chicken for crispy, but was told no. Oddly, when the salad arrived, it had grilled chicken after all. It was good, just not particularly memorable. My husband had the steak and eggs, which he said were cooked perfectly. Again, solid execution, but nothing that stood out. That said, the overall quality of the main courses was very good. Looking over the dinner menu, we are eager to come back in the evening. The real magic happened at dessert. We overheard a staff member mention that one of the women behind the counter makes many of the desserts herself, and she may be from Italy. Our server couldn't stop praising her crème brûlée and key lime tart, so we had to try both. The crème brûlée was smooth and flavorful, though a bit softer than I prefer. But the key lime tart? Absolutely phenomenal. My husband, a Tampa native and self-proclaimed key lime aficionado, broke his keto diet for it--and declared it one of the best he's ever had. I don't usually like key lime, but even I was impressed. Tangy, creamy, and perfectly balanced--it's a must-try if you're anywhere near Hudson. Service was friendly, and while there were a few small hiccups, the warmth and pride the staff take in their food really shines through. We'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu, and to get another slice of that unforgettable tart.
