The burgers look like they are hand pattied. The fries were cooked perfectly. The ranch dressing was solid. Other member of our group got grilled chicken and said it was really delicious and well seasoned. The kids meals are served in super cute cardboard cars with stickers the kiddos can decorate with. It's fast food, but you get waited on inside or you can go through the drive thru. The waitress brings your food out with Rosie the Robot. The waitress was super kind and accommodating. read more

I love HWY 55, This is a wonderful taste of home. The food is great. I always try to get in McKayla's area. She is so friendly and knows what I want when she sees me. She tries her best to make sure my drinks are ready almost before I sit down. Now that is service! The owners are wonderful people and the staff works hard to please their customers. Remember to find out when they are serving breakfast. Those cheese biscuits are a rock with golden lava goodness. read more

Charming retro vibe and happy service. Love the onion rings and the custard. If you get a freshly grilled burger on a toasted bun it's decent fast food. The 5 out of 6 times we ate there they were precooked and sitting in a holding tray ( confirmed by mgmt.) and had no taste and odd texture of boiled meat. They did happily make me a fresh one the last time I was there and quite enjoyed it but since the restaurant was almost empty with many cooks and servers just standing around, should I be able to get a fresh cooked burger at 3 in the afternoon? read more

We have been here a couple of times now. The food is good, prices are very reasonable, but service needs work. Both times we came both our orders came out completely wrong. To their credit they quickly corrected the issues both times. However we were dining in. If this had been to go orders it would have really sucked. The food is very good though. I think the burgers are a decent size and very tasty especially for the price. While the service is so so everyone is very friendly. It seems they have a lot of younger people that probably need more training working there. I believe it opened not that long ago so hopefully with time it will get better. We ate at the restaurant when they first opened and was not a great experience, so after over a year plus, we decided to give it another shot to see if they improved. Nope. Went this evening, wait person said take any set or booth, they were not busy at all, waited 8 minutes without even being acknowledged, 3 other booths had folks sit down and got drinks, still not even acknowledged that I was there. Got up and left and when leaving told a wait person that I have been waiting and all she did was shrugged Her shoulders. Food might be good but it's not worth my time to sit and wait for zero service. I might go back but when the staff couldn't care less that you're there it's a sign of poor management. read more

Everything was cold, and my hamburger was dry. I was surprised they have the rating they do.

Food was ok. Made my burger wrong and had to wait for them to remake it. Kind of bland. Might give them a try another time. Idk

Awesome hamburgers, and tater tots friendly staff, very little wait time. They do everything they can to make you comfortable. I would not recommend the fried pickles or the onion rings.. everything else are they there was really good. Down to their custard. I loved it so much I downloaded the rewards app. I will be back. read more

Celiac disease approved! The hamburger no bread, chili, slaw... was the bomb. The salad was beautiful... I asked for no croutons or bacon bits because of my dietary needs. Thanks for the wonderful customer service! A smiling face and a great attitude. The building is beautiful and clean. They were very busy but still got me through in a timely manner... and still gave me the best customer service ever. This was my first time here... but definitely not my last. Tues 9/26 approx 7:15 PM. Booths full. All tables open. Sat at table. 2 other tables with 2 customer came in after we sat down. Hostess took orders from other 2 tables who came in after we did. Hostess did not acknowledge us or even offer menu. We left and went to one of your competitors to eat. We have had good service at drive thru window. My husband and I visited on 3/18/24 around 8:15 PM. Normally EVERY VISIT is a 5 star experience at all levels. This visit hit an all time low. We ordered a provolone cheese burger on a bed of lettuce, a regular burger (no cheese) with French fries and a root beer to drink. I had my own water with me. 3 of the 4 items ordered missed the mark! My cheese burger had cheddar rather than provolone cheese and when it was replaced it came with a large dollop (3 tablespoons) mayonnaise on of it which was NOT on top of the initial burger. Ben's regular burger came with cheddar cheese and was replaced with a regular burger w/o cheese and his order came with tater-tots not the French fries as ordered. The manger delivered the fries and apologized for the order issues. Our waitress was very attentive and we confirmed with her our order was entered correctly. It appears to us the kitchen staff was in a hurry to get out and use whatever they had left. Poorest rating for the kitchen that night! The only reason this is rated a 1 star was because of the waitress . We were given a 20% discount but left feeling less than satisfied. Not sure we want to come back! read more
