placed and paid for an order in the app. when I got there, I was told that they don't have any donuts today.. at dunkin' donuts. They offered me a muffin instead. said I couldn't get a refund because I ordered through the app, couldn't get a gift card, couldn't get replacement donuts another day. All they could do was tell me to call the customer service number, which they didn't have (said I had to Google it) that number didn't answer. the online virtual assistant was down for maintenance. Highly disappointed! Was passing through the area and stopped to get one of my favorite drinks and all I can say is Wow! Below is what I received verses what I ordered. May need to rethink giving my money to businesses that do not properly provide good service or good quality food and beverages. All I received was a cup of iced coffee literally with whipped cream on top with a light drizzle of caramel. Not at all what I ordered and it actually made me nausea so I did not finish the drink just threw it in the trash since I was not trying to go all the way back to a place I was just passing through! read more

The girl in the drive through that is there every single morning i've been there had the worst attitude i've ever seen for a drive through worker, every single morning, she dosent answer any questions you ask her, looks at you like ur stupid, and should not be the person who is "greeting" you at the window, she has a 2005 tattoo on her arm and a ton of piercings,just so you know before you have to speak to her. And the workers that come to help her when she dosent know what she's doing are just as rude. Every time. I love dunkin, but yalls workers suck. read more

They sell lukewarm coffee. Need I say more?? It is well made flavor wise and nice staff but what good is coffee if it's barely over room temperature? I like to have hot coffee for my 40 minute drive home from Greenville. The coffee is room temp in ten minutes. I'll probably go to a different location going forward. read more

I have always been a fan of Dunkin coffee. However, this specific location has gained terrible service as of late. I am very lactose intolerant and always get dairy free milk. Well today the employees did not give me oat milk and when I asked them if they could instead make me one with oat milk they took 30 seconds and handed me back the same drink. I know this because i indented the lid to make sure it would be changed. I should not have to explain that I physically cannot drink cows milk to get the drink I ordered. And staff should be trained on food safety and know better. read more

I used to love coming to this dunkin, I've ordered the same drink for the past 3 years and it used to be so good and the people were so friendly. Now my coffee is never right even after I nicely ask if they would remake it. Very few employees i have been greeted at the window by in the past few months have been pleasant. The others have been rude and barely even acknowledge me when taking my card. I'm not one for posting bad reviews but it's gotten so bad and I would like to keep coming there because it's right by my house but I won't be returning if something doesn't change soon. read more

Always clean. They've got a large (for a Dunkys) area for sitting, outlets for devices, and free wifi. Staff is friendly and helpful. Wish they were open 24 hours. read more

I came here at 1:30pm and decided to go through the drive thru. The two girls working had a line of about 5-10 cars (me being one of them) and were taking orders one by one. When I say this I mean they would take the order of one car, wait til they got their order then proceed with the next car. I go to order finally and they tell me to wait a second. I then get asked my order 3 separate times after I already told them. I then sat at the window & one of the girls processed my payment then shut the window. 10 minutes later, the other came to the window asking if I had paid, I told her yes and she said "Ok, your food will be out." I kid you not, from me getting here to me leaving it's been an hour. I'm sorry but that's ridiculous. read more

I honestly don't know what they are thinking at Dunkin on 10th Street Greenville NC. The wait is always long and the customer service is subpar. I was met today by a woman in a bonnet in the drive thru window. She claimed that she was the manager. I was embarrassed for her that she would be at work with a bonnet on her head. I simply wanted to add hashbrowns to my order and she told me that I would have to go back through the line to add the hashbrowns. Very weird experience. Dunkin has really relaxed their standards. Hannah, I think that was her name, is the best Dunkin worker I've met. She works here and she helped us fix our coffee order that the dunkin on Arlington messed up. She fixed our order and was super sweet about it. She has great customer service and should get a promotion. I wish we could have tipped her more, but hopefully this review will find its way back to her boss or the owner. Thanks girl! read more

This is absolutely the WORST dunkin' I have EVER been to. This is the wake up wrap I ordered this morning (12/7/19). I drove all the way home to find this and now I have to go back out to get something else to eat. The shell was in pieces, I couldn't even pick it up to eat it. The cheese was not melted. This particular Dunkin is not my favorite. They seem to have a limited selection, and we always seem to have something go wrong. If you just need some coffee, it's fine for a stop, but just know going in that there may be some issues. On our most recent visit, I was less than impressed. I ordered three bagels, half a dozen donuts and three coffees. The girl who helped me took my order and then proceeded to fill my order for a half dozen donuts. Then she picked up a dozen box and asked what I wanted... I told her I only ordered the half dozen. So apparently she forgot between the register and the donut rack. It's annoying to me that this Dunkin doesn't display its bagel options... the bagels are kept above the counter where they prepare sandwiches and such. So you can't see for yourself what kind of bagels are available. Our bagels were all undertoasted and not really hot. And then to top it all off, she gave me four coffees instead of three. At that point, I was so tired of correcting her that I just took the extra coffee. I can I always use extra coffee. If I were this franchise owner, I would take a hard look at the amount of food leaving my restaurant and what's being paid for. If I had wanted to, I could have walked out with a whole extra dozen donuts and large coffee that I did not pay for. Also as an aside, the rainbow sprinkle donuts have very few sprinkles (see photo)... another annoyance and detraction from this particular Dunkin location. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is the worst Dunkin I've ever been to. I typically stop here once a week on the way to my kids swim lessons but I only get a coffee. Pretty hard to mess that up. I learned my lesson ordering food from them because the food always taste like it's been sitting out for hours, like it's crunchy and hard when it's not supposed. But this morning took the cake when I thought it was safe to order my son a plain bagel with very light butter. They even put on the ticket that was on my bag that I ordered light butter. So it's not like somebody just didn't hear me. This is the bagel that they gave me. This is an absurd amount of butter that I don't think any normal person would eat regardless. But the fact that I asked for light butter and this is what they gave me... I have never returned anything from any food establishment in my life. But I called them back and swapped out the bagel. The next bagel that they gave me was still saturated and butter, the only differences you could tell that the butter had already set in. I squeeze the bagel one time and butter dripped out of it. I said forget it and I drove to the Next closest Dunkin' Donuts. I told them about this experience and they gave me TWO free bagels, which was awesome! And they gave me butter on the side lol. Worst service I have ever had in a donut shop. Dunkin Donuts occasionally sends me coupons. Recently I received a coupon in the mail for a free medium iced coffee or iced tea every money until 5/12/14. About two Mondays ago I was in the drive thru and accidentally ordered a medium iced latte instead of iced coffee. It was 6:45 am. I handed my coupon to the man at the window then witnessed a manager snatch it from his hand and read it. She then rudely proclaimed very loudly thought the window that I could not get a latte because my coupon was only for iced coffees. After that she just glared at me as if she expected me to drive away. I apologized once I realized my mistake and politely asked if I could get my iced coffee then. She responded by rolling her eyes and smacking her lips and snapping at me to pull up. About five minutes later the original guy brings me out my coffee and was very nice so i decided to let it go. Next Monday comes around and I am back in the drive thru around lunch time. I order my iced coffee and inform the man of my coupon. I pull up and see its the same man from the last time and see the same manager behind him and see her glare at me then rudely ask him what I ordered. I guess she was expecting I did it on purpose and enjoyed treating me like a criminal? Once the main handed me my iced coffee I thanked him and politely asked him for the district managers number. He looked shocked for a second then stumbled through a excuse of only his store manager could give that out who would only be there later in the day. I work 7am-6am during the week. I can never seem to catch this store manager. Every time I call I am informed that he is not there but will return the next day. I am told this every time. I am at my wits end at this point. I just can't stand being treated the way I was treated. So unless you want to be talked down to by someone who apparently can not be nice to anyone do not go to this location. At least with Krispy kreme you can contact management and are always treated with respect. read more
