I'll always love getting some Dunkin' and usually go through the drive thru for orders, times that have had their own issues, but today I went inside to know what they actually had available as the menu outside always advertises things that aren't available. Waited 5-10 minutes at the counter (that was covered in crumbs & chocolate) as employees walked past from the back. Another customer came in during that time, used the bathroom, came out and waited some more behind me. I decided to just use the screen for no contact orders even though the register was open. After ordering and nobody coming to see me I watched the other customer walk out and leave. After this someone came out and said a drink I ordered wasn't available (so they made a concoction of something that wasn't what I asked for in place of it). After 30 or so minutes of being inside more customers came in and had nobody to greet them so I let them know they could use the screen to order. I have a weakness for their maple frosted donuts. I use to be a fan of their sandwiches too, especially when I was in a pinch for time, but the last few times we tried the food, it tasted like cleaning products. We ALWAYS have an issue whenever we order a coffee with caramel in it. Either they're skimping on the syrups or they're at the end of the bottle and are too lazy to change it. It's really frustrating when you order a hot coffee and you can't try it until it cools a little, only to find there's no caramel and you're already at your destination. The visit before this, I had got off work late and wanted a small decaf coffee to wind down and relax. Coffee wasn't terrible but the last few sips were full of grounds. I don't particularly like this location, but beggars can't be choosers when you aren't willing to drive for local quality coffee. read more

I'm not the biggest DD fan for coffee but I do enjoy the coffee roll and maple donuts. I stopped in the grab a mobile order which I had mistakenly put as a drive thru order. In the 7 minutes I stood there waiting, 3 rude customers came in. I applaud the young people working because they handled these adults well. It's a hectic location and it's usually slammed with drive thru orders. A little organization would go a long way here but I've never had a bad experience. read more

Honestly, I love this location as it's very close to my job and I don't to drive that far just to get there. I've been coming here since last year and I love it very much. Every time I walk in to Dunkin Donuts, I'm always greeted warmly by the workers and they're always patient when you have questions to ask about their drinks or food. I'm glad I had the chance to try their seasonal drinks while they got them and I can't wait til later on in the year to try them again. I recommend their drinks especially the frozen coffee(depending on your favorite flavors) and the frozen chocolate but it also depends on your taste and what your mood is too. :) Overall, wonderful location with equally wonderful service, food and drinks. read more

I walked into the restaurant and immediately thought "this is the most people I've seen working in any establishment in a while". There were over 6 workers immediately behind the front counter and when as I stood there not a single soul greeted me or asked to take my order. Two people looked at me and looked away (the furthest person from me was no more than 4 feet). Before just walking out I asked the group "Are you all open right now?" To which one only one person responded. Then and only then did someone ask me for my order. Workers are standing behind the counter eating donuts and talking about life (which isn't a problem to me if you don't have guests) while disregarding paying customers. read more

Maybe don't have something available on the app for your location if you don't have it. Starbucks keeps up with their app. If you have an app it's common sense to keep it updated regarding availability of product. Well when I got there the girl on the speaker said they did not have the flavor I ordered in my drinks. I didn't want anything else. I asked for a refund and she started panicking and acting nervous saying I can call Monday. Suddenly this guy trying to sound macho takes over the order telling me that I can call corporate and just order different drinks. I validated verbally that they were refusing to refund me. I told them to just give me whatever. Now I have to wait two weeks for a refund. This is so ridiculous. Can't wait for the new Grovetown location to open because god knows this location doesn't have their business in order. read more

Took my mother in law for a quick coffee break the other day. I wish I'd got her name, but the girl working the drive thru window was seriously one of the most pleasant people I've ever met! We had family in town and a house full of kids, so needed a quick coffee break for energy to keep up. omg do not go to this dunkin. It's basically like throwing away money and time., I went craving a dunkin drink at around 6ish after studying and Idk if the girl who was taking orders was new, she acted like she got everything down at the drive thru box but after seeing the color of the drinks, I looked at the ticket and the receipt and saw she hadn't even bothered to get the drink order right. And it wasn't anything complicated or special, it was literally the most bare minimum when it came to orders,. I had been wondering why the drive thru line was taking so long and why so many people ahead of me were giving their drinks back to be remade.. I threw away the drinks and just went to starbucks where they're trained to reaffirm your order,... Never again, dunkin,. wth also, is it just me or does the cold foam taste spoiled sometimes? Terrible service, breakfast sandwiches and sub par donuts. Coffee lid not fully attached by employee causing it to spill on counter, floor and my clothes. No employee willing to clean up large coffee spill on counter and floor not to mention compensation for it spilling on my clothes. The two breakfast sandwiches made my daughter and wife sick. She's in customer service. She should be able to handle issues. If not, why are you in customer service. She treated us like we weren't loyal customers, and I spent way over $300 with them! I don't appreciate being double charged! They said that they offered us a gift card which they didn't because if they did, we never would've went up to the main branch. They should've handled it at the lewiston Dunkin! It's sad when you don't have all the money and the right color down here in GA! If we would've took anything out of that store, we would've been in jail it's the same thing with them, taking money out of my credit card without me, knowing!!! what's the difference ! I was so excited when I found out a Dunkin' Donuts was being built across the street from my neighborhood. I used to work in Edgefield, SC every day (before COVID) and would stop at the exit 5 Dunkin' Donuts On most mornings for my donut fix. Now I would have Dunkin' Donuts so close to home. But the donuts at this location are terrible. I've gone maybe 10 times and I'm ALWAYS disappointed. The jelly donuts don't appear to have sugar on them and the jelly can be seen through the donuts side because the donut is too thin. The chocolate glazed donuts don't have the glaze on them that I see at other Dunkin' Donuts. The donuts are dried out and appear to be days old. I keep giving them the benefit of doubt that possibly it's an off day when I go, but it's the same result every time I return. This morning I got my son in the car and drove to north Augusta exit 5 to get the donuts the way I know they should be, but I wish I didn't have to. I would love to support my local business but feel like they are cutting corners and could care less about the quality they are selling. Too bad I don't drink coffee, maybe that's a better experience for some. But with 3 average stars and several reviews I think that maybe I'm not the only one who is unhappy with this business. read more

9 times out of 10 my order is wrong at this location. Everytime I come back I'm reminded why I stopped coming in the first place.

The employee's we're very rude. They claimed to have called the order for completion several times. This may be true, however, when I heard the call for the first time. The food bag was pulled back beyond reach. There was no one there looking for a customer to claim the items. When they returned they called it out whit me standing right there. The third call was with attitude. When I mentioned that I can from the precious call they said I didn't. They said it had been ready for 5 min. Yes the five min that I waited between the second and third call out. When I said that the "alleged" first call was not loud enough, the employee indicated that another person heard it. I said it doesn't really matter because I didn't. I mentioned the attitude and argumentative nature towards a customer and got even more. I got even more when I asked to speak with a manager about the attitude of the employee. They simply kept returning the subject, rudely towards if the food was mine. This is no longer the complaint at this point. I said call the managers boss/owner. They did I didn't want to wait for them to arrive in person.
