This is a shout-out to our new friend, Rob, who went above and beyond to help us last summer! We were at the drive-thru window, in the middle of placing an order, when our Ford Escape got stuck in reverse and started backing up! Almost hit the car behind us! I helped my husband push the car to one of the parking spaces and safely away from the growing line of cars waiting to be served. Called triple A who basically told us they can't do anything for us at that time since it was getting late. The towing service across the street didn't want to come over right away without authorization from triple A, so that would have taken a long while. Waited for both services for an hour or 2 in the sweltering heat while we tried to figure out what went wrong. Suddenly, a guy in a Dunkin' Donuts uniform headed towards our direction and said he might be able to help since he's also a mechanic. His name's Rob and he immediately diagnosed what the problem was: a faulty cable bushing. He then fixed it and showed my husband how to adjust it in case it happens again on our way back. We still had a hundred miles to go to our bnb at that time and we would not have made it without Rob. He saved us that day! read more

Business hours open at 5, except every day this location opens at 540, 603, 537, you know, whenever they feel like it because they're still short staffed from the Covid epidemic four years ago. There's an old lady at the drive thru with the personality of a painted rock who unfortunately has Tyrannosaurus arms; in other words won't reach out the window to make an effort to hand you your coffee. And forget about going inside unless you like the kiosk. They absolutely will not take your order at the counter. Use the kiosk. Poorly run. Rude. I ask for a small hot coffee, I get a medium sized a Styrofoam cup filled up about 1/3 of the way so I ask why in the woman says "we have no more paper cops" I informed her that I cannot drink out of a Styrofoam cup she says "what would you like me to do about it" with an attitude. I said how about that paper latte cup? I said that appears to be the same size as a small coffee cup - is it not? She said "yes it's the same size". I ask "if it's the same size why didn't you just mix my coffee in that to begin with rather than give me a great big Styrofoam cup only filled a third of the way? Seems rather silly don't you think"? I have been going here for 4 years and the service is getting worse everyday. I never never order more than small coffees, I was given med instead I told them it was wrong and they insisted I was wrong. Plus I ordered a coffee role and they forgot that I did. I always get milk always but one day last week I went to give back because there was no milk and she stood in front of me and insisted there was milk. There was no milk in drink. The order one day was incorrect and they had given car in front my order and I got theirs. Plus they run out of donuts all the time. The training is terrible. What is happening at this one?? Having worked in a LOT of restaurants in my life, I'm honestly curious to see what is going on in this kitchen. It's bonkers how often my order is wrong. The employees are nice, but I've been going here almost every day for about 7 months and, as someone else said, they get the order right about 60% of the time. Feels like less. And yet, I keep going back because it's close and I keep hoping today will be the day they get it right! And the drive-through takes so long (today it took me over half an hour), you often see people pull out of the line and drive away. I assume it's because they can't get organized in there, and that's got to be a management problem. When I'm inside the place, I can see that people are trying, and they're nice and apologizing a lot, but with no good leadership, of course it's going to be chaos. Not fast food. The first time, they got my order wrong by adding cheese and the woman who took my order didn't have a friendly demeanor about me trying to kindly explain the mistake. If I could give this location zero stars I would. I frequent this location and it is by far the worst Dunkin location I have ever been to and I am a huge Dunkin' supporter. I have been to locations all over the country, and this location has proven to be the worst. I am writing this review today because when I ordered an Everything Bagel on the mobile app (I always use the mobile app because the drive thru takes a minimum of 30 minutes that I do not have to spare), picked it up, and got all the way home, I realized that both halves of the bagel I received were bottom halves. This is simply unacceptable. I cannot wrap my brain around how this could even happen, but it is the most disappointing thing that has happened to me in a while. I used my hard earned money to pay for two bottom halves of an everything bagel. Also, one of the halves was sliced so poorly a large gauge was taken out of it, making it half of a bagel slice. Please teach your employees to cut a bagel properly or at least how to care about others. They should have the decency to not send someone home with two bottom bagel slices, thus ruining someone's day. I will never return to this location. read more

Me and my girlfriend aren't from the area but we decided we wanted to get some Dunkin' Donuts. So me and my boyfriend decided to get two sandwiches one bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel toasted and one bacon egg and cheese on a croissant. Come to find out when we pull off from the drive-through and my plane bagel was Extremely burnt and my boyfriends croissant wasn't even toasted at all. These people need to learn how to not give out burnt food and if they see a really black bagel to switch it out and start over and not disappoint the customer.
