The donut display racks were semi filled and I had to have the strawberry frosted donut with multi colored sprinkles. Each bite was moist with a strong strawberry taste, but the sprinkles were basically just for some added color. The standard donuts are well priced still under $2.00 each. The gender neutral bathroom was very clean with damp freshly mopped floors and included a notice on the wall asking customers to notify management if the bathroom is not sparkling clean - love that they take pride in cleanliness. read more

My daughter loves donuts, so I stopped here for her birthday before daycare. When the cashier found out it was her birthday, they came out with a boombox, sang "Happy Birthday," and surprised her with a donut. I was highly impressed, and my daughter was thrilled...they truly made her day. Their customer service was amazing. This is a typical Dunkin' Donuts with both indoor and outdoor seating. This experience was more frustrating than it was horrible. I was in the mood for a breakfast sandwich and this location was on our way to our destination. I have been meaning to try the impossible sausage so I took this as my opportunity to do so. Unfortunately, we were not quicker entering the store and this difficult couple ahead of us took about 20 minutes with ordering, paying, and making requests after their drink was made. There was one girl working. Those people took a good 15 minutes. After the employee finally finished serving them, she was ready to take my order. Of course that ordeal took way longer because that annoying couple continued to request things. I finally placed my order. Hubs ordered 2 bacon, egg, and cheese sandwiches and I ordered an impossible sausage and cheese, no egg on a croissant. I had a $10 gift card and only had like 30 cents left after this! We received our sandwiches and left the store to eat them in the car. There was a homeless guy outside that was harassing people and some ignorant fool talking very loudly on his phone. I unwrap my sandwich and of course it was wrong. OMG! So I get out of the car and go back in. I specified again what I ordered. It took her a long time for some reason and she finally got it right. The impossible sausage was okay. It definitely did not taste like a regular sausage patty and I tasted a lot of fennel, which I do not like. Eve is wonderful and honest person I ever see. I came to Dunkin' Donuts with my friend. I stayed there for 1 hour then I left but didn't realize that I had dropped the wallet. With that said, it is fully staffed and you are never in the store more than a few minutes. Great change of pace for Starbucks fans as this location opens up a full hour earlier than the closest Starbucks. Restrooms are clean and their is plenty of parking. Store requires some modernization but you cannot blame staff for this or gig their review for something that is out of their control. Most of the staff are bilingual. This dunkin donuts has a group of regulars that come here to hang out. I think they are retired and live in the nearby Carriage Hills community. My son takes music lessons in the plaza so I come once a week for my afternoon pick me up. It feels like home. Very friendly & relaxed atmosphere. There is a couch and tv where the news is always on, which sparks interesting conversations between the patrons. The employees are super nice and make the food & drinks just the way you like. I was there this morning around 9:30. That was my place before COVID to go on my way to work. Went there for the first time today and what I experienced there, made me walk out without ordering. There was this young man putting his order. Did not have a mask, he was pulling his t shirt over his nose...... ok that did not bother me. What happened next did. He picked up a phone call (which was personal), I felt that it could of waited for later, because as he spoke loud and clear for every one to hear, his t shirt kePt falling down exposing nose and mouth. Then he stopped pulling it over his nose. This person had either an allergy or a cold or God know what. He sounded very stuffy and keapt sniffing. That's when I walked out!!! The personnel there did not say a word to him. Customer had options. He could of used curb side pick up. I'm not going there for a while. As other review states there is usually only one employee on duty (other than the morning rush) yet somehow the service is much better--and quicker--than other DDs where drive thru customers get priority over the walk-ins. The Dunkinistas on the afternoon and evening shifts all know their regulars' preferences. A couple years ago I had one crazy visit where I was given a bagel sandwich instead of croissant.
