America runs on dunkin! I guess that's why the Chinese are kicking our butts right now! Lol Anyway This place is always packed Better than driving to Starbucks in traffic Service is fast and friendly Coffee is good Donuts are getting smaller and smaller with hardly any filling at all You have to search in one corner for it 3 stars

    Most ice cream empty

Average place. Dunkin on the island. We were coming back from the pirate boat trip and the kids wanted ice cream so we stopped there. They were out of some of the special things to make all the creations. Lots of there ice creams were nearly empty not the best look. Location is good and it's open earlier than some of the ice cream only places

It amazes me that some businesses can be so bad and still manage to keep their doors open. In an area where there isn't a lot of competition for a business like DD you would think the opportunity would somehow outweigh the stupidity e.g. the sign on the counter - the lackadaisical customer service here was really unbelievable, there were two working or at least occupying the space behind the counter one completely overwhelmed and lacked any multi-tasking skills to the point it was almost amusing I wanted to just keep ordering things like one donut hole at a time to keep the show going, the second member of the staff was absolutely pathetic, stolid and offered no help to her compadre she may have been the owner for all I know. If I came here for entertainment this place would get five stars, the customers waiting on their products were in awe as were we but not in admiration by any sense of the word, fifteen minutes to get two medium coffees is ridiculous although it was really good coffee so that somehow makes it okay by me especially since I don't live near this location and it's doubtful if I'd ever return...

Great service and food... beware of the AC! It is freezing! The windows are fogged to the point you can't see through them because of that!

My sandwich was delicious BUT it was missing the avocado (which I went back and asked for separately). I also realized a little too late that I got someone else's order because I got American cheese not Swiss cheese. I think it would be helpful if they labeled the different sandwiches since there were three bagel sandwiches in our order. For my drink, I wanted to try the jewel flavoring (toffee nut and carameand I asked the staffer if it was better in a frappe or an iced latte and she advised the latter. The drink was so delicious that I think she was right. I also ordered a banana nut muffin, which I will have to come back and review as I have not tried it yet. However, I did try the crumble cake and it was too sweet for my liking. The place is really cute with art and merchandise but the music was too loud. However, we were lucky to find seating in the back. I have to say, the staff was nice and responsive. I know it is not easy managing a big party.

Both were gluten free. Now I have to admit that the lox avocado toast was about 6.5/10 (as the avocado had that weird taste it develops when it sets out for too long), but the waffle was SUPER good, ESPECIALLY for a GF option. The coffee was decent. Customer service was good. Everybody was very friendly and attentive, from the cashier to the wait staff. I have to say that I also got an iced latte with coconut milk and I was ecstatic that they had the coconut milk option because I'm noticing that it's becoming less and less available. Now to the other things that I have tasted; I tried their chai chiller. Even though it was too sweet for my liking (I reckon it was made with chai syrup). However, I think it tasted great -and the spiciness really was coming through. Finally, the tried the morning glory baked item. It was good. The combination of coconut, carrots, cinnamon, and raisins worked well together. I also got an orange-something scone, but have not tried it yet. I will have to come back and update my review once I do. The place looks eclectic but it works! It also has a small gift shop at the entrance which is a good option if needed.

The seating area was really nice with plenty of seats and tables. Wish someone was willing down the tables as there were a number of tables that were sticky. The line was long, but moved quickly. The setup to order was oddly positioned, but seems like you'd order where the line forms and then pickup closer to the street, however the set up isn't that way. Went to get some shirts but the lady working was simply rude and we left. Overall, not a bad place to grab a bowl, smoothie or coffee.

The aesthetic of the store is really pretty, there is no inside so you order from a window and wait for your order outside. The person inside yells out your name for you to pick up your order. The backyard has pretty white gravel rocks and a seating area. The line although long, moved fairly quickly, the girl at the cashier was friendly and welcoming she also recommend a few things etc. Now on to the food - the Açaí bowls are really big definitely shareable. I ordered the açaí bowl, which on the menu says açaí , strawberry, blueberry and mango... unfortunately that is not the bowl I received, my bowl had strawberries and bananas and almond butter.. no mango, no blueberry. If there was a shortage or not available I'd expect for the staff to communicate that when placing my order .. which was disappointing. I also ordered a croissant but that tasted like a bjs Costco croissant lol idk why I expected homemade lol. The bowl was also very watery nothing like coconut water, it didn't have much flavor in the açaí base itself which was disappointing as well. Overall I wouldn't return. there other places nearby with better ratings.

You can tell it's a true island gem just by how busy it stays. Seating is limited, so you put your name on the list outside and wait until they come get you, but it moves as people cycle through. We ended up sitting at the bar, which turned out perfect. Our server was super sweet, funny, and had that kind of personality that just makes the whole experience better. Now the food? Exactly what I needed. My sandwich hit the spot -- no complaints at all. And the prices were really good, especially for the area. You can tell this place has been around for a reason. My uncle loved his food too. Just a note before you go: they are cash only, but there's an ATM next door with a small fee, and they also accept Zelle. Definitely a spot we'd come back to anytime we're in the area.

While waiting, I noticed the woman greeting other guests very warmly, with things like "come on in, baby." When our table was called, she mispronounced my husband Tony's name. He simply corrected her and said, "Tony," and her response was, "whatever." As we approached the entrance, she was standing in the doorway and I finally asked, "Can we come in? It's hot out here." Her demeanor immediately changed and she silently moved aside and led us to our table. I'll be honest: once I sat down, I cried for about five minutes out of anger. I'm pregnant, I was hungry, my two young children were with us, and after waiting so long I didn't feel like I could simply pick everyone up and start over somewhere else. I also didn't want to have an argument in front of my children, so I swallowed a lot of what I wanted to say. I can't say what motivated the difference in treatment, but as a Latina woman, I noticed it and it made me uncomfortable--especially when I later watched difficult interactions happen with two other Latino tables as well. I was glad to see apologies and much warmer treatment afterward, but our initial interaction had already affected what should have been a nice family breakfast. Thankfully, a second server eventually took care of us and our experience with her was much better. We ultimately waited around another 40 minutes for our food. I'm not writing this because I expect special treatment. I expect the same basic courtesy given to every other guest. Whatever the reason for the initial behavior, responding "whatever" when a customer politely tells you his name is disrespectful and unnecessary. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because no guest should leave a breakfast table wondering why their family seemed to be treated differently.
