Cute little spot. Was walking distance from our place. Coffee was just okay for my taste. Tried to talk to them about recommendations and service seemed rushed in my opinion, and didn't want to talk much, they were busy but not super friendly.

OK, full disclosure. We were given a $25 gift card from the…read moreplace we were staying because they needed us to vacate our unit for a short period of time. That said. Oh my goodness! Awesome dinner here (after having been shut out last night because of a huge party that took up the entire place) But well worth the wait. While the emphasis here is not necessarily on "fine dining", our meals spoke otherwise! I got the duck, DH got the filet - medium rare. The sides were mashed potatoes, and roasted asparagus. Everything was excellent! Decided to indulge in dessert and went with the molten chocolate cake. Best we've ever had, and we've had a few! Our waiter, Joe, was awesome! He was raised here, and is happy to be settled here. Love that about some of these people, that not everyone is a transplant! He went above and beyond. Wish we could take him home with us.

The restaurant was not busy, and the atmosphere was very nice. My husband got a breakfast sandwich which he loved and I ordered the "not egg" burrito with the option of egg. The burrito was amazing! But apparently they had to go buy the egg patties or weren't prepared for customers asking for them. Because of this, we had to wait almost an hour for our food. The waitress took off a round of drinks which she didn't need to do. we were enjoying ourselves.

I love that all the gelatos are vegan, gluten free and dairy free making it a perfect spot for everyone to enjoy a delicious treat without compromising on flavor. The quality, taste and variety of flavors are amazing. I also love that they have other location around the Tampa Bay Area, making it easier to enjoy these delicious gelatos in different places. Definitely a must visit when you're in Anna Maria island. I can't wait to come back and try more flavors.

In a gluten-free cone, was paired Pistachio and Cappuccino. The pistachio was smooth, nutty, and authentic, not overly sweet, while the cappuccino delivered a perfect coffee kick with a velvety texture. The cone held up well and didn't get soggy, which is always a plus for gluten-free options. The gelato shop was cozy and quaint, perfect for a pick me up! The ladies at the gelato shop let us try as many flavors as needed before choosing the perfect combo. PS I do not recommend the Oreo or dark chocolate flavors. Yuck.

We were quickly seated for lunch, and our server was attentive and friendly throughout the entire visit. We both ordered the chicken tortilla soup, and it was amazing -- incredibly rich, flavorful, and comforting. Definitely a standout! Service and food were both excellent. The only reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is that the inside of the restaurant smelled a bit stale, and unfortunately the women's restroom had an unpleasant odor. Hoping that's something that can be addressed, because otherwise it was a really great lunch experience.

We've been coming here for years, referred tons of people, and genuinely loved this place. Unfortunately, the food quality and service have seriously declined over the last few months. We ordered the Wicked queso(almost $14 now) and it came out ice cold. When we mentioned it politely, the server looked at us like we were stupid for bringing it up. No apology, no concern. It came back missing the guacamole and was still barely lukewarm. Then the fajitas arrived. The meat was unbelievably salty, like it had been dumped in salt, and the vegetables were completely burnt and charred beyond edible. What really made the experience worse was the attitude. Every issue we brought up was met with annoyance instead of customer service. Not once did we hear "sorry" or "how can we make this right?" It honestly felt like they couldn't wait for us to leave. It's disappointing watching a place we once loved go downhill like this, especially in such an amazing location. Hoping they turn things around, but if this keeps up, we're probably done coming back.
