The coffee is excellent, but the key differentiator here is "Bakeshop", as Timmy's makes ALL their food products in each location, e.g., doughnuts, bagels, sandwiches, wraps, etc. Unlike the competing chains, Timmy's food items aren't made then frozen in a NJ factory, & anyone can instantly tell the difference! I've been to countless locations across upstate NY & across the northern Midwest, and this Pembroke, NY cafe is as consistently quaint/cozy as the rest.
