We prefer Dunkin to the other road trip coffee shop, so we popped into this one around 10am on a holiday Thursday. Ordered ahead and the order was correct and waiting on us when we arrived. The restrooms were clean. Plenty of parking outside. The drive through line was LONG but seemed to be moving efficiently enough. The food was great and served in Less than 3 minutes after I walked away from the register. The atmosphere is wonderful the sunflowers in the mason jars with the fairy lights are a nice touch! It would be a great place to take a date. Or just to go and get a cup of tea or coffee and read a book in one of their comfortable armchairs. read more

After pulling into Starbucks across the street and there being an insane line, my husband spotted this Dunkin'. BOOM! We actually prefer Dunkin coffee anyways! My husband ran in and grabbed us 2 black coffees. He was shocked by how much sugar options are available there. Like, we don't have sugar in our diets... unfortunately aside from like black coffee or water, there aren't many choices here. For some reason, my coffee cup/lid was defective and sputtered molten hot coffee on his hand as he made his way back out to the car. I transferred it to my Yeti mug anyways. I love Dunkin Donuts. But.... I went to this one for the first time since moving here. The woman at the register was on her phone the whole time I was there! She BARELY recognized me as a customer! I felt like I was disturbing her! I was furious but bit my tongue! When I told her I wanted a dozen. She didn't even look at me. Just stated this is all the donuts they had. Which was around 8 varieties. After she rung me up, she asked the other woman behind the counter to get my donuts. Obviously because whatever was on her phone, was more important than doing her job! Trust me! I will NEVER go back to that business again! I don't care if I have to drive 10 miles further. If that was my business, somebody would be looking for another job today. read more

Stopped by 30 min before closing and was told they were already cleaning so they couldn't serve me anything hot...so basically half their menu unless I wanted it straight out of the fridge. When I was asking for clarification someone else came on the speaker and said they were cleaning to close because they close in 30 min so "what do I want them to do?" The girl was entirely Unimpressed that she had a customer she was throwing away all the donuts and I caught her mid dump ask for a couple donuts- I was lucky to get one Boston cream and a chocolate doughnut before they went in the plastic bag nevertheless they were stale and pretty tasteless and I was charged full price. That sent out a pretty weird message to me about the pride of your restaurant charging customers full price for donuts or being dumped in the trash. Came in for a quite coffee during the lunch break and while it was fine for that purpose there are definitely many better options out there. The coffee was fine but the location itself left much to be desired. One of the silver linings of the pandemic has been how establishments are expected to keep a higher standard of cleanliness with the supposed constant cleaning that places are doing. And while it is difficult to enforce, even those protocols aside this particular location was lacking in that respect. I do think Dunkin' in general gets a lot of traffic and there will be wear and tear on surfaces but everything felt a bit grimy with buildup. With all the furniture cleared out for reduced capacity it really should've been an opportunity to tackle it. Especially when it was exposed with everything cleared out. read more

I really wish there was a no star option. So this place is absolutely horrible! Awful customer service and filthy! Found a GNAT in my tea and when we went today, they were rude and they were out of everything we wanted, such as cold brew and bagel minis. We actually just pulled off instead of getting anything. We will NOT be back to this establishment. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, so please take your business elsewhere. read more

I was craving a certain Dunkin donut that I've eaten before. I stopped at this store in the early evening and they said they were out of that particular donut so I already wasn't happy. So I just ordered some chocolate covered ones. I'll never go back. They were so stale. I know they had to be sitting there all day if not for a couple days. Just terrible. These people are rude and I just called to see if they had iced coffee because they've been out of ice for like 2 months. He was a smart ass to me. This Dunkin isn't good enough to be little shits to people. I recommend Green Frog or Starbucks :) plus they don't know how to melt the sugar in hot coffee before making the iced coffee.
