The slowest Dublin I've seen in a while. After sitting in the drive-through for a little bit, I decided to go inside soon as I got inside I realize exactly why the drive-through line was taking so long. The staff seemed completely out of it. There were three different people sweeping one area behind the counter. The lady at the drive-through window was cursing other employees out, saying things like "I don't know what the F is going on." It just seemed extremely chaotic, and no one knew what was going on. All I wanted was a large coffee with milk and sugar and I couldn't even get that. The coffee was burnt. There was no sugar. It was a drop of milk I just had to throw it away.

This is what the ham and Swiss look like. I couldn't eat it. It looks horrible and it tastes even worse.

This is what the ham and Swiss croissant looks like from there. Tastes burn and just disgusting overall and to top it off customer service is truly the worst in town. They all have an attitude with their long annoyed faces. They act like they're doing you a favor. Never going back. I do not recommend. Wish we had more family owned places to go.

What can I say, I love doughnuts and I've been to plenty of Dunkin' Donuts but this one was different. The decor was pleasing. They have a section that you could sit and mingle. Several nice comfortable chairs where you can sit and meet up for coffee and good conversation--- like one of those fancy coffee shops. Not one napkin was on the floor or empty tables. Everything was in order. The doughnuts were delicious and fresh.

With the multiple sitting areas, including a comfy corner with a sofa, soft chairs, and coffee table, it would be easy to sit for a spell and enjoy an espresso, coffee, tea, or smoothie, while nibbling on a pastry, bagel, quiche, or breakfast sandwich. The service was top notch, with a heaping dose of friendliness and kindness. We sat and talked for awhile, and during that time, I noticed the steady stream of customers coming in and others who had arrived before us, continuing to plan next year's school curriculum (or something) and children playing. The shop is definitely family-friendly. My wife and I will definitely stop back in the next we visit our friends. Note: If you're in the area, ask for a punch card towards a free beverage.

The ladies behind the counter are really nice and great with recommendations. I had a toasted everything bagel with cream cheese and an iced caramel latte. Both were so good. I haven't had the best luck with local coffee shops but Milk Road has given me so much hope! There's a little toy kitchen for kids and my toddler had a really fun time.
