Another group of shops that all follow the same model. My reviews won't change much except for the location. This was a new location for me when I was at JFK Airport, International terminal. It's small but you're not really coming here to sit and socialize or work. Just get on line, order and pick up your food and drink order and head over to your gate. Usually every time I have walked into or visited and DD I am greeted well and served quickly. This team while friendly and knowledgeable, seemed a little bit more focused on the crowd and moving the people through the line. Many different review here at DD usually revolving around staff. I was here very late and there ws no real line and a few very congenial employees. I drink my coffee black so the backup by the sugar and other add-ons doesn't usually affect me, and I see this type of slow down no matter where the coffee comes from. Their food was fresh and I assume they get it delivered multiple times during the day. There is nothing worse than eating an old donut, bagel or muffin. Kudos to this team for keeping their location up to the standards of the other "Dunkin" locations, and keeping this line flowing so well. read more

When you had a bad airline breakfast, you need to supplement with something actually good. I had a large iced coffee and sausage, egg and croissant sandwich. My personal opinion, I think the staff should take your name and call it when the order is ready. My reason is simple, when the staff called out the orders everyone is looking around all befuddled. This location is next to a basket Robbins and inside a convenience store. Anyways good spot for a cup of coffee and a breakfast sandwich. read more

I came here to see what food and drinks they offered. This being Dunkin Donuts, I was fully aware that I could not set the bar too high. I noticed they did offer breakfast items, to which I proceeded to order. But to my dismay, the employees rudely said that they were limited in ingredients, and that I was best off just ordering a donut and coffee. I don't eat donuts, which some will ask why I came here in the first place. My answer: the coffee. Also, if they advertise breakfast items, but are "short on ingredients," then don't advertise them at all. This is actually an express cart located right next to the domestic baggage carousel. It offers a small selcetion of donuts, unflavored coffee and has a cappucino machine, all self serve. While the selection is very limited, what they do offer is always fresh. Maybe they are the first delivery stop or something, but they have some of the best donuts I have ever had at a DD. The cappucino is a fake powder base and should be avoided. But the coffee is legit DD coffee and new pots are brewed regularly. A decent quick source for dunkin. read more

Maybe giving this location for stars with much. I had just gotten off in airplane at JFK international Airport. Really needed a cuppa coffee. I saw this Dunkin Donuts and remembered that I had a gift card in my wallet. I ordered a small cup of coffee, in English. The gentleman that took my order at the register looked at me like I had seven horns and three antlers sticking out of my head. I repeated my order, he mumbled something in an Indian dialect south of Bombay. I went to pay with my gift card, and I was informed that they do not accept the gift cards. I would have appreciated it if I was told this before I placed the order. There was no signage anywhere indicating that they did not accept gift cards. read more

This place is a horrible mistake and a waste of time. I waited 20 minutes in line to order since they had everyone at this place go to the Dunkin Donuts line. And then they just tell me to step aside as someone makes my milkshakes. 15 minutes later, I'm told I need to pay first after the cashier told me to go pay next door where no one is charging you, just asking for receipt for it to be made and I end up back in line. Have to agree with just about everything the first reviewer, michael f. reports. I can't speak to the donuts, but can add that they also have the decaf tea bags that allow me to create the decaf iced tea the wife requires. They will charge you for the extra cup for the ice over which to pour your hot brewed tea, but hey - happy wife... read more

Don't really get the bad rap from the other reviews. The ladies working the register and the sandwich board bore the steady, pre-postal, underpaid and under-stimulated expressions of just about any worker at JFK but they were not rude and got my order just right. I truly dig their java! Coffee chains like this one were so meant to service lazy asses like me that don't feel like adding cream and sugar myself. I got Combo 6, the one with the egg white flat bread. I have to say I don't much care for the "cheese food creep" that seems to be infecting every sandwich on the baggage level at T8, but the sandwich is piping hot and I got a meal with a drink for under $7. That's a smoking hot deal in my book for any meal in the vicinity of an airport. In fact, I think that's "A-OK." read more
