I had a very bad experience with Mona at this DD. When I asked to order the $5 croissant special without bacon she chimed in on the intercom ( there was a nice gentlemen originally helping me) and was very rude about the vegetarian adjustment. She shouted repeatedly at me and made my morning very unpleasant. The gentlemen at the drive through apologized multiple times for the ladies behavior which was the opposite of customer service. We recently moved to Monroe and my husband had a horrible experience with this same woman a month ago. He was burned from hot coffee and this woman did not apologize and the Franchise owner never called to follow up on the experience as corporate told my husband they would. Although we love DD these 2 experiences at this location will prevent us from going back. No surprise that the yelp reviews on this location are horrible and reference the "rude" woman. read more

Always short staffed. The guy at the front is always angry. Everyday is a gamble on if you should walk in or take the drive through. If you do drive through it takes about 5 minutes before someone takes your order. read more

This is the only Dunkin Donuts where I feel I have to seriously strategically plan how I'm going to manage driving there and not plowing into someone in their small ass, ass backwards parking lot! Also! I have to carefully plan my time out as well, because if you go there past 9am on a weekend your literally waiting about a half hour at the drive through, due to the line being insane! You can't even park to go in because the line of cars take up the lot and forget backing out of your spot!!! They do have fresh donuts, I give them that. The staff was amazing (Francis, a woman helped me). However, the manager (taller gentleman, glasses) was so belittling to the staff. It appeared that there was a new young woman working and he was yelling at her to find a solution when she verbalized to him multiple times that she was struggling to find one, which is why she asked him for help. He told her that she was acting like it was her first job and when she stood up for herself, explaining that it wasn't, he got even more angry. Moreover, when I was handed my iced coffee, I wasn't given a straw. Francis promptly asked me if I would need one, and I replied that I would. He quickly ran over, yelling that she shouldn't have to prompt customers because the straw mandate has been active for over 30 days. I'm a college student who lives full time in Delaware and the state rules are different there. I was really grateful for Francis! He was so disgustingly disrespectful and those women were working so hard and he was so unappreciative. Disgusting. I wish I had more space to give more examples of how awful he was being. The manager refused to see me when I had a question about a gift card purchase. I was told I have to leave a drivers license number with them that they hold for 12 months in order to take my credit card. I could understand if I was tendering a check, but a credit card that gives the retailer approval or denial instantly. I checked in with Dunkin Corporate and they said this policy is not correct. They are going to speak with the franchisee about this. The establishment was rude and let's not get started on the cleanliness. Rude, Rude, Rude. When I asked again could I speak to the manager about this policy I was told "he just pulled out of the parking lot." Dunkin Corp told me they have never heard of a location requesting a driver's license to keep on file if you are purchasing a gift card with a credit card. The local owner refused to even discuss the matter. I urge you to read other reviews before you proceed to this Jamesburg NJ location. Worth driving a couple of miles to another Dunkin. They don't even deserve a star. My family and I were here visiting from Houston, Tx. We were in the drive thru for a 4-person order and never in my life have I heard someone say to hurry up and order because there are other cars waiting. We waited for a good 7-8 mins just to order and how dare this woman say something so rude. There was no decency from the other lady that helped us when we pulled up to the drive thru. We asked her what the problem was and she said "what!?" So rudely. Then she said "pull your car up..." and then we waited and ahe ao rudely handed us our order without even saying thank you. I've always heard bad things about this location but decided to try it anyway bc it's the only dunkin in the area. After a few hit or miss expierences, I decided to keep going. This morning I asked for a medium iced latte and got a cup of milk instead. When I asked for a new iced latter the woman refused with a cold response. You would think after spending $20 and asking for a new coffee politely the woman would say "sure, no problem". This place really needs to check for high school credentials before hiring. Staff is rude, slow, and awful. Coffee isn't rocket science especially when you are telling them how u want it, and dont get me started on how well they place the lids on the coffee cup. Several times I was handed my coffee with the lid barely on and spilled it on myself, forcing me to return home and change before heading off to work. Luvky for me, coffee was limewarm at best. Worst Dunkin donuts ever! Went here at about 11:30 AM. They were talking in the intercom for about 4 minutes before even asking for our order, the attitude that the employee gave over the intercom was horrible. If I can give this place 0 star, I would! We ordered a latte, an iced caramel latte, and I wanted a cappucino blast from their baskin robbins section. So my friend's large iced caramel latte looked so white as if she ordered just milk alone!! There was hardly any coffee in it. So she asked if they can put more coffee in it, and when they did, whatever they put on top looked like watery coffee because it was so light and tasted the same. So then our other order, the hot latte, tasted so watery!! So now for the cappucino blast, I asked to substitute the vanilla ice cream they usually put in it to pralines and cream ice cream instead. And they said no they couldn't do it for me and gave me some BS excuse on why they couldn't do it, talking about how they need to save their ice cream to make the shakes, etc. WTH?! First of all the place was dead and it's 35 deg outside i doubt even one person would want a milkshake at this time (10pm) I mean come on, all I needed was ONE scoop to put in the cappucino blast! Every single baskin robbins I've been to never gave me a problem. So please, save yourself from aggravation and don't waste your time coming here even if you're desperate for some caffeine. I do not know how to delicately explain this situation. I do not want to appear that I have an issue that the employees at this DD do not understand english enough to be working on the drive-thru. I go to this DD every morning on my way 2 work and order 2 coffees and 2 muffins. The employees that take my orders continually interupt me during the order process so that I have to repeat my order 3 or 4 times. When I get to the window, I have to ask for an drink tray even though they can see I am the only person in the car. The coffee is NEVER made the way I ask for it. When they are busy and have me pull away from the window so that they can walk the order to my car, they never say anything. They just hand me the bag and walk away. VERY RUDE. Today was the last straw. I went to the drive-thru and ordered 1 lg cup vanilla soft serve with rainbow sprinkles and 1 lg cup vanilla soft serve with chocolate syrup. The girl taking the order again interupted me during the order process. When she asked me to repeat what I ordered she YELLED at me asking me if I wanted a CUP or CONE. THIS IS IT!!! I am done with this DD.This store needs to get someone to work the drive-thru window that can understand English, and that is courteous and friendly. There are two workers that are really nice. At times it's a long wait at the drive thru depending on the time of day. Like most DD they don't put enough sugar in my coffee. I hate ordering cream and extra sugar and still having to add more sugar and stir after the fact. The inside is clean and neat, the restroom as well. read more

I save a bundle on tips here because the service is consistently abysmal. The location is great, which is the ONLY reason I keep returning. The kid who waits on me most often has a spectacular talent for letting any distraction--or even a shiny object--get between him and filling my order. Management personnel--recognizable as someone behind the counter doing even less to get me out the door than anyone else back there--are either overwhelmed by the crisis of the hour or totally zoned out. With such pathetic counter service I don't dare try the drive-thru where you must trust that what's in the bag is close to what you ordered. But today I tried the DD App's order ahead feature. The app worked beautifully, and I walked in having given them more than 15 minutes to prepare an iced coffee. I might as well have been the invisible man. After being ignored at the pickup counter for about five minutes, I started glaring at employees, picking one at a time. This proved fruitless, as each was deeply engrossed in their own daydream. Finally one young lady's curiosity got the better of her, and she asked me if she could help. I showed her my cell phone and she quickly turned to a paper receipt absorbing moisture on the counter. She THEN began to fill the order, twenty minutes after I had pushed the send button. You can't make this stuff up. read more
