I placed the order below, I come to the store and the manager said he can only give me one item after telling me to go to the front of drive thru, where they never came and checked up or anything, they'd didn't say come inside or replace your order they just had me waiting in the middle of the parking lot. I'm on hold with support for over 15 minutes. And to top it all off they decided to only give me one item of my order so I was forced to choose between the coffee & breakfast sandwich I ordered. This was diabolical. Not a single refund issued so far either. So I spent money for a coffee and a side as well and only got one thing. If I could give less than a star, I would. How the world does this place not have donuts!? Ordered from an app and we never got the donuts. Well that was interesting.... Made an on the Go order about 5-10 minutes before arriving to pick it up. Walked in, the order hadn't been made and the receipt was still on the printer. One of the workers told us it was being made. But that's not the interesting part of the story. We're waiting for the order watching what looks like a completely dysfunctional machine of employees. Keep in the mind, the restaurant is empty of customers but the drive thru is full. One employee comes around the corner vocally complaining and swearing about being yelled at by customers, another employee acknowledges the fact that she had no idea what Holiday Blend coffee was and had a bad encounter with a customer because of it, another employee was counting tips while in the midst of a busy restaurant and just kept telling us our food was being made and a fourth employee came out to curse at him for counting tips and not helping. Needless to say, in addition to the 5-10 minutes after placing the order, we waited an additional 10 minutes for a breakfast sandwich and hash browns watching this dysfunctional ship function with close to no care for customers in the store. Went to dunkin donuts today around 4:00pm and was my worst experience there. Egg, cheese, and turkey sausage wraps are over $3.00 each. When I reached the drive thru window with my child we heard the employees cursing and being loud. Ordered only 2- turkey sausage egg and cheese and 1-medium frozen hot chocolate with whip cream was $12.12 and waited 5 minutes. Spotswood location is much better and cheaper. This is a good Dunkin. I pass by this place every Sunday, because I go to Monroe for a personal thing, and I always pass this Dunkin location. I ordered from the drive-thru, a vanilla donut with sprinkles, and a frozen hot chocolate. Staff was friendly when taking orders, and was very quick. I got my food as soon as I arrived at the Drive-Thru window. The ddonut tasted perfectly fried, but the icing tasted very powdery, and I got only pink sprinkles, not rainbow. The sprinkles, I could live with. The frosting no. But, i was hungry, so I ate it anyway. The frozen hot chocolate was perfectly chocoloatey. The best! Overall, if I do come back, I'll just get the frozen hot chocolate! read more

Dunkin' Donuts is super convention, let's be real. I see far more dunkins than I do Starbucks so I commend them for that ok my commute. I normally don't go for non-drive through dunkins however this Dunkin totally made me Change my mind. I never waited more than 60 seconds to receive my order which is a HUGE PLUS because sometimes you feel like you are waiting HOURS on a drive through line. The staff is really friendly, fast, and efficient. In addition, they sell a nice variety of Dunkin gear. I recently bought the Dunkin' koozies which is apparently the "thing to buy" so that was awesome seeing them there (I bought 4) and never saw them at another Dunkin in the area. I would definitely recommend if you are in the area and don't min getting out of your car. 4 stars because the parking lot is small. read more

So I've been going to this Dunkin' Donuts for almost 2 years now. This Dunkin donuts used to be really good! The food was consistent and the coffee was on point however, it recently changed. I don't know if it is a change in management or staff, but the quality of food and customer service has gone down. My regular order is a small iced coffee with cream and sugar and light on ice pretty much every single day with either a plain bagel toasted with strawberry cream cheese or chicken salad on a croissant toasted. You would think after going to the same place for 2 years, the staff would remember you..... This morning, I ordered my regular and when I got up to the window I was given a regular coffee so I kindly told the guy that I had ordered an ice coffee. It took a few minutes but I got my iced coffee and was told that I need to say "ice coffee". Every single time I come to this Dunkin' Donuts, I always get an ice coffee and I know I said "iced". Now had this been a Starbucks they would not have recharged me for my iced coffee. A dollar and some change is not that big of a difference, and honestly, I don't mind paying the difference but it was the level of customer service that left a bad taste in my mouth. I'm a jolly person, but poor customer service is unacceptable. I work in the service industry...if you're having a bad morning, don't take it out on your customers. Note that their posted hours are wrong. The website says 24 hour; their drive-through window says 11:00pm. They actually close about 10:40, and some of the stuff is not available even before then. This Dunkin actually gets my orders right most of the time. Some of the employees are 100%, always friendly and accurate with the orders. read more
