This Dunkin location serves the only really good frozen blended coffee Frappuccino-type drinks I've had in many years. Instead of tasting like nothing more than ice, milk, and a whiff of coffee and syrup, they never fail to serve me an actual dessert of sweet, frozen coffee with addictive crunchy toffee candy. When I've been inside, it's been consistently clean. Always fresh and tasty donuts and avocado toast too, and of course really pleasant customer service. I only patronize Dunkin Donuts for the donuts as they can't hold a candle to Wawa for their coffee. This morning was the last straw however as I ordered a dozen donuts only to find that more than half were so stale as to be inedible.....Crumbling in the hand stale.....chocolate glaze starting to turn white stale.....Jelly filling hardening stale.... Now that be Stale folks! What infuriated me is the fact that this is an institution for the elderly in Monroe so just the fact that they were selling stale products does not bode well for the community simply because they thought no-one would notice or care for that matter. That's cold people.... I also have to take some of the blame because if I had checked the contents it would have been a totally different result I can assure you. Never again.... With this visit, I will NEVER EVER go to Dunkin' again. I ordered a Small Dunkin Coffee with cream. At the drive-thru, I was given. COLD Dunkin Coffee wit Whipped Cream. I was told that I HAVE TO TELL THEM THAT I WANT HOT COFFEE. I said I did not want the coffee, and was then given GOT COFFEE WITH WHIPPED CREAM. I left the drive thru, turned around to the back of the lot, threw the coffee out and tossed the cup. Went to WAWA less then a mile away and got what I wanted. This branch of Dunkin Donuts was not as friendly as the others I have visited. It is located near the turnpike exit and has bunch of office complexes around so there's always a long line at drive through during rush hours. In oder to avoid the long wait I went inside to pick up my order and the staff looked as though they wanted to be anywhere else but there. Poor service, scruffy interior, coffee was burnt and my breakfast sandwich order was prepared wrong. I'd avoid this place at any cost. I am not a fan of Dunkin Donuts in general...except I can get a cappuccino cheaper than Starbucks. Other than that, this place on Applegarth in particular is a disaster. First of all never order any kind of food, sandwiches etc. It is all swill and probably incorrectly made. Now I'm normally not a Dunkin fan, but I was given a gift card and decided to use it. I dont like their coffee..yea i know..America runs on... not this girl. So this morning I decided to use the card. So I pulled up to drive thru ordered a bagel with veggie cream cheese and a medium ICED chai latte..ok pull up to next window..hands me my HOT chai latte..I said I ordered ICED..we dont do that here..wth??!! Why wasn't I told when I ordered it..next I get my bagel and drive away. I shouldve checked it before I pulled away...sigh..I did not silly me..first it was plain cream cheese..aww man let down really wanted veggie..second..it wasn't even cut in half..so in driving with a entire bagel in my hand unsafe..I know..but girl was hungry..they couldn't take the time to cut it in half?? Three guys with headsets. Only one car in the drive through. I'm the only customer at the counter. I wait patiently for one of these guys to walk over. Finally, I say "Anyone here?" I get a look from one of the headset guys as if I'm bothering him. He didn't even say "We'll be right with you." He just gave me a look and a mumble. I'm rating a DD not a high end NYC steak house. Clean Efficient Plenty of parking Employees pleasant. I read a review with two stars. It said that she doesn't like coffee or donuts. She went on to say the service was very good. The tea was very good. The place was clean and she loved the outside seating. If you like DD a good place to go. By far the rudest clerks I have ever had the displeasure of being served by. Tried to change my order before I paid and was told, "You cannot, your order is done already". So, it seems once they enter it in their system, they don't want to change it? No, I won't be going back, but I post this to alert other folks to what experience awaits them at this particular restaurant. And a bigger problem is that when you call corporate to complain, they blow you off and don't even have the class to return a phone call. This DD must be owned by the other DD up the road on Applegarth in Gables Plaza. They both CLOSE earlier than their posted hours. Saturday June 26 it was all closed up early, as was the Gables location again. Is this DD policy? that their locations can just close early whenever they choose, regardless of listed hours? Skip them: Delis, bagel shops, Starbucks and other coffee shops are nearby. read more

Worst experience at a Dunkin Donuts. The caramel latte I ordered had burnt coffee taste with no caramel at all. They would not honor the deal for $2 medium latte between 2 and 6 pm even though the menu board in the drive-thru had an ad for this deal. Never going back to this location. read more

I'm so upset. After ordering I came up to the drive through and could see that all of the people working inside were wearing their masks under their chins. They were not covering their noses or mouths when they made my food and drink or when they opened the window and did the money and food exchange. This might've been one of the most humiliating experiences that my family and I have ever had by some of the most unprofessional people. Coming home from a nice Father's Day brunch, I requested my family to stop by Dunkin Donuts for an iced coffee. No big deal. We went through the drive thru and my order was taken by a woman, again no big deal. When we got to the window to make payment. My dad handed my sister (who was driving) a fifty dollar bill. The man at the window, Alex was his name, gave my sister the change in the most unprofessional manner. He handed her the change first and then the bills, allowing the bills to literally fly away. My sister had to get out of the car and run after the money, with my brother running behind her. Alex was laughing. This was amusement to Alex. When questioned why he thought it was funny he said 'I am not laughing', when he clearly was. Change was also on the floor next to the car and when my brother returned from running after the bills he went and picked up the change. This was also amusing to Alex. So much so that he invited over Jessica and they laughed together. Disgusting. Once we got home we decided we would call the Dunkin Donuts and request a way for us to file a formal complaint with either the franchise owner or Dunkin Donuts Corporate. Now generally this is a step that is only taken when someone feels completely dissatisfied with the service they received, so you can only imagine the distaste that we were left with. Alex picked up and continued to argue with the customer that it was not his fault as he continued to giggle and mocked our experience. We then requested to speak to someone else, that wasn't Alex's friend Jessica (who was also laughing at us). We were put on the phone with a very nice gentleman Mohammad who took down out phone number and said he would have the franchise owner look over the recordings and camera footage and reach out to us in a timely manner. Mohammad also offered us a free drink or sandwich on him next time we stop by (regretfully we won't ever). I suggest that anyone that lives in Monroe drive the extra 0.2 (or whatever) miles and go to the other Dunkin Donuts on Applegarth. Alex is the worst. No one should ever feel dehumanized the way my family and I felt today. read more

This is a review of the Dunkin Donuts on Applegarth road near Walgreens. First we ordered the Pumpkin late which tasted awful. The hash brown potatoes were burnt. The Smokin Bacon was really the worst! It was given to us in a bag and looked like all fat not even cooked. It was slimey from something they put on it. I had this before in another location and it was firm and crisp and tasted wonderful. This bacon was horrible. Also, we could see inside and the floor had donuts and paper on it . I spoke to the owner of this location and he was rude and very defensive about what I received telling me I had discrepancies in my complaint. What???? I am just a very unhappy customer who received poorly cooked and unappetizing food. read more

Sad to say worker at this Dunkin drive-up window does not believe in following company policy and does not wear gloves. This is disappointing during this dangerous Covid crisis! Takes forever for someone to actually come up and take your order. Then after they serve a person they disappear for 5 minutes. Cheapest owners ever! I ordered a drink from the drive thru. I am given an iced latte with mostly ice and about 3/4 filled. I kindly asked for more milk and the young lady at the window said she's not allowed. I asked her to please ask the manager/owner and he blatantly says no. He says the "recipe" doesn't call for it. HORRIBLE every time I go to this Dunkin' Donuts they get everything wrong the donuts are so nasty when I bite into the donut grease just pours out I asked for a raspberry ice tea sweetened they give me unsweetened every time I ask for a vanilla ice coffee they put no vanilla in it at all so I went in to ask for some they pour sooooooooo much in it all it was was just thick vanilla cream and syrup. I am vegetarian, and the computer does not give you the deal and asked it the employee could ring it with the deal and just not put the bacon on. he told me no, I would have to pay extra to get the sandwiches without the bacon. I been to many DD locations. This one always has the garbage full & is never a "neat & clean" store. They charge an additional $0.50 for almond milk. (Many locations don't charge) convenient location. But, I have been to better cleaner stores. read more

I have been to this Dunkin Donuts more than a few times and it's always been a good experience. If I go in to order and stay a while it's fine. The staff is friendly and courteous for the most part. When I order at the drive thru it's usually fairly quickly and I am on my way. It's right next door to Rite Aid so you can grab a few things from their either before or after you grab your coffee and pastry of choice. Oh and most importantly it's clean inside and outside. read more
