I want to like dunkin, but I haven't really had much luck with this specific location. I've ordered a medium iced coffee 3 separate times and each time they've tasted like 3 completely different drinks. They're absolutely no consistency and it's time to stop to trying to make it work. I will say the folks working here appear to be kind, but when it comes to the actual drinks it's all over the place. I do hope others have better luck! read more

I have to change my rating from 5 stars to 2 stars. Since they now have new management, the service has not been as good and they mess up my order sometimes. They are not as friendly as before. If I am in a hurry, I still go there but I am now driving a few miles to Tim Hortons. read more

I give this location 2.5 stars. I think the individuals working here work very hard and made some great coffee drinks! They were very helpful and accommodating. I had some great ice coffee with mocha sauce just yesterday! The problem I have with this location is they do not seem to have enough people. There was one employee trying to handle the drive through and the front of the house on her own, which seemed very daunting. I understand it is tough to find enough people to employ, but I stop here from time to time since it has opened, and this is not a new problem. Compared to some of the other Dunkins in the area, their prices are a bit higher, which is one reason I typically go to another location. They have also been less than generous in the past with their ice cream. We stopped here for 31 flavors, and they were scooping the smallest possible portions, in which a manager hovered over a worker discouraging him from giving away too much product. We came here after and event, and were pretty disappointed. We ordered an ice cream pizza as well from this location for a birthday. They did not want to customize it, even though we ordered it a week in advanced, but finally gave in once they saw how disappointed my child looked. We have not been back for ice cream since. Yesterday, they were also very low on donuts and had only a few to select from, so we did not purchase any goodies for the coffee. While I love the location, enjoy the coffee, and feel the service is friendly, I would like to see some improvements for customers eager to purchase products other than the coffee. read more

Gave this place 2 tries and each time was painful. The first time when I got to the window they kept trying to charge me when I told them I already paid online and I'm picking up my own mobile order. Not impressive. The second time after spending 15+ min in the line to pick up my mobile order I sat at the menu for another 10 min in the heat waiting to be acknowledged. At least acknowledge that I'm at the menu to pick up a mobile order so I can roll my window back up instead of letting all my AC out. Once I got to the window they didn't even have my order but I saw how under prepared they all were. Dunkin please pay your employees a livable wage so you can hire more people who aren't the bottom of the barrel. The ones you have are clearly over worked, under paid, and overwhelmed. I am a veteran,went to the dunkin donuts there And I forgot to order from order screen and went directly to the window by mistake, I apologized to the young girl there and she reacted very rudly and made all kinds of rude faces, if I preformed my job like that I would be given a talking to my boss or fired,it's a sad day when someone who has served his country is treated like that, especially after I apologized. I visited this location twice in one day because I needed coffee after dropping my dog off at a local veterinary clinic very early in the morning, and then visited a second time at night when I picked her up. Both visits were quick and easy. While I only ordered coffee each time, the drive thru moved quickly with other vehicles and the service of the staff was quick. The staff was different each visit, and both times they were very friendly. At night, two of the employees wanted to say hi to my pup and even gave her a little cup of whipped cream to enjoy after her surgery. It was very nice of them! read more

horrible service, no one knows how to work the cash registers or how any of the rewards work. And this location specifically im always waiting at the speaker for 15 minutes when there's no one in front of me or behind me. This place is a joke. Employees are rude, lazy, dirty, and don't do their jobs. Never have anything in stock. Peanut donuts? Forgot to make them. Breakfast wake up wraps? Still frozen. Ice cream?
