Ordered 4 overpriced turkey sausage and egg and cheese on english muffins. Instead, I get 4 wraps. Bring it back, and then get told I said, "wrap." That is a lie. Uh, "wrap" sounds nothing like "sausage." You wonder why you are being beat by the garbage-tier Starbucks next door? This is why. Nothing has changed from the time they got a huge fine for filthy kitchens other than the building was remodeled. Same terrible service, same overpriced products. Best thing that could happen to this store would be for the Kenosha Area Chamber of Commerce to revoke its license, shut it down, and turn the corner into a park. read more

I thought with the remodeling that the service would get better but that is not the case, it's worse than ever before. Service is ALWAYS slow and the employees are always confused about what you ordered even after they have taken your order. Horrible service. Always. My order is wrong over 75% of the time and it's a pretty simple coffee order. I've stopped going as it just isn't worth it. The last time I was there about 2 weeks ago, I received a super nasty attitude from the drive thru worker for no reason. They never have enough help either. Asked for a receipt. Didn't get one at that time. My order felt light. So I pulled into the parking lot to check. Yup! I didn't have the donut that was part of my order. I would have checked my receipt but they didn't give it to me. Went inside. Someone got a donut and put it in a bag. Then just stood there. Eventually they found my receipt. And then charged me for the donut because they forgot to charge me for it. Never mind the fact that I had to go inside to get a donut for my sick kid. And that they made me stand around for several minutes while they figured out whether or not they had charged me for a donut in addition to the several breakfast items I had ordered. Total customer service fail. That took way longer than it should have. Going through the drive through was pointless because I still had to go in. I hope that $1.57 was worth it to them. So I'm not a coffee drinker, every so often I indulge in a refresher...I know they look land taste like. Tonight I thought I'd treat myself and ordered the Strawberry Dragon Fruit with Coconut Milk refresher, what I got was a warm cup of coconut milk with a slight tint of pink. Very disappointing. I don't really drink milk except in the refreshers, and had I wanted a cup of milk, that's what I would have ordered. It was warm from the boxed coconut milk not being refrigerated, the small amount of ice melted before it could even chill the drink. How can you screw that up? read more

This place used to be our go-to for coffee, but it has really gone downhill over the last few years. More times than not, my hot coffee is served lukewarm, the lattes just don't taste right and some of the staff are not friendly. My biggest complaint though is that our cup lids smell/taste like perfume (think toxic Bath & Bodyworks spray)--it's nauseating and ruins most of our drinks. We only visit here occasionally and hit the DD by Woodman's, where the coffee is always hot and doesn't taste like cheap perfume. read more

Asked for a banana split. Out of vanilla which was fine. She grabbed the chocolate cold foam for coffee and put it on the ice cream scoops with a piece of cherry. ? I told her that wasn't right. She said that's how she was trained. She put a lid on it and put it on the counter for me. We walked out. Did I mention all the flies buzzing around? Swore I'd never come here again due to the last drive thru experience with one of nastiest punk cashiers I've ever encountered. I tell the story often. It's unbelievable. Went to this location twice prior to the most recent visit and shouldn't have given it another chance. Ordered one drink through the app for carry-out during a dead time. The doors were locked but the app took my money because they are supposed to be open and those were the correct listed hours; lady working said it's because she doesn't like having them open. So, if you order through the app and don't drive there, you don't get your order or your money back. Luckily, I drove in so I could go through the drive-thru. Now, ordering fifteen minutes ahead of your arrival should ensure your order is ready, right? WRONG. They don't make your order until you tell them you are there so I had to wait 10 minutes for a drink I ordered fifteen minutes prior. My drink was also made incorrectly at a time when they were dead. Too many chances for a place with employees who clearly don't care and a useless preorder system. read more

Waited in line 20 minutes before being able to reach the ordering speaker, by which time 2 vehicles in front of me gave up and pulled away. First, when I arrived at the pick-up window, she wore NO MASK!, then she tried handing me a iced drink when I ordered frozen. Lastly, she didn't have my bacon wraps ordered, so I had to wait for those. While waiting, I observed all employees either maskless, or masks improperly worn ie nose exposed, or attached to 3ars, but sitting under chin so neither mouth nor nose were covered. Upon observing the entire staffs behavior regarding masks, required in the state of Wisconsin, I threw away my purchases and went down to Starbucks where I received my order much quicker and all their employees were wearing masks. read more

After avoiding Dunkin' Donuts for the past four years, this was my second attempt at a Dunkin donut visit in the last three months. In both cases, I've been very disappointed with two different locations. This visit had horrific service; it is hard even to define it as a service. The drive-thru was extremely long, so I had to go inside the store. I had to wait 10 minutes then while seeing the cashier going back and forth looking at the tablet for the DoorDash orders. Also, witnessing her having about four feet of hair not wrapped up or behind a hat and just moving around, it's very unhygienic. She did not acknowledge that we were standing there did not go ahead and ask us to wait a minute, nor did she go ahead and greet us. After I stood there literally for 10 minutes, she finally serves the customer in front of me; I had to wait a few more minutes before she came back to take my order. Again, there was no apology, and there was no greeting, there is no welcome or even a smile. I was disappointed that there was no cream cheese-filled Donuts and ordered a large hot pumpkin spice latte. I was told that their credit card machine was now working, and I could only pay through cash or the app. I then had to get out of the line and let two other customers proceed while I downloaded the app and loaded money onto it. It would have been nice to have known this when I went into the store and waited ten minutes. I was able to place my order and pay for it. She tried to grab my phone to scan the app. However, I said I would scan it myself (due to COVID-19), especially since she was not wearing a mask. I asked for the name or card of her manager, and she completely ignored my request. I finally received my order; I again asked for her manager's name, and she finally said quote "Redacted." The cup felt light in half pause, so I looked inside the cup, and it was about 2/3 filled with about a 1.5 inch of space above the foam. I had to wait for two more customers to be served, which retook additional 10 minutes, and informed her of the lack of volume in my cup. At this point, I was very dissatisfied with the service from the cashier and the semi-filled cup. I have asked for a refund, and she said that she could not do that would have to come from her manager, and her manager does not work on weekends. She then offered to remake the drink since the manager was not there, and I did not trust that I would get a refund on Monday morning. While she was in the back trying to remake my drink. I heard her tell the other cashier, "people should start acting their age." She provided me another cup that was not filled to the top, and I just accepted it and walked out; the latte was not edible, and I had to throw it out. During my half an hour of waiting there, I noticed on three different occasions of people waiting in line for at least five minutes and then finding out that their credit card machine was down. I am baffled why there was no sign on the front door informing people that they would not accept credit cards. I also heard the other employee say to a customer in the drive-through or doordash person (not sure which person) that they always have short staffing in the mornings. Therefore, it's confusing why they don't have additional staffing, why the manager isn't filling in on the weekend mornings, why they don't have a routine to ensure that they can fill orders quickly or close the dining room and just serve through the drive-thru. read more

Very fast service but a lot of attitude. I asked for a decaf coffee and they gave us all caffeinated coffees. We respectfully asked if they could make one with decaf instead and they told us to read the stickers which didn't indicate that any of them were decaf. I'm not sure it's possible for the employees here to offer worse customer service. One employee began taking my order and then walked away without an explanation. The second employee literally looked over my head and out the window the entire time she was taking and filling my order. The poor guy next to me in line wanted a refund. It took 10 minutes and three employees for him to get his $5 back! The restaurant is also filthy! The tables weren't wiped off and the floors were just gross! My four-year-old accidentally dropped his sweatshirt on the floor and I wanted to spray it with disinfectant before I let him put it back on. I hadn't been to a Dunkin Donuts since they pulled the Rachel Ray ads just because of the scarf she was wearing, in a shameful capitulation to ignorance and intolerance, but sometimes even an ideologue needs a hot cup of caffeine. The Saturday before Christmas isn't just a busy time for retail stores, it's a busy time for coffee shops near shopping centers. I was dismayed to see a line almost out the door, but the crew adeptly expedited service and sales in an efficient yet friendly manner and even upsold me on a little doughnut-snowman ornament that I don't regret. This location is very busy in the morning for workers picking up donuts for the office or lunchroom. I noticed there's at least 4 people on staff just packing doughnuts and handling the drive thru. I see a lot of locals talking smack about this place but I really don't get it. I'm a regular at this location, both walk in and drive thru, and the workers are always friendly and consistent. They get absolutely slammed in the mornings and on weekend afternoons, and I have never understood why customers are surprised by a long wait at peak hours. A good rule of thumb is if you're running on time, you DONT have time to grab a coffee; you need to allot extra time in your commute. I have had to pull out of the drive thru a few times because of the wait, but both instances were Saturdays around 12 and that's on me. This is also one of the few Dunkins I've experienced such consistency with. My drink is the same and made exactly right every time, which I can't say for other locations. Workers are always friendly and patient. I don't get food from Dunkin' much but each time I have here it has been good. I would absolutely recommend this location. read more

Was in the area and stopped in today around noon. The girl who took my order could tell I was unsure of what I wanted so she made some suggestions, i thought that was nice of her as most emplpyees usually just wait to hear your order. When she handed me my drink, I tasted it and it did not seem like it tasted as it normally does when I order it. I did not even day anything and she asked me if everything tasted okay. I said it tasted a little bland (ordered a frozen caramel coffee) and that I did not not too much caramel. Without question she kindly said she would remake it and would be sure to put enough in it. I thught it was very nice of her, not only to make a new one, but to be the one who made sure my order was good. I wish i could give this review zero stars, we went to the Dunkin Donuts on 75th st at around 4:15pm on Monday January 30th 2023. Whoever this girl is with giant curly hair and too long of fingernails to be working at any food establishment should be fired. She was nothing but nasty and rude when i started to order. For someone working in customer service, they should never make the customer feel like they are wasting there time. She then proceeded to say things nasty verbally to me like "you drive a small a** car", and "girl bye" because she was unhappy i called her out. When we returned them the girl took them from us and put them in another bag to give to another mobile customer. I told her not to give them to someone else because we touched them. She continues to staple the bag. I told her again to throw them away and she said ok, and continued on with something else. No coat hook in the men's bathroom, and the bathroom is not particularly clean. The high chairs ALL lack the most important rung, the one in front, so your legs dangle... The couches are so worn that they look like something you'd find on a curb... The workers do not have their hair restrained in any meaningful (or even near) way, and saw several of them playing with their hair... One of the workers had a particularly dirty shirt as I'm guessing Dunkin doesn't pay these poor people enough to afford basic laundry and hygiene. Over the last year this place has gone downhill SO much!!! Everyone that works there are EXTREMELY rude!!! I stopped going for that reason and because they continue to get my order wrong. I love Dunkin Donuts wayyy more than Starbucks, but it's really sad how horrible the service is here at this location! I've also always asked for hot sauce with my order and now when I ask they don't have it anymore? I have been going to this same Dunkin Donuts for over 5 years. It's right off I-94 in Kenosha County. Everyone that works here is wonderful. My order isn't always perfect and they take care to make sure it is every time. This store has the best employees of any DD I've ever been in. 3 out of the last 4 times I've been there have sucked. 1. I asked for a coffee and an oorder of the new pretzel bites. She said she couldn't cook anything at the moment. I'm pretty sure that means she was being lazy. The female and the other guy working there were snickering. Awkward. 2. Asked for butter for my croissant. She said they were out. Not a big deal, but it's slightly annoying when there is always an issue everytime you go. 3. There was a male employee having a breakdown in the store. Throwing things and swearing about his schedule and the manager. Back door was wide open. The entire neighborhood could hear it. The other girl sat on the front counter with her cell phone while I waited in drive thru for my coffee. 4. On another visit, the girl who took my order was not friendly in drive through until I pulled up to window. She only gave me one donut instead of two that i ordered. I told her the issue and she fixed it right away. That was a decent day. All I wanted was a coffee and tasty treats........not Jerry Springer. Trashy. Time to find a new coffee spot. The staff are sweet and devoted to making your order fast but a little two fast. I have gone here so many times with the same order (medium iced coffee with easy cream/ice and caramel) and it's always full of cream and basically white. I always leave disappointed. Take the extra time and drive out to the Dunkin out by I94,10/10 everytime. They cannot make a latte for the life of them. 8/10 times I order it is wrong and taste horrible.
