I am usually very impressed with this Dunkin' Donuts, my orders are almost always made and completed correctly. This time I'm disappointed. I ordered 2 meal deals but they rung it up wrong so I only recieved one meal and a coffee for the second instead of the meal. One of my coffees was wrong, and my sandwich was not fresh. I wish I could have started my day out better. I hope you guys do better next time, this is my favorite spot to stop. read more

I've only visited this store twice but that's enough for me - I'll find another location in the area. First time I came - not the friendliest but hey we all have off days. Today I walked in. Only one other person at register ordering. I walk up to the pick up window (I did mobile order) wait a few minutes. No one says a word to me- couple awkward eye contacts with people. Finally I kindly asked if this is where I get my mobile order- she looks at me with disgust and says "can you wait". what?! So much for hello one moment or hello yea sorry didn't see you. Incredibly rude. Once she finally came back to me and asked for my name - the interaction took all of 5 seconds. Maybe you should have done that in the first place. read more

I've been coming to this location every morning for years. They used to be amazing and had the best coffee and friendly service. Since Covid everything has changed. Now it's all new people and not the same. Every time i go there now they forget to give me something or mess up my order. The little girl that heads up the drive thru now is terrible. No personality, not friendly and about as sharp as a pillow. Going thru the drive thru today after many bad experiences I said in my head I'll give them one last chance. After being handed a bag with leaking syrup that I set in my lap to grab my card and driving away I then noticed on my way into work that I'm now soaked in syrup. Just the worst experience you can ask for. Losing longtime loyal customers is a problem. Clearly with the way things have been there the last year plus they don't care. If I go thru the drive thru at 5 am I expect to get fresh doughnuts no yesterdays. When I place a coffee order with extras that I paid for I expect to get them. This place gets so much free money because they constantly short the order. I get it if your busy but 80% of the time I'm the only car in line there's no excuse. I'll never go back here because of the countless bad experiences I've had over the last year. Get rid of the drive thru girl she's not a good fit for the job and get it fixed. I understand the troubles that restaurants have had with staffing and want to be considerate. However, this location is constantly short of people or menu items. I just went there for a quick coffee and muffin, should take one minute, boom. But the drive-thru message says "Welcome to Dunkin, we'll be right with you," and literally about six minutes later, I gave up on waiting. I drove to the window, and there was one girl working who said that she was alone (her manager had just left) and she was not taking any orders. Firstly, if you're not taking orders, tell the people wasting their mornings waiting in line that you aren't taking orders. Secondly, if you're not taking orders, what are you doing? read more

My kids and I went to Dunkin' before school. We ordered through the drive through and it took 20 minutes to get two iced coffees and 3 chocolate donuts. We wanted to order egg sausage croissant but the food wasn't ready at 6:45am. They open at 5. Come to find out the girl who who took our order was also making the coffees doing the register and the drive through. The poor thing was working her but off and had no help. What she should of done was close down the drive through. That's what the other person did when I was there a month ago. I live in downtown Chicago but visit family often in Racine and always stop by during the weekend for my usual, an original cappuccino blast. The late night staff does a good job and the quality of the drink is better than comparable Chicago suburb located DD/BR that I visit. I also like that the drive through is efficient and timely. It is a 24/7 location and I've never found it unmanned or problematic to be there late. read more

Staying in the Fairfield Inn just down the street we have been to this Dunkin Donuts a dozen times over the last few years. Sometimes the service is hideous and other times it's fair. However, that seems to be pretty normal for this massive chain. The one thing you can't complain about is the price. While the bagels taste like cardboard the coffee and tea is more than sufficient and affordable. The good news is there's ample parking here and there doesn't ever seem to be a long line. I don't believe this is one of the busiest locations Dunkin Donuts has. We've been in here at 11 at night 5 in the morning and at 8 a.m. and I've always been one I've only a handful of customers. read more

I literally just went on my work break and got an iced chai which I order all the time and it they changed their drink mix it tastes like unsweetened tea with milk so gross!! So I called the store to tell them they wanted me to bring my drink now. I said I could come in tomorrow to get a different drink but I could not come in because my break is over. They wanted me to SAVE my current drink and bring it in with me like who does that? They probably were going to try and add sugar to it and give it back to me. For how expensive dunkin has gotten you might as well go get good service and drinks that taste good and not cheap at Starbucks- they never question a loyal customer!! This is my most favorite DD location in SE Wisconsin! I've been coming here since 2014 and the employees are friendly and the coffee is amazing. I'm sure it's suppose to taste the same at all locations, but it doesn't. Perhaps they're just consistently heavy handed with the cream and sugar, but it's delicious. read more

Breakfast was really good. I had the Angus Steak bagel with cheese.Coffee and Service was good. The only slight knock that I have is my order of hash browns consistent of a half empty bag and literally 5 small round hash browns. It gave my wife and I a nice chuckle. read more

It's a franchise. It's your run of the mill quick American morning spots. The pastry is good when in a rush. If your looking for gourmet pastries, we have lots of Danish bakeries. The service was slow but food is good. read more

hi dunkin your food was completely disgusting, our sausage was spongey, our bagels and croissants were squished and moist, we got a completely random drink that smelt rancid and our hash browns were soggy and burnt overall it was horrible and i do not recommend it to my worse enemy. read more

They rarely have the special prices the other DD have and if you get a jelly donut or munchkins you'll be wondering where the jelly is. Being cheap will lose you customers. Unfortunately I like the coffee so I will be returning, but if I am going by the one on layton ave in South Milwuakee or the one on Miller Parkway in Milwaukee I would stop for coffee later in the day.. read more

Love the coffee- I've been getting my morning coffee at Dunkin for the better part of 3 years- the cost is less than half of what you'll pay at other big name coffeeshops and I think the coffee tastes great. I'm not so big on the donuts usually, but they've got plenty if you need that little something extra in the morning. read more

I placed an order for 200 munchkins a week in advance specifically ordering sprinkled. Went to pick it up and NO sprinkled. They said they don't get them on wed. They told me they don't bake the donuts there. They are baked in MILWAUKEE and shipped daily! Yuck. I want fresh donuts. Never going here again. read more
