a drink in a plastic cup

So I'm not a coffee drinker, every so often I indulge in a refresher...I know they look land taste like. Tonight I thought I'd treat myself and ordered the Strawberry Dragon Fruit with Coconut Milk refresher, what I got was a warm cup of coconut milk with a slight tint of pink. Very disappointing. I don't really drink milk except in the refreshers, and had I wanted a cup of milk, that's what I would have ordered. It was warm from the boxed coconut milk not being refrigerated, the small amount of ice melted before it could even chill the drink. How can you screw that up?

Poor cream cheese to bagel ratio.

Cream cheese to bagel ratio was unsatisfying. Bagel was warm and with a moderate amount of toasting.

    Overwhelmed by shopping traffic.

Worst customer service experience I've ever had here. Wish I could give a zero star rating.

I'm a regular at this location, both walk in and drive thru, and the workers are always friendly and consistent.

They've since expanded to numerous locations across the U.S. and even overseas. Their mascot is Ollie the Duck, who can be found on the sign and packaging. I learned a few things on my first visit. All the donuts are cake style donuts (as opposed to raised/yeast, which I tend to prefer) and they're made to order. The made to order is a pro and a con as you don't have to stress that they will sell out, but you might have to wait a bit for your order. Both peanut butter and cookies & cream are two of my favorite dessert flavors, as this donut includes both, it was a must try (especially because it was a seasonal offering). It comes drenched in peanut butter icing with OREO cookie pieces and a hot fudge drizzle. The body of the donut was heavy, dense, and pleasantly chewing with just the right amount of moistness and not too dry and cakey. Flavor was a sweet peanut butter, with plenty of chocolate. Unfortunately, I didn't detect much of the cream aspect from the OREO's because the peanut butter and chocolate were so strong. Texturally, the OREOs added a welcoming crunch though. It was messier than I prefer, but worth chomping down on. Doughboy approved Doughboy_Food_Reviews My top doughnut shops: 1. Donut Bar (San Diego) 2. Pinkbox Doughnuts (Las Vegas) 3. Everglazed (Disney Springs) 4. Cranky Al's (MKE) 5. Krispy Kreme (various locations in different states)
