In terms of the food I've had it all at this location - subs, shakes, salads, sandwiches, apps, etc. All of which have been made well and quickly. Their staff is the best of the local Sheetz stores, and really in terms of food execution, second to none. When I get a meatball with cheese, the cheese is UNDER THE MEATBALLS so when it's wrapped the paper doesn't pull off the cheese. Other Sheetz stores struggle with the concept. Lifelong customer. And it will stay that way.

They just did like so many other locations where they tore down and rebuilt. I do have to say that they really went all out with the rebuild. This really needed it too, in my opinion. They reformatted the lot to a way that it is more usable. It doesn't feel as crowded as it once was. But there is also some room for improvement. The pumps are almost constantly backed up with the amount of people that need full in the area. It doesn't help that people use the pumps as parking spaces to go inside the store. But what do I know.

Bottom line: This Sheetz was not as much of a showy-showy as some bigger, snazzier Sheetz I've been told about. So I will eventually try to stop at one of the new Sheetz that are popping up all over Columbus, Ohio, then I'll have a better grasp on this chain. THE OBJECT OF THE ORDER VIA APP IS TO GET THE ITEMS UPON ARRIVAL - AND HOPEFULLY WITHIN A HALF HOUR TIMEFRAME! This Sheetz is by far, the WORST location in the tri-state of not the mid-Atlantic region. Manager should be ashamed.

Handed one to the other guy and one to me. He said he was missing two sandwiches. I checked mine and neither burger was correct. I took it back in, it's now almost 7pm and I still don't have my food. I paid for it through the app, however, I went inside the store to pick it up. I got some movies and there was a spicy chicken sandwich inside the bag, not my pretzel. This is so much cleaner than the other one in Frostburg, but at least Frostburg gets my orders correct. Everyone makes mistakes; but I will not be back to the Sheetz again.
