This location of Starbucks is great. The staff was extremely friendly and even made a comment about how pretty my glasses were. They gave me some extra water that I asked for. The beverages came out fresh and tasted delicious. The lobby inside is very big and can accommodate many people. They were also playing some nice music. This location was relaxing. read more

Multiple times now I have gone there for Refreshers now a refresher supposed to be refreshing cold and the last few have been warm very little ice just horrible I just got one and there is no mango dragon fruit flavor to it they used a crap load of water and Zero ice I think I maybe have I don't know a handful of ice in there it's so hot it's anything but refreshing definitely will be not going to this Starbucks ever again read more

A gentle man working behind the counter has such a great spirit and they keep the conversation going asking about your trip and your day. Nice Starbucks! Interior: This Starbucks is newly built, around 2019. They used to be across the street. Now they have their own corner lot and decent parking. The interior is very nice, it truly is a nice place to hangout. I always see locals hanging out on the outside patio enjoying a cuppa/coffee/tea. Staff: The staff have great customer service and are super friendly. Drinks: My drinks are always made as I request them. The coffee always tastes like it was freshly brewed. I like my lattes! After a day of being a tourist in Lake Havasu City, Parker Dam, and several stops along the Bill Williams River National Wildlife Refuge, I remembered exactly where this Buckys was when I was leaving Lake Havasu City for stopping on my return. Being closer to the London Bridge, just off US 95, the outlet appears to be somewhat new. There's plenty of parking. I walked in and my order was quickly taken. Being a drive-through outlet, wait time is deceiving and online orders to pick up have to be made also. I got my standard iced quad espresso, my daily drink from Starbucks. I also got a chocolate bun (they call it a croissant but it's really not--it's a pain au chocolat. There is a long table with quite a few low chairs. I sat at the table and enjoyed my pain au chocolat and drinking some of the espresso. However, most of the espresso was saved for sipping on the way back to Laughlin. A good place to stop for your coffee fix. The employees were all pleasant! read more

I normally love this Starbucks, but what is this? I ordered a grande caramel frap and instead of filling the grande cup with the actual frap drink they added whip cream to the bottom to fill the cup. This review is long overdue but Jennifer is amazing! I always order on my app to avoid a wait before work since I leave the house with just enough time to grab my drink and go. Well a few months ago I forgot to confirm my order and I didn't realize it when I went to pick my drink up. When Jennifer looked for my drink I realized my mistake and said oh no! :( I don't have time to wait in line and order now . She asked me what I had ordered and quickly made it for me with a smile on her face. I've seen her a couple of more times since then, and she's always really friendly and always greets me, even though I'm just picking up an order. Jennifer is awesome! read more

I did not ask for the money back, but I want them to be aware. District manager was left multiple messages. No call back. I don't want this to happen to other customers. This Starbucks location is the one I frequent the most, the service and quality is great, the atmosphere is above average for a Starbucks, plenty of parking, large, clean bathrooms etc. The only con, is the wait can get a little long sometimes, but I think it's because they can get very busy with mobile orders, not sure, but, that's the only reason I didn't give it a five. read more
