If there was a way to leave negative stars, this place would deserve them. 44 minutes to receive an incorrect order is about the best you can expect. I made an online order to grab my girlfriend a coffee and her favorite donut. By the time I reached the window it had been 44 minutes in line. They gave me the incorrect donut. When I asked for what I ordered they said they didn't have it. That would have been nice to hear at the order board 12 minutes earlier so I could have thought about a replacement or cancelled. This location should be shut down. They don't deserve to operate at such a convenient spot. Let a business that cares and can properly stock, staff, and operate set up shop instead. read more

I'm there every day for my hazelnut coffees of which I order about three a day!!! Also providing me with breakfast sausage , egg and cheese on a croissant. Hard working people and favorite usually busy place for so many!!! Other items are grilled cheese, hash browns, comfort foods. Well loved place for so many!!!!! read more

AWFUL experience. We just left and the staff member (young guy) was just absolutely awful. We had a bigger order (not a ton of stuff) and it took him forever to put it in and then missed some things so we had to remind him and at the end of sitting there waiting for him to get it right he says "Jesus" over the mic. Then he hands us our stuff without even acknowledging us and when my sister went to get the one bag from him, he said "you're welcome".... She was just trying to check to make sure everything was there and would have obviously said thank you once it was all complete and not messed up and if he wasn't so unfriendly. Slow. Chaotic and lack of effort from the staff to expedite correctly. Staff shortage, maybe? Excuse? No. The workers are just hanging around chit chatting about whatever. Waited over 35 minutes in the drive through. Order wasn't even correct. Then tried to make us go inside to get the remaining item, not happening. I'm only giving one star because there is no zero star rating. I was a regular customer at the Lee location until yesterday. I had a problem and asked for the manager. One of the staff told me there was no manager that day, wouldn't give me her name when I asked for it and when I told her I won't be coming back she said that's ok we have lots of customers. This is not the first time I've had a problem at this location. Last time I spoke to the manager and she too was shocked at the lack of professionalism of her staff and offered me free coffee which I refused. I suggested better training for her staff which obviously didn't happen. There are plenty of options in the area. Stay away from this location. It's not worth it. read more

This is literally the worse Dunkin' to ever go to. A frozen coffee is supposed to be a frozen coffee and I think the cheese stuffed croissant would taste better if the cheese was fucking melted and not still frozen. Honestly maybe this Dunkin' would be better if they had an appropriate staff who actually listens to people's orders. We stopped by here on our way back to NH. Needed a boost before the 3-hour drive. It's your typical DD - it was clean and the service was quick. NOTE: I order the simplest drink (black coffee). So there's relatively no chance to screw it up. It looks like other folks with more sophisticated tastes/orders did not have the same experience. After being stuck in a land plagued with Starbucks on every corner, I'm almost always happy with my DD experience. read more

Not the worst DD in the world, but not the best. No cold case with milk/juices in it. There's a round ice case with a limited selection in it. I got the basics, large iced tea, garlic bagel, toasted with plain cream cheese, and one of the new bagel twists. (Cheddar.) The drink and bagel twist were in my hand before I made it to the end of the counter, The toasted bagel was a few minutes, but still really rapid. The group ahead of me had to remind them about one of their drinks. There was a HUGE amount of cream cheese on my bagel. Probably a 1/4 pound. The staff was friendly enough. The bathrooms were disgusting. It was pretty busy at 8am on a Saturday morning. A mix of locals and people from off the pike. read more

This Dunkin' Donuts is not family friendly. Although it's right off the the highway it does not have any changing table facilities whatsoever. I asked for a cup and lid to put water in for my 2 year old and was told they would have to charge me for a cup. I've never been charged for a cup at any Dunkin' Donuts before... not impressed with this Dunkin at all. read more

I am a visitor here and everytime I went to this dunkins they did not fill my coffees all the way. I also went to get food and they claimed that their ovens were off but they were on when we were on the window. I used to work for dunkins so I know how it gets busy but that is not excuse to not serve. I just don't understand because their are losing numbers that way but whatever don't recommend this Dunkin'. read more

I like to walk into Dunkin Donuts to be served, my visit to this Dunkin Donuts yesterday 7/12/17 left me appalled the line was unspeakable, for lunch time hours...and there was one girl taking and serving orders. Meanwhile there was at least 5 down at the drivethru lane, and no customers at drivethru....I said something to the girl, like why don't you ask the manager for help, she said I do no one ever does. I said well that's just not right to you or your customers. All of a sudden as me and my friend were walkin away a young girl, with her manager shirt half on half off, shows up, what was she spying on the girl. and repremands her for what she said.....The General Manager of this chain needs to go in there and straighten sh....t out....that girl deserves tons of recognition for her patience with the customers and her co-workers..... read more

Gave this place way too many chances to get it right- I have one order- medium iced caramel latte. They made it wrong every single time I went. I got watered down milk in a cup. Since I pay $4 for it, I asked them to fix it. Always met with condescending attitudes and negativity from some dopey teenager or foreign person who can't even speak English. If you are interested in having your order done right the first time skip this place. I live locally and was going to this Dunkin Donuts 5 times a week before work. You would think they would recognize my voice after 3 years and the order that I placed which is the same every single day. However it's not the case. They have religiously screwed my order up at least once a week sometimes 2 or 3. I have called to complain and was met with the most disrespectful manager you could imagine. Its sad that it took me almost 3 years to start avoiding this place but what. can you do it is the only Dunkin Donuts in town. I found a better alternative for the morning boost at the big y down the street.
