If I lived in the area, this would definitely be on my list of "work from home" cafes. The atmosphere was bright and comfortable. Also the food truck (that they started from) still serving as the kitchen is so cute and unique. I ended up getting the Toffee Coffee and a six pack of donuts (cinnamon sugar and maple glazed). Everything was delicious. The donuts were little puffs of fluffy batter - I would have enjoyed them plain just as much I think. Needless to say - I was in a bit of a sugar coma after my visit!

Morning Moose Coffee is an inviting coffee shop situated a moment from the new bridge that connects Topsham to Brunswick. I checked this place out today with my long time buddy who needs physical support with most of his daily living. I was happy to see that the entrance was a smooth ramp up to the door which made our transition inside flawless. The warm and inviting space was matched with the employees behind the counter. The menu items were tantalizing and unique. Our mini donuts came out prompt, fresh, and warm. I tried to be good and eat just one but each one sent me to the moon that I had to have another. ...and another. The seating ranged in types of chairs- high armed soft chairs (great for my buddy), metal chairs, and stools. Outside there were picnic tables and Adirondack chairs, and yard games. I will totally be hitting this place up some morning for one of their coffee creations annnnnd maybe a few more of those mini donuts.

Our favorites continue to the glazed twists, maple (any variety/frosted or unfrosted), blueberry(any variety/frosted or unfrosted), and of course the kids love the chocolate donut with chocolate frosting with rainbow or chocolate sprinkles. Service is quick and friendly. What's even better, they now have online ordering for pick up!! Now, if they run out of a donut or it's not available - they will substitute the closest possible. So if you are concerned about the substitute, you should order in person....with that there's even a greater risk no donuts will be available...I would rather order via that app, as I know I will get something! Parking can be annoying, especially if you don't like parallel parking or walking. But we don't mind at all for these delicious donuts! Place can get crowded. The servings are huge and the prices are great. The help is friendly and enthusiastic and was as equally excited about their Easter opening date this year as I was (not as easy feat!). In addition to hard serve ice cream, there is a staggering multitude of soft serve flavors. You can get floats, milkshakes, Sundays, Italian ice and more. The last day of the year depends upon weather I suppose. Columbus Day or before as I recall. And though sad day, the fact that you can get half-price pints and quarts does make me a bit happier.
