OK, let me start like this. I recently moved by about two days ago and I haven't been to this Dunkin since this summer. Are usually go to the one by the train station but since I moved, this is the location that is quicker to access. I ordered myself a bagel cream cheese, and it literally tasted like cigarettes and a hint of coal like they don't clean their toaster and give me little to no cream cheese I've thought it was only just one day this would happen, but the next day I came, it tasted exactly the same, but this time the bagel felt hard and stale. Also, when I'm at the drive-through, their speaker is low and I can't hear them so I have to raise my voice. I never seen these employees smile and they're always talking to others with an attitude or sometimes they're passive aggressive. I've gone inside a couple times. It is pretty quiet and clean, but there's never donuts in stock. Other than that this Dunkin is the worse ever. You need to get it together. read more

Ordered two $6 Dunkings meal, which comes with a medium sized coffee and a sausage, egg, and cheese. The worker tried to give me two small coffees, so I told him the Dunkings meal comes with a medium and he said he would make them a medium. I thought he just made a simple mistake, but he actually thought the Dunkings meal came with small coffees and charged me extra. this is the Dunkin closest to my house but I will still go further away to another location just to get better service and food. don't go here if you can help it. they can never get an order right. one time they messed up our drink and the girls response is "sorry we'll fix it next time" like what???? so bold of them to think there'd be a next time lol. Terrible customer service at the drive-through window. Every visit it is the same lady that is at the drive-through who has an attitude and is trying to rush you ordering. There was no reason to rush me because there was no line or anyone in front of me in the drive-through. They are also often out of many products. Customer service is some of the worst and management does not know how to run this Dunkin' location properly. I'll go a few miles down the road to another Dunkin' just for better customer service. read more

Worst Dunkin Coffee Ever!!! Time and time again I go to this dunkin as it has a drive through and i'm too lazy to go to brighton. Almost every time i've had the worse dunkin experience ever. The coffee usually tastes like water and other times taste burnt or expired. You can tell that some employees are miserable and don't care about their job. cough* maria cough*, making someone's coffee that tastes expired and making me gag and handling my crossaint with her bare hands, It wouldn't surprise me if her hands hasn't been washed the whole shift either. Dunkin Donuts Joline Ave, Long Branch, NJ I've been going to this DD every morning for almost two years. I get off work between 6am and 8am and use my On The Go app to order and unless there is a malfunction which is rare my order is perfect and waiting for me when I arrive. When I do go into the store Bernard, the manager, and his staff are always friendly and always call me by name, maybe because I wear a name tag, but they are fast and make my coffee just the way I like it. I even take my granddaughter there for treats afterschool and the store is always clean and comfortable. I have not used the drive-thru. Dependable and consistent are two things that help start your day on a good note and the DD on Joline Ave, Long Branch brews it up right for me. read more

I've been to various DD in the area, and this one is BY FAR the worst. The workers are simply unable to serve a single correct order. For instance, today I ordered an egg and cheese on a toasted English muffin and a side of hash browns. They gave me my order and after I asked if it's all ready, they said yes, 100%. Little did I know they forgot the hash browns completely, while only giving me the single worst egg and cheese sandwich I have ever seen in my entire life as a New Jersey resident who loves breakfast sandwiches (I have had DD egg and cheese before in Fair Haven, they are the DD standard). The egg this Long Branch DD gave me looked nothing like an egg, the English muffin was not toasted, stale, and literally hard as a rock. I had to throw it away. I'm appalled at how these workers operate. Either pay them more or hire genuinely smarter people. read more

I have been a loyal customer to this Dunkin for almost 2 years. I have learned that if you order anything other then a regular coffee your Oder will be wrong. Today I went in and order a hot chia and a pumpkin latte. I received one ice drink and a medium something when I order a large. When I asked the employee to remake it I received an attitude. So at this point I have two hot chia and still no latte. I went back into the store and re ordered my large latte. $15 dollars later I finally got the two coffees I originally came in for. Moral of the story is there customer services skills are horrible. The fact that there were three managers standing around and didn't even apologize or try to correct it is the reason I will not go back. read more

If you are in Long Branch avoid this dunkin on Jolene Ave. They have consistently messed up my order which I can be understanding about (even it has happened at least 5 times now) but beyond that they are just very rude. They give you an attitude like it is an inconvenience for you to be giving them business. Stopped for an ice coffee and the restroom. You need a key to use the restroom which is good. It was pretty clean for a DD. They made my coffee to my liking which is rare for any DD so not too shabby of a place. They did have way too many workers behind the counter that could've been doing other things instead of standing around, IMO. read more

Third Dunkin Donuts stop in one night online hours say they're open until 11pm. So I went and I pull up through the drive thru at 9:57pm when I then realized for about 3-5 minutes there were two employees staring at me before I decided to pull up and ask if they were closed. When I pulled up they looked at me as if I looked like a ghost and they spoke to me through the window. Rude employees could of opened the window to state that they were closed. read more
