She made me try the loaded hash browns insisting that I would be happy with them and she was not wrong, those are delicious. Not the employees' fault; they don't set the prices, and they're clearly overworked and understaffed. The problem is the greed of the corporation and the laziness of the management. Normally I don't write too many reviews on chain/fast food restaurants as each store is a different experience. However, this store was pretty decent. Came in to buy some donuts for my family, and the service was very pleasant. The cashier was nice and friendly, as was the rest of the staff with other customers. The food was alright, got a Boston crème donut; I blame the company with the quality, but it was good and I enjoyed it. The ambiance was that of a typical fast food place. Most of the tables were clean and the store was somewhat busy for an afternoon. Will come back whenever I need to buy donuts! read more

A very popular and busy Dunkin Donuts. In the summer the line frequently extends out the door but usually moves pretty quickly. The staff here are lot robots, going through the movements without even an upward glance. Not particularly friendly but efficient and quick and in a place like this that is exactly what I'm looking for. The donuts and coffee and always fresh due to the high volume and they do a good job keeping things stocked. It's a large store so there is usually place to park your butt if you want to eat in. Add a large parking lot that's easy to get in and out and fairly clean bathrooms and you have a good place to stop for a donut or coffee on your way to the beach. read more

I ordered a large latte and other items on the app. Arrived about 10 minutes later and the drink was not ready. We waited and were given a medium latte. As I was driving away, I realized the mistake, so parked and went in to return the incorrect size and get a large. The staff corrected the drink and I left the medium on the counter. As I was getting back in the car, a staff member came out to the car complaining that I left the drink on the counter. She said that I should not leave garbage on the counter. How rude! Not only did she mess up the order, but had the nerve to give attitude. If that is the way the staff is trained at that location, I will never go back to the Madison Dunkin' again. read more

Just came back from a frequent run to Madison Dunkin' for breakfast. Always ask for a large (and pay for) Hot Chocolate w/o whipped cream. It frequently arrives with much less than a full cup. Today it was seriously lower, say 75% full. I handed it back and asked for a full cup. It was full when returned however as I started to drink the hot chocolate (a few minutes later) I realized the must have added water (only). Tasted awful. Had to dump it on the ground. Unfortunately, will have to go elsewhere in the future (with my tips, too). read more

Everytime I come to this location they mess up my order. They give me someone else's order in the drive through or completely just get it wrong. I went on 6/10/23 at 8:20 am and the heavy set girl with dark hair and glasses working at the drive through window was a completely rude and unprofessional. I sat at the microphone for ten minutes with nobody taking my order so I said hello and a girl responded by yelling hold on Doesn't say hi or thanks or have a nice day just huffed and puffed when I asked for a carrying tray for three coffees like I was asking her something out of the ordinary. If your miserable and don't like your job quit and get another one but don't be rude and take it out on the customers. They need different management at this location and some good help because this has to be one of the worst Dunkin' Donuts locations on the shoreline. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere ! read more

I waited 20 mins for a mobile order for 2 coffees. Everyone is running around getting drive thru and counter orders while the mobile order tickets were piling up. I said something to the girl she snapped at me saying their working on them. I did not see one person working on Mobil orders. If I hadn't paid for them already I would have left. They were not short handed there were plenty of employees working. I realize this is a busy place but maybe they should assign one team member to just work on Mobil orders that's why we have the app to avoid long lines. 20 mins for 2 hot coffees is ridiculous. read more

My go to for my Lg. Raspberry Ice to w/ 2 liquid sugars & No Lemon or Hot French vanilla coffee light & sweet w/ cream. Sometimes love in a plain croissant in grilled cheese or have lunch with just egg and cheese on a flatbread.. Everything's going to be properly fresh. Very friendly staff & they get to know you after a while and now your orders by memory. read more

I go out of my way 4 days a week to grab my lattes from this Dunkin. Staff is always polite and friendly. My wait time at this store is always drastically less than other stores that are closer to my work. The outside remodel looks very nice as well and love the outside seating/patio area read more

Used to use this coffee spot during our camping trips to Hammonassett Beach. The coffee is weak and too hot. The staff is intermittently crabby and contentious and they don't open according to their posted hours. Life's too short for coffee like this when there's a Starbucks just a few miles away. read more

How hard is to run a DD, which is just by the book? Man, its only coffee and fattening extras. Been there only twice. The last time I walk in and after about 5 minutes nobody came to the counter, I wandered over and saw there were THREE people staffing the drive up. So I asked if this was only drive-up....and one kid said, no it isn't. Really? He didn't even offer to help. So I walked out. I'll never go back again. They need a lesson on customer service. My husband went to this Dunkin Donuts and had lost his phone. He went back and was told ti wasn't there. I then GPSed the device and it showed it at that facility and then sent a ring alert. An employee continued to give him an attitude about the phone not being there. The employees were changing shift and when my husband was getting ready to leave I sent another alert and he found it stuffed in a clean paper bag on top of all the garbage in the dumpster. The manager on site said he must have thrown it away. The phone was on top of all the garbage, perfectly laying in the corner in a clean bag 5 hours after he lost it there. Yah ok! WE think it was stashed for someone to come back and get it. This was over 3 weeks ago. No resolution, but we got a $2 gift card for the trouble. Not happy. Don't let it happen to you! read more
