Stoped in here as it was close to an appointment. Very clean location and friendly. They were closed but have reopened. The interior looks like an 'upgrade'. Very classy looking. This location does not have a drive through service. The food was fresh and the coffee was perfect. All the donuts have the calorie count attached so one can see quite clearly what the options are. They even had dunkin doggie toys for sale which I had not seen before, a bit pricey but very cute. I would definitely stop in here again if I'm in the area. I come to this specific location less than once a week, always before 8am. They work like a cohesive family. One might be taking an order from me while the other starts making the coffee. The woman who usually heats my muffin always seems to know that I want a knife & fork, even though I'm there so infrequently. They're all very polite and my coffee is always made perfectly. read more

Fully self service with a kiosk. I order on the screen. Waiting. Waiting, waiting. There is a stoner sitting in the corner who actually got up to do something behind the counter and then sat down. I ask is there someone working behind the counter? Response.. in the bathroom. I am literally waiting 15 minutes for her to come out. She comes out and asks can I help you? I respond I ordered on the self service..Huh? Finally we are on the same page, and she makes the wrong coffee. Which I admit was my fault because I confused the ice coffee for Americano on the screen. I said I'll take it anyway. I state I've been waiting 15 minutes. She proceeds to argue with me that she had to use the bathroom, blag, blah, blah. While this is going on the TV is blasting a movie with French subtitles. I pass by this location all the time and was always sketched out About it But I decided to go this morning and honestly it was a great experience! The lady asked me if I was getting any bagels before ordering so she can get my order ready, the staff was really friendly and my coffee and food came out fast I waited not even 5 min and my coffee and food came out at the same time! On top of that my bagel was nice and toasted and THE BACON was CRISPY!!!!! I've never been to a DD that gave me crispy bacon in my bagel!! My coffee was on point too!!! While this place isn't bad, I can kind of see why it's reviews aren't as high as most other DD's. When you walk in, you kind of forget you've stepped into a Dunkin, sure it's full of those obnoxious colors in any DD, but this location is a little different. It's much darker, dingy, and doesn't have a welcoming feel to it. I noticed a ton of what I assume to be grease spots covering the ceiling. It isn't well lit. Every time I go to a poorly lit restaurant I assume it means it's incredibly dirty so... The employees were nice. The line moved quickly so I wasn't late for any meetings I had to go to. I did notice they had some regulars and it seemed like even if the regular was behind you, they got their order before you. Great for the regular, but not for everyone else. I won't become one if my order gets pushed back. My iced coffee was good. Lots of cream and sugar just like I like it- without even telling them that. A decent DD I'll say. I have mixed feelings about this location. When my boyfriend and I came in At THE DOOR, I was on my phone but still pay attention. I was trying to open the T-Mobile Tuesday's app to redeem the free latte), the lady at the register said hey, it's cheapo. I felt a frustrated vibe when I was trying to order. I was kinda offended and confused. Yes, I'm using a coupon for a free item but she didn't even see it yet cuz I was at the door. How would she known? Either way, there's nothing wrong getting free items. The other lady who made a drink asked if it's medium vanilla latte and made the drink good. It wasn't too bland or too watery. I think that lady at the register needs to check her attitude and her ways of judgement again. read more

I love Dunkin but this store does not make decent coffee. They have consistently messed up my order every single time I went. I usually ask for no sugar and they always add sugar. I have asked for black coffee and they put milk in it. They have yet to get my order right. Very disappointed. read more

Just stop by I was this area. The shop was not dirty or any issue but the lady her name is Jessica and she said she's owner was so rude. That's why I asked her name. She Threw me the paper bag which is donuts in. I said don't throw my donuts then she picked the bag up and place the other side of cashier where it was wet from other customers coffee. The service is up and down honestly. Sometimes they're great and other times, like this morning, not so great. I let a gentleman go before me who had gone to the restroom, then when I was up in line, the girl switched registers! She proceeded to take two people before me. On the second person and I acknowledged her, asking if I could get service. She passingly told me it was someone else's register and gave me a nasty attitude about it. I stopped in this store as it is my favorite DD in all of the area. I get a rude cashier Farzana Y? he told me his name is Forrest, the receipt says different. He comes up to me with scowl on his face like i'm disturbing him, no "hello, how can i help you?" just a deep dark stare at me. I asked are you going to ask me what i want? He said "i did" i said "no you didn't" he then became belligerent and we ended up yelling and screaming at each other. The customers in the store were nervous and i can see they were scared about the way he treated me. I am a disabled vet, and was wearing my AIR FORCE shirt, i hate to think that this kid treated me this way because i'm military. The manager was called over, and he was as clueless as the cup of coffee i was about to drink. He just looked at me and the employee and kind of giggled about it. He said "he new, he come from other store" i said that isn't acceptable! Please send someone to this store and teach this employee customer service, thank you, and i would like the district manager to contact me on this issue. Oh by the way, the young lady who works nights at this store is spot on, she is the best at customer service. Maybe this rude employee Forrest needs her to teach him a thing or two?
