Walked in this store this morning around 10:30am and there were no other customers in the store besides me yet not one person acknowledged me at all. Everyone looked at me but not one of them said a word, no good morning, hello or anything. It was as if I didn't exist. Even the two girls standing behind the register, they both looked at me and kept doing what they were doing. I looked at the donuts in the case to see what I wanted and then I saw it! I was going to get a few different types of donuts and munchkins but when I looked at the glazed donuts, I thought one had a chocolate sprinkle on it, but it was big. So, I leaned closer to the case and saw that it was a FLY! The fly looked like it was embedded into the glaze it was so deep! I kept looking because I thought the fly would move but it didn't, guess it was dead. I just said, "oh hell no!", stood up and looked around. Still, no one acknowledged me at all! I just walked out. This location is such an overgrown, weedy mess outside that I thought it was closed. I was out with my mom and wanted an iced tea. She said it was open so we went to the drive-through. I ordered the iced tea and it tasted old, like it had been sitting out too long. The young woman who waited on us at the drive-through said it had been made 20 minutes ago. It didn't taste like it. I got a green tea instead. That was even worse. It tasted disgusting, like a real bad funky, old taste. I finally decided to get an iced coffee. I mobile-ordered an Iced Matcha Latte, hash browns, a bagel, and a jelly donut. When I got there to pick it up, they told me they were out of the bagel and cream cheese I selected, which for me was no problem. I left with the bag and my drink and went to work. When I opened the bag, my bagel was burnt and had little cream cheese on it (thankfully they included a side container), my hash browns were burnt and there were 4 in the bag, and they completely forgot my jelly donut. It's ironic; the Dunkin' donuts forgets your donut. Anyways, I will not be ordering from here again and I am very disappointed by this, considering everything but my drink was wrong. read more

This Dunkin' is consistently awful. Slow. Sloppy. Rude. And 75% of the time they mess up an order. The ONLY reason I go here is because of the location. I've ordered at the counter, the drive through, and on the go and all methods fall short of satisfactory. My most recent visit yesterday I used the app for a plain toasted bagel. Went in to the place to retrieve it and then headed off to work. Once I opened the bagel wrapping I was looking down at a completely burnt bagel. Come on. You can't not notice a burnt bagel when you wrap it up. I was already at work and couldn't head back to the store to rectify it. So I basically wasted my money. Get it together Dunkin. read more

Me and my friends went here because we were bored and hungry and my friend got a pink lemonade refresher and she received the blood orange instead (which she did NOT order). This location has been going downhill lately. I went today mid morning and was going to go through the drive thru. It was backed up, so we decided to go in. We ordered two drinks (a coffee and a chai) and a dozen donuts. Ordered the drinks first, and then picked the donuts. Then we went and sat down at the table in the corner. My son noticed a bee on the window, then we saw several more and decided to take our donuts home. We still didn't have our drinks so we went back up to the window and waited. And waited. And waited. I finally said something to the employee who was making drinks. I said, "we're waiting for drinks." His response: yes, you are. When he finally gave them to us (after several more minutes), I brought up the bees in the corner and said, "I just wanted to let you know they are bees over by the corner table." He said, "we know." and shrugged. I like this location because of the drive thru, but I think I'll just give myself an extra five minutes and stop at Stokes Rd instead. read more

I'm mad. The first time I went here ( 2 months ago or so ) I had excellent service with an American girl and the food me and my family got was so good. Every other time I've came the service and food has been horrible. It seems to be this girl with an accent who is just SO confused and she's been there for awhile so I just don't understand. She messes up the order every. single. time. She'll confirm the correct order over the speaker but then when I get to the window the order is completely messed up. There was one time the girl asked my mother to bring napkins to the car in front of us while waving the napkins in her face....? While we wouldn't mind doing that... is that not your job? I'm just so over it lol. I only come here because it's close. Definitely would NOT recommend stopping here. read more

This place is really great. (I did have one negative experience here once but I haven't seen that employee since). The staff is super nice and helpful, we went in and got ice cream and donuts for the family last night, and the worker gave us a little scoop of ice cream for the baby too at no charge, was friendly with the kids, and also let us know of a free event here this morning.... Free donuts for all kids, tons of candy and frosting bags, decorate your own Halloween donuts. Great job Dunkin donuts. Wish all places were as friendly as this! read more

This was my first job. Aboutttt 7-8 years ago. I still go to get my coffee here once in a while to this day, but I'm pretty sure management has changed. Whenever I go now, there are young kids working the drive thru and giggling and making jokes with one another. They ask me about 3 times to clarify what i want as they continue to laugh... Truely the worst Dunkin' ever! Ordered a drink for walk in pick up and all the doors were locked; I made eye contact with one of the workers and he motioned for me to go through drive through lane. This place must be doing something right they get a ton of business through the drive in and also a lot of in-n-out they have a good amount of parking... They are conveniently located it is a very clean and spacious location. Yesterday I had a cinnamon raisin bagel with light cream cheese and it was very good the service was excellent and the staff is friendly and chatty. This location has been kind to the Rockit riders bike club for many years and to Wheelies bike shop and we would like to thank them for their hospitality. read more

Good but not great location. The food (breakfast sandwich) and coffee (iced dark roast ... yum!) was good. The people were polite, efficient, and got my order right. (That last is a rarity -- most Dunkin employees don't understand about making coffee dark; they usually want it to be milk-colored.) The air conditioning is WAY too high -- I shouldn't need a sweater when it's 86 degrees outside. Also, there are flies inside. I kept having them land on me. Ick! read more

Stopped in for the first time on my way to work. I ordered an iced coffee and it was horrible-- completely burnt. I had to throw it away. They gave me the wrong donut after repeating the order back to me. The employee was outside taking down a sign while taking my order through the headset, so I'm not surprised. When the drive through is busy DO NOT go inside, they will ignore you!!! It would make sense to acknowledge you and tell you they would be a minute but NOPE they won't say anything or even look at you, last time I was there they actually locked the doors to prevent people from coming in. Terrible service. I went there recently and waited 20 minutes for someone to answer the machine. This has happened countless of times. A couple times someone does answer and they rush me while ordering or tell me to pull up to the front half way when I'm ordering. Everyone here is nasty, rude and has no customer service. read more

Expect to be ignored unless you go through the drive through. Just went in and stood at the counter for about 5 mins. My boyfriend and I started discussing how long we planned on waiting before going to a different Dunkin when one of the employees came up front to grab a doughnut for a drive through customer and said "be right with you." About 5 mins after that, another neglected customer who came in after us leaned over the counter so those working the drive through would see him and when they did, they helped him before helping us. If you offend easily, don't read this and go knit a cozy blanket. Absolute 5 star CHOKESLAM! One star is 50 too many. This place sucks, even the Dunkin Donuts side was Dunkin stupid. Let's set the scene: Ordered a Mothers Day cake, in person, for the in laws and go to pick it up 5 days later. I walk in and hand the slurpee guy the receipt. After several attempts to tell him the receipt wasn't a request to make a cake, I was there to pick one up, he had to make a phone call. Interim- Apparently he was the DD extrordinaire because when he left, movement from the other two employees ceased. A bevis and butthead mutation looked at the other employee and repeated several times "I dunno how to make that." While the other employee fell silent. The poor lady at the BR counter had been standing there for 10 minutes with her daughter so I, being the proactive customer, shouted "I'm pretty sure this lady would like some assistance, after all she's been standing there long enough for everything to melt." DD and Baskin Robbins owes me $8.50 for managing their employees for that period. Raj came back and said "I don't know my friend." I responded with a "go forth and knowledge yourself and return with my cake." He left and came back, telling me that he didn't have any strawberries in the back. If I wanted strawberries, I would have gone to a grocery store. A 9" round red rosette cake was all he had to produce. Made 3 more phone calls, disappears and comes back with some stupid valentines day cake, SQUARE, with pink hearts all over it. He almost wore the cake. I lost my mind on him and decided I should leave and come back in the morning when he is not there. But that's not all. I didn't realize how badly Baskin Robbins had lost sight of customer service until I decided to call BR customer service and complain about the horrific situation and customer service that was unfolding before my eyes. Prime example of why businesses crash. To my surprise, BR completely passed the buck. They apparently don't care about the conduct or business practices of the people operating under their name because all she would tell me is that it was privately owned and offered to put me in contact with the owner of the location. Thanks Ignoramus, the slurpee guy will be more than happy to take your call and get back to me. Oh, wait, he's standing right here in front of me, in fact he's the reason I've called you. Glad I could spend a portion of my life wasting it with you. Baskin Robbins deserves to fail, I will never do business with them and I think DD has over reached it's abilities. Do yourself a favor and go some where else because entertaining the idea of purchasing a custom cake from this place as a good one, will equal the disappointment of realizing that Walmart does not sell genuine Louis Vuitton, sorry. Probably should have knitted that blanket. God this place p!ssed me off. read more
