I stopped in here while shopping. It is a nice location with lots of parking. The inside has lots of seating and lots of windows. The staff were nice. The cashier explained how the chai tea was made and even showed me the concentrate box. The last time I was at Starbucks the chai was made with milk and smoke syrup. This one was good. It is made with concentrate, water and warm milk. I asked for no water which made it better. It did have a nice amount of foam. read more

I try to avoid Starbucks because their coffee is terrible. But since they're allowing reusable cups and I was in a bind I decided to stop by for cold brew in my refillable cup. The employee said they actually do not allow reusable cups due to health and safety concerns. The bacon egg Gouda sandwich is my favorite. Unfortunately they were sold out of it. so I reluctantly ordered the impossible sandwich. It was disappointing after research discovering that it's made of soy protein. I would not have ordered it had I known. But the cashier was not sure. The sandwich taste pretty good. But I have a soy free diet and I have bad reactions to soy. Otherwise, my experience was good. The restaurant was clean and the cashier was friendly. Killing time while waiting for someone, I needed a shot of caffeine as a picker-upper. There's nothing too different from this place from any other of the 3,984 other Starbucks within a 50 mile radius. We conversed about Philadelphia and traffic and city life until another customer came in. Plus, the cake pops. I so wish a former coworker hadn't enlightened me to them. They are just too good! I like this location, as parking is ample and it's located near a bunch of other stores, including the ever-present Wegmans. Seating inside is usually plentiful as well, with some nice couches to sit on if you don't want to stake it out on a wooden chair. But the cake pops. It all goes back to the cake pops. read more

Love coming to this Starbucks due to its close proximity. I have a favorite seat because it has a big table and outlets readily accessible. One of my favorite area Starbucks - it's got a great modern interior, plenty of seating, and it moves drinks quickly. If coming to relax and chill with your drink is the name of your game, then this is the perfect place - there is an area of 6 super-comfy Restoration Hardware style chairs at the front of the store. I always seem to be able to grab one, but I typically come at off-peak times (mid-afternoon; but come to think of it, is there really ever any particular peak times at a coffee house outside of morning rush?). This location always has some interesting tunes to play in the background, that aren't overwhelming to studying or conversing. I haven't had any reason to complain about the drinks that the baristas have pumped out, thus far. The ordering area has a food display case that is usually stocked with most every particular thing that the Starbucks company offers. It probably wouldn't take you long to request something in the case, after perusing it! Also, there is more than plenty enough parking here; if that's something you're worried about. read more

Came to this Starbucks right by the cherry hill wegmen's on 10/30/17 to study. There are plenty of tables and chairs to study. About 5 comfy sofas. Staffs are very nice and drinks are consistent. Though I feel that sometimes it is understaffed. Importantly this location is not very crowded which I love. I walked in around 3 pm to get a coffee. The manager and an employee were leaning over the counter laughing while customers waited in line. I ordered a iced americano and waited patiently while 5 people that ordered after me got their drinks. I said "excuse me" to the barista and she told me that they were fixing the espresso machine and it would just be a few minutes. I told the barista that I needed to leave so I would be okay with an iced coffee. She told me I needed to get back in the long line for a refund because iced coffees were cheaper. I declined and waited longer. Another employee came out and vacuumed the coffee beans out of the machine, then without wiping the inside just stuck the top back on and made my espresso!!! Gross!!!! The Store is busy, quite a bit people with tablets or laptops. , we ordered, and seemed little backed up, but started to move quick.I got my grande Caramel Macchiato, Yum..with breakfast sam-mich. Typical Starbucks. Lots of people there on Sunday morning mostly getting takeout. Large communal table, smaller tables and high counter seating at the window. Service was ok. No receipt offered. I don't go to this Starbucks often because I hate this shopping center. However, it is a decent Starbucks, with decent seating, and a friendly staff. Today I had a free drink on my gold card. I ordered a chocolate banana smoothie with a shot. After I "paid" with my freebie, they realized they were out of bananas. I said, no worries, just make it without a banana. Without my asking or even complaining, they handed me a coupon for my next drink to be free. I love this policy at Starbucks - I have received freebies a couple of times becuase something went a little wrong, but nothing too terrible. I came here randomly and actually tried the online purchasing option. It worked very well and walked right in and was handed my drink. The place has a decent amount of seating options. The employees here very nice and overall place is clean. I'm not too sure about the bathrooms though. The drink was very good and the parking here is great unlike over crowded Philadelphia. This is one of my favorite "local" Starbucks. The staff are very polite and pleasant and the atmosphere is great.

I live a bit more than 5 minutes away, and this has been my favorite spot in the neighborhood for like a year and a half. Food: cream cheese brownie is pretty good. I didn't really try any other food though. Drink: one of a few Starbucks stores that serve green tea frappuchino. I don't really drink anything, but frappuchino and smoothies. Personally, I think they're all good. Atmosphere: nice leather chairs, tables and counter. If you want to read some book, there are comfy leather chair far away from the blender noises. Personally, I like to hope on one of the three seats near the bar-counter. I love to see them very professionally preparing drinks of all kinds, and look at the line of patron. Not up to the high standards of service that most Starbucks are know for. I ordered a triple grande caramel mach and when I got it, it felt like only two thirds full. I was in a hurry so I didn't complain as I should have. As I was leaving I stopped to go to the restroom and a pregnant young woman coming out warned me there was no toilet paper. Today, I had a horrible experience at this Starbucks. I'm going to call out the particular shift because I think Managers should know what their Barista's are doing. I was in around 11am on Sunday. The Barista started my drink, and another customers drink. During this time she decided to walk to the back..get a mop..proceed to mop the floor...and than put the mop back...Finally getting back to finish off our drinks...Really????? This is a very convenient Starbucks location and a great store, though the quality of service is a hit-and-miss!! Depending on the baristas on duty and how busy the place is, you're likely to have either a 5-star or a 2-star experience. I'm not particularly happy because they've messed up something on my last four visits there... forgetting the extra shot of espresso, giving me a small drink instead of a medium, giving my drink to someone else, ...maybe they'll finally get it right on the fifth try! :-( read more
