The new location and building are nice, but this Dunkin' isn't any better than any of the other lackluster experience Dunkins everywhere else. The donuts are made at a distant facility and trucked in, so they're already stale. The coffee is okay, but only if you're getting basic black. Their specialty drinks are watery and don't hold up to other coffee houses where the baristas actually know something about the coffee. For fresh-baked doughnuts, go to the Doughnut Shop just a few blocks south; and for the best coffee and tea drinks, stick with the Starbucks just up the street north. read more

coffee was as good as any other Dunkin, but the prices were different. I go to Dunkin' Donuts every day and have never been charge extra for the syrup that is supposed to be in the drink. It shows on the receipt as additional or extra pumps of syrup. I know that if you request more pumps, then it will be extra, but why don't they do work every other Dunkin I have been to, about 50 to 100 of them and charge the normal price. When I go to McDonald's and get a chocolate milkshake, do they charge me for the chocolate? This is ridiculous. Now that I am looking, they put it down as I asked for extra when I did not. It was delivered fast and everything was right, I enjoyed my grandchildren that morning being at home eating breakfast that day.

Young girl at front counter just glared at me from the register, versus greeting me or asking what I would like. She has this disgusted look about her, and actions and attitude to match - that she hates her job and doesn't want to be there. GET A NOTHER JOB is that is the case - don't take it out on paying customers! She refused to scan my Perks code via the app on my phone - whining about it being too late. Serves coffee w/o any offer of cream or sweetener - than walks away so that I have to shout at her to ask for cream and Splenda. She plops it on the counter rudely and walks away. The service inside is great! The staff is super-friendly and quick as well. I haven't used the drive-thru so I don't have any comments there. The selections are good and the donuts always look fresh when I go. The coffee is PIPING HOT! so take an extra moment to wake up enough to not cause your throat permanent damage by taking an accidental driving gulp! My only complaint is that it is hard to see this store because of it's location. I almost drove by it the first time or two. TERRIBLE SERVICE. We ordered ahead and first of all they were rude to us. We tried to pick up our order inside, but they told us to go through the drive thru and were very dismissive. When we attempted to go through the drive thru they then came out almost immediately to tell us the drive thru was out of service and to come inside. When we came in our ordered ahead drinks were not ready at all and they had to ask us for our order as they had not even bothered to start it. This place is THE WORST. The staff of little kids are always moody, rude and cannot read and make orders correctly . They literally make every order wrong and today's everything bagel was no exception. Instead I received a plain bagel. How difficult can it be to read orders and make them correctly? There wasnt even a line.....Normally I'd just say "Fu#% it" and gobble down whatever but this time it was for my wife and the 1st time back since they messed up my last order (seriously the 6x in a row of incorrect orders) and I decided to stay away. The gentleman when I walked in told me he would be right with me. He then finished the drive through orders and I thought he would attend to me; however, he started chit chatting with the other employees ignoring me. I thought maybe he thought I left so I left and went back in thinking he would hear the chime and help me. I still wasn't helped. The staff is always friendly but they also mess up the food! My husband got a chicken croissant sandwich and they put egg on it lol. The sandwich does not come with egg. This is the worst Dunkin', I actually had to switch to Starbucks across the street because the service at this Dunkin location was horrible every time I went. They claim to not have received mobile orders and even when shown the order from my device they still refuse to make it. The doors are locked randomly throughout the day and employees are just hanging out inside with no sign on the door, during working hours even when I have an order to pick up inside. My most recent experience was the most troublesome, I ordered a specialty pastry as well as my drink and a donut. However they only put my drink and my donut in the bag and said nothing. When I realized part of my order was missing, I went back in to ask for it and they told me they didn't give it to me because they were out. I then asked if I could be refunded for it and they said no. I tried to go through the Dunkin app to get refunded and they still have not gotten back to me after two months. read more

Was not impressed with this Dunkin' Donuts. The donuts were tiny and there were only like 5 little hash brown circles in the order. They did not have the snackin bacon at 850am in the morning. There was no intent or offer to make them and have me wait. The coffee was lukewarm, not hot at all. I asked for an espresso shot and a coffee and they assumed I wanted them together. I did not. The server looked at me like I was stupid when I asked if I added my own cream and sugar or if they did. And when I ordered three donuts she asked me she asked me three times how many donuts total I wanted. I kept repeating "three" and was very confused on why she wasn't understanding that I wanted three donuts with chocolate frosting and sprinkles. Lastly, I'm not sure if the stuffed bagels are supposed to be warm or not but the ones we ordered were cold and tough and not delicious. Would not recommend this location. The Dunkin Donuts donuts in Minneapolis-Saint Paul are significantly more substantial and it is a way better experience. read more

My friend and I were just trying to get a donut and Kris made it seem like we were a hassle. Gave us rude looks and made rude comments about us to her coworker. She didn't make my drink right either. Over all one of the worst experiences I've ever had here. I won't be coming back. And I suggest not going, especially if Kris is the one working. I don't know if she has a problem with Asians but she helped the other guy (who was white) without the rude looks and or rude comments. Definitely don't recommend coming here. read more

This used to be my favorite dd I even wrote a review on my old account back in 2016. Today 03/03/2020 around 1:30 this is now THE WORST dunking donuts with horrid customer service. My friend had got a French vanilla iced coffee before our work, we drove off and it tasted like straight syrup, no milk or even coffee. We had work to do so we couldn't go back for about an hour or so. We go back after work, the place was completely empty so we drive up to the window thinking it would be easier to explain rather than at the speaker. A few moments later a guy opened the window and said nothing, just stared at us. So I went on to explain what happened with her coffee and he says nothing while taking it back. Minutes later a girl comes to the window and says with a nasty attitude "why didn't you just tell us at the window?" I said "oh we thought it would be easier to explain here" Also keep in mind no customers were there. No cars in the lot. So she says back "we've got customers here trying to chill and now we've got to come over here..." then her words were slurred and I couldn't understand her. She asked us to then pull up to the front again with an attitude. Our minds were so blown by how rude they were that we ended up driving off. That was not worth our time and on top of that their behavior was concerning and so off we didn't want to risk her coffee getting spit in. read more

Every time we go there it seems like they are always running out of everything, they ran out of the most common donuts, make more! You know you're going to run out, so make more! They run out they regular boxes and end up having to pile your donuts on the small square tall boxes and the donuts get all messed up, the run out of the regular coffee and you have to wait forever for them to brew more. Like how about you think ahead and train your people to make sure they are line up to not run out of stuff! read more

This is quite possibly the worst dunkin I have ever been to. We went in and we were the only people there. We ordered the 2 for $5 special, which was two bacon egg and black pepper bacon croissants. Walked aside and waited by the pick up food area for about 3 minutes when several other people walked in. The cashier had a lot of trouble serving the customers and then 5 orders came and went after us of varying sizes and ours was still not ready, so we walked over to one of the other workers to make sure we were not forgotten and we were told "there are only 4 of us here-we will get to it". Then 3-4 more order after us came and were filled, including other orders containing breakfast sandwiches, still no breakfast sandwiches for us. So we went over again...and it turns out we were forgotten but they would make it now. A few minutes later we had our sandwiches. We take them out and leave. We opened them up to find some pretty bad breakfast sandwiches. The bacon looked almost not even cooked and the croissant was completed overdone, crumbling apart and was so dry it was almost inedible. Unfortunately, this was a bad experience from start to finish and our sandwiches went into the trash. read more

I don't normally go to Dunkin' Donuts and like their coffee just fine. We stopped into this one late in the afternoon for hot chocolate. I also ordered a doughnut. After buying everything--which was overpriced--we realized the cocoa was from a cheap machine. When the man working handed us our hot chocolates, he went to the drive-thru window and completely forgot about the doughnut within 30 seconds. After catching his attention again, we asked for the doughnut, and he tried to serve me the wrong kind. I corrected him, and after giving me the right doughnut, he didn't give me napkins or make eye contact. Then he bustled back to the window. Since we were the only customers in the store (and just the one at the drive-thru) and he was one of two associates working, you'd think he'd be more on top of service. Maybe he was new? The cocoa was packet-quality and the doughnut was rather small. Oh well. Possibly this is normal Dunkin' Donuts quality. We laughed about it after. read more

My wife and I have been here on vacation visiting family and we were staying right around the corner so we stopped in here almost everyday and each day we received the same outstanding service.
