Upon our visit today at about 2pm February 25th, 2023 Food and beverage no supply The French cruller (we were informed this donuts has been discussed) is this true? The new brownie coffee was not available as yet. The chicken croissant sandwich that we loved was made all together and heated up burning the croissant. Instead of heading the chicken separately then putting the sandwich together. Thank goodness it was still but barely eatable. We ended up going to another location to pickup the coffee and the French crullers. Never again will we stop at this location. read more

I've ordered here several times before and typically, the experience is "normal" for a fast food chain where they are usually out of donuts or they're stale. Those issues are to be expected. Today was by far, my worst experience. Three people were working to assist clients, the line consisted of 5+ people and at one point, I realized it was taking longer than usual to be assisted. The staff was arguing audibly over money missing from the till. The clients that were being served in front of me, were waiting around for their order and appeared to be unsure of what was taking so long. It wasn't until a customer from the end of the line asked if they had someone else that would be able to assist us. The dark haired woman stopped mid-argument to tell him no and state that he needed to wait. He then asked if they knew where the closest Dunkin' was and the woman responded with a curt "You can look it up." After hearing that comment, I followed him out immediately due to the incredibly rude behavior from this individual and realizing that the long line and customers' needs would be put last at this location. (I drove to another location and saw the same customer there. The experience was a lot better and the staff was 110% more attentive and kind.) I would gladly drive out of my way to go to the other Dunkin' versus this one that is closer to home. read more

This place works very hard at pleasing the customer. Very pleasant staff and accommodating. Johanna makes my sandwich order as if it was for herself. Double checking the order, making sure it is correct. I usually come in for lunch and many items are almost sold out on the bagel options. I usually get a turkey sausage sandwich. And sometimes I buy some coffee or get a bag of coffee. Parking, plenty. Very clean store Languages, Spanish and English. read more

This DD has grown on me as well as the staff. They really take the time to know the customers. The loud lady behind the counter that used to make the hair on my arms raise on end early in the morning now makes my coffee perfect every time and with a smile! The environment is clean and quiet. Love my local DD. Love the staff. Love their sandwiches. Love their location. They are conveniently in a shopping center where you have everything. They are open late and in my opinion better selection than their competitor. This place is not big but never crowded however they serve a lot of people. They are very popular. This Dunkin is literally 3 blocks from my house. I stop here at least once a week, usually 3-4 times a week. I get my usual med Ice Coffee (sometimes with mocha ;] ) and sometimes I throw in a cheddar bagel twist. The bagel twists are great! The ladies always working the morning shift are super nice. They recognize me since I am a regular and already know what I am going to order. They also hook me up with stuff from time to time. They had a free doughnut promo I didn't even know about and they made sure to tell me. They also gave me a "cup koozie" which goes on the bottom of my cup and keeps my desk from getting wet. AWESOME! I get Ice Coffee from alot of other places, but Dunkin has ALWAYS been the best. Last week they were super busy. They took my order as soon as I walked in and they explained I was a regular and would be quick. Although that pissed off some of the other customers, it made me feel awesome. read more

Got there Sunday, Mother's Day, to pick up some donuts. Door locked, 2 customers inside and a line out the door. The guy working there opens the door to let one of the customers out. I ask, "what's going on? Why is the door locked?" He said they had a lot of UBEREATS orders and were busy and can't take walk-ins. I asked if I could wait inside and he said "yes, you're going to wait a long time, at least 30 minutes, at least". All the customers who were lined outside the LOCKED door left. As an avid coffee drinker I can tell you that this is one of the best Dunkin Donuts. I stop at this Dunkin Donuts often, usually on my way to class. I'm usually out of there in less than two minutes, which is great since I'm always in a hurry. It also helps that the employees working there have memorized my order; yes I know I'm addicted to coffee. Hearing them recite it to me just reminds me how much coffee I really do drink. Since the staff is quick on their feet; I've never had to wait in line. Even though they sometimes run out of donuts, they have a great selection of bagels and muffins to choose from. I usually run out of there with a coffee and bagel in hand, but occasionally I get their blueberry muffin; which is AMAZING. read more

Erick not only brewed us some fresh coffee minutes before closing, but also informed us about local attractions in the area while describing the intricate differences between a donut and beignet. The worst DD on earth. I have to say the young girl who took my order was very nice and attentive. Let me start by saying everything was broken at this place. The frozen machine was broken, the toaster making a loud noise because it was dirty. The lady making the food was paying attention to everything else except doing her job. I ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 of them were frozen cold, not even heated. The gentleman making the coffee was watching videos on YouTube and that's why my cappuccino ended with half a cup of cinnamon. I come to this DD because it is close by my home. I believe this DD is privately owned. The older women that work there during the morning are nice and do try to do a good job at getting your order right. It's just hard to get your specialty drink to taste the same or the way it should twice. This is disappointing, especially when you need your coffee fix. I think it has to do with the employee turn around. I feel like they always have new people and someone is always training. The new people do not last. I am giving them 3 stars because I see the potential in getting better and they really are quick with Mobile orders, have never had to wait for a mobile order it's always ready. read more

Up until this week, I had usually a good experience here as I am always in the mood for Dunkin' coffee...I had asked politely for a fork, and the employee told me in a concerning raised voice "THAT WILL BE $0.25!!!" This Donkin Donuts is located few blocks away from my house. I used to love coming here not only because is close to my house but because here the staff is very nice, the place is clean and the customers were so nice including the passing by tourist that stopped here before heading to see the alligators shows and Miccosukee gaming place. But, about a year ago something terrible really happened, they stop (discontinue) making, CORN MUFFIINS, that's right! CORN MUFFINS (my favorite at DD) which was what I actually came for not to mention their decaf coffee. Well! who is to say that about a week ago I was in another neighborhood and passed by a Dunkin Donuts then stop to get a cup of coffee and guess what I ate there, the delicious Corn Muffins. At this place the Corn Muffins were also discontinued for a while until a couple of month ago they stated were selling them again. I called the DD near me to find out if they got the Corn Muffins again and to my disappointment they say no. If upper management read this review I will like for them to please reinstate the distribution of Corn Muffins in this location.
