I have never had such a negative experience anywhere. We walked in and not one person smiled. The lady behind the counter was taking orders and never spoke a word to anyone, no thank you with a mean or mad unhappy face. The line was long so some young guy came and took our order to help out. He could not work the machine and because of it, took our order wrong. I ordered the Heath sunday and I was given something with oreos and marshmallows. I can not eat marshmallow as it makes me sick. I tried to explain to the person with all the silver around his nose and mouth but he and the other woman got aggressive and would not stop to listen to me. I did not order what I got. We also ordered a strawberry blizzard and it was half just plain ice cream, no strawberries. I am going to make sure Dairy Queen Corp. knows what a horrible place this is and how everyone in there needs customer service training. There are so many ice cream places, you do not need to go here. What a waste of $14. read more

I can't remember the last time I went to Dairy Queen, even though there's one close to my home. I hardly, however, turn down invitations for dessert, especially when somebody else is buying! My favourite treat is the Oreo Blizzard but I wasn't feeling for chocolate. Hmmm, I don't recall seeing so may choices on the menu. Maybe bacause I'm in Miami? I ordered the Strawberry Funnel Cake and it was a good choice. It included a crisp funnel cake, dusted in powdered sugar, accompanied by soft-serve ice cream topped with strawberry sauce. Typical story of the place every wants to come to, so they rest on their laurels. Always a line for ice cream, reason being that ONE GUY staffs the store, and produces everything sequentially. I've been coming here for years with my kids, and the new management needs to step it up. I have been about 3 times since they took over and they have yet to get my order right. As far as the sweet treats come when it comes to chain places, you can bet that Dairy Queen will always be a safe bet. This location is small and not much to look at, since it is older, but the staff is always nice, and the ice cream always tastes great. This location is open later than mosts, till 10:30pm when most are only open till 9-10pm. It is right off of US 1 in Palmetto Bay. read more

Really quick and enjoyable. The spot has all the things you look for in a DQ. It's clean, it's friendly, it's quick, and it delivers on the flavor 100%. I've been going to a few of the fancier nitrogen I've cream places, which for the novelty is nice. However, a traditional dairy queen blizzard is really tough to beat. I got the strawberry cheesequake totally wild. Highly recommend. Their prices are really affordable, easy for me to recommend. Great for taking your girl out for something sweet after the movies. read more

The store is nicely kept and clean. I had ordered the funnel cake and a scoop of ice cream. Well the funnel cake taste nothing like the youth fair, it was rubbery as if it was microwaved. Ugh, I'll pass on that next time. But their ice was good. read more

We stopped here the other night for some Dairy Queen ice cream deliciousness and were not disappointed. My mint Oreo Blizzard was great and my wife's hot fudge sundae was equally so. Sure the place wasn't super new and nice and could have stood for some good cleaning but the ice cream was unaffected. I'd go back here again. read more

Such a dirty Dairy Queen, most noticeably the floors. Grime from old melted ice cream and chocolate isn't pretty at all... What's saving this review from being 1 star is the most perfect dipped cone I received very promptly after ordering. "Order your ice cream and get out" is the way to go here. read more

This was great when I was a kid. I hope you noticed I kept that statement past tense.) Now it is dirty, out of date, the employees are rude and slow. Pretty much what you don't want to deal with when getting something that is supposed to be a treat. To be fair there is one good thing, they have drawings from elementary schools on the walls; but that is really the only thing they have going for them. If you want a shake, get some ice cream and go home to your blender. read more

They are okay. I don't really care for their soft serve too much, but when you load enough stuff on it, then the overall desert can taste really good. Again, like cold stone, what makes the difference is the add-ons aren't frozen, but room temperature, so you get the full flavor of what you are adding on. Unlike Cold Stone, there aren't as many options to add on, and the base soft serve ice cream kinda sucks. The blizzards are good. This location is cute, because there is always local school children's artwork on the walls. As if treating yourself to ice cream doesn't make you feel childlike enough. read more

This DQ has been in the neighborhood FOREVER. Yes, some of the signs are still from the early 90s, and I've been there during ant infestations during the rainy season, and the place is sometimes treated as a dump by some customers. But this place still packs a line with Cold Stone, Marble Slab, and countless other ice cream places around the corner and not as busy. This isn't a full size DQ, so those of you used to the restaurant-style further north, this isn't it. They do sell hot dogs and some other fried treats, but for the most part you come here for a $5 Blizzard. My family and friends have been coming here for years as it's close, cheap, and relatively quick. read more

Once they were ready, I politely asked for a strawberry shortcake ice cream. Instead of responding professionally, one of the employees turned to me and, in a noticeably rude and condescending tone, asked if I spoke Spanish. When I said yes, he instructed me--again in a dismissive manner--to repeat my order in Spanish to the other worker. I calmly explained that "strawberry shortcake sundae" is essentially the same in both languages, but I still repeated the order in Spanish to accommodate them. After this unnecessary interaction, I was then informed that they did not have vanilla ice cream available, which made the entire exchange even more frustrating and pointless. I ultimately decided to leave without ordering. The employee's attitude was unprofessional and unnecessarily disrespectful. Overall, the experience left a very negative impression.

I think he straight up lived there and sold ice cream. Gross. This place has completely changed. I'm a local and have lived nearby for 8 years now. It's now run by a Cuban couple and the husband is a professional Cuban baker. They make fresh desserts, sandwiches, cakes and ice cream cakes. Please don't judge the place by it's old 80s tiles, but rather by the hard working people behind the counter. They do need to update this place and make it "look" like the million bucks their personalities are worth. Supporting this local baker and his wife means you'll be supporting their small business dreams. I hope and pray for amazing success. It's perfectly located and gets packed at every event in Fruit and Spice Park. Who wouldn't want an ice cream after a hot day at a park? Perfect spot, perfect location, perfect business owners!

So we ordered several grilled chicken wraps, the honey butter chicken sandwich, chicken tenders with waffle fries, Mac and cheese and for dessert their chocolate chip cookie. The chicken tenders were very juicy and flavorful the waffle fries were good but lacking the texture of Chick Fila. The grilled chicken wraps were very tasty and the creamy honey Mustard gave it a nice kick. The chicken sandwich was good but the chicken breast was a little dry. The best part of the meal was their Mac and cheese very cheesy and I drenched it with their amazing garlic buffalo sauce. To cap our meal we had their awesome chewy chocolate chip cookies, really good experience even my son who is a Chick Fila acolyte said he wants to come back.
