Staff is always so friendly to me. The lady that works there in the morning is my favorite, she makes my iced coffee perfect every single time. Giving a four store because I wish they carried more bagels, they are usually sold out pretty early which sucks. But other than that it's great. read more

It's hit or miss. Service is poor, wait times OK. Boils down to kids who have ZERO work ethic, but I give them credit for trying. All kids today are only interested in a paycheck, and are addicted to social media. What do your expect? They're just kids. I blame management because all they care about is the $$$. Most owners who purchase DD franchises are from foreign countries who have no concept of customer service. How can you expect them to instill these principles to their employees. read more

I go to Dunkin' probably about 4 times a week but will never return to this location. I have never encountered such a rude and unpleasant manager. I asked her a question about her specific location's handling of a particular food item and she REFUSED to answer. read more

*****Be careful - cross contamination at this location***** About 2 weeks ago I went here to get coffee, a medium hot coffee, light and sweet. (I'm on the lactose intolerant side, but I can handle small amounts of dairy.) I drank the coffee until it was 3/4 of the way gone, and then took off the lid to stir it, and noticed that there was curdled cream! When old creamer is put in coffee you see little white dots floating at the top. I was soooo sick the rest of the day. I vowed to never return to this Dunkin Donuts in the gas station. Of course I said this out of complete anger and sickness, because I always give second chances. So this morning when I was in a rush, I though to myself, "maybe they were having an off day and it will be better this time." So I went in to get a medium coffee and a bagel with cream cheese. The manager and shift leader were on-duty as usual in the morning. The shift leader is VERY nice and always makes great coffee and gives great service. I gave a coupon off of the D&D's calender, where I can get my bagel for 99cents. They tried really hard to get the coupon to work, but the computer didn't take it. I appreciated them trying. The shift leader continued washing dishes. The manager went to get my bagel and then she grabbed the soaking wet bagel cutter. Then she put it on the counter that was covered in soap suds, and sanitizer that goes in one of the sinks, and shoved my bagel through the cutter! I was so upset, I just kept my mouth shut. (Mom always said, "if you don't have anything nice to say, don't say anything at all." So I was silent.) I got into my car and took out the bagel. The paper that they place it in was soaking wet along with my smashed bagel. All I could do was throw it out. I couldn't believe the manager, cross-contaminated my breakfast with potentially deadly chemicals. This sounds a bit harsh, and I feel bad saying this, but this time I could of been in the hospital. Instead of ingesting some old creamer, which the aftermath was not fun, I could have ingested sanitizer. (Culinary school 101 - 3 basins, wash, rinse, and sanitize. This sanitizer is usually made up of chlorine or other harmful chemicals if used improperly) The manager is usually not that friendly, but I don't have to worry about this anymore because now my mind is definitely made up. If you are in the area, and you reallllyyy want D&D's I recommend the location that is in Middlebury next to the TD bank. Way cleaner and nicer. read more

Not bad for a coffee.... Very tiny and located in a gas station. Does not have a toaster and has a very limited selection of muffins, begals, and donuts. Coffee often comes out wrong. It is not the staff. I heard one of the girls saying that something was off with it when they served me mine and the other girl said to dump it. +1 for the girl who said dump it, but the other girl checked sugar, cream, and pot and said everything was normal. I returned to the office and well it was awful. I often order light and sweet and it never has enough of either so get cream and sugar on the side and do the math yourself. The parking is awful being that it is in a mobil and there are few spots to begin with. Expect to park infront of neighboring subway and walk a few feet. Price is normal which is great because I feel everything here (including prices at mobile) are hiked up because it is off of the highway and on a busy straits turnpike road. Overall, I come here for my Dunkin coffee, but the inability to get a warm toasty sandwich makes that the only reason I stop in here. read more

I stopped in today to purchase K Cups, and was pleasantly surprised that the night crew was so amazingly friendly and helpful. Yes, visiting around 6pm they are a bit slow, but the fact that they could've been on their phones, etc but instead showed pride in their work made me happy and appreciative. Overall the store looked clean, up to date. I also have been through drive thru here during busy hours and have always received my correct order promptly. The line is never too long as well, which is always a plus for the traveler on the go. read more

good dunkin donuts, seems like they get the coffee correct about 96% of the time and the drive thru always seems to go quickly.

Awful! The past two times I went to this location the service was terrible. I literally waited in the drive thru for 17 minutes at 1pm on a Sunday! There was only four cars in the whole line. Received my order and, of course, it was wrong! Next time ill drive the extra minute to Chubbas! read more
