I love this Starbucks location! I'm here nearly every morning around 6-6:15. The staff is always, nice, quick, and efficient. Everything runs like clockwork so I'm in and out of the drive thru in a flash. If I'm there on a weekend hanging out while they work on my car at Firestone the staff is still amazing. No toilet paper in either bathroom. Pee and poo poo all over the bathrooms. Trash on the floor. No soap in the dispensers. No hand sanitizer in the hand sanitizer dispensers. Needle disposal boxes in the bathrooms. I think this place needs more staff. read more

I walked in after making a mobile order for a coffee, a water, and a croissant stuffer and sat down and waited for my food. My coffee came out rather quickly, but everything else on the other hand did not. I sat there for about 15 minutes waiting for my croissant stuffer while the employees looked at me, not offering any assistance. In addition, 2 of the employees were also talking to a customer, who i'm assuming was their friend. After the 15 minutes, i finally got fed up and went up to ask what was happening. A worker in the kitchen said my croissant was "cooling down" and bagged it up and gave it to me. I took a bite and realized that it wasnt "cooling down", it was room temp and it had sat there while they gave service to the 5 customers that walked in and out in the time i was there. 0/10 everything, dont go here expecting good service. read more

I like a place where you can sit and do emails while enjoying coffee. This place has soft chairs and plenty of tables and desk chairs. There is good background music playing and this place also have drive through for those not wanting to go indoors. read more

When this location first opened up I was so excited to have a Starbucks close by! However after several disappointing visits this store left a lot to be desired. I assumed it was growing pains, new store trying to figure out some things. I stopped going here and drove 15 minutes out of my way to another location to get my Starbies. I was excited that Starbucks came to Cromwell, but service here is terrible. They more often than not get my simple order wrong, aren't terribly friendly, and slow. I drive out of my way to Rocky Hill instead despite being a couple miles further away. read more

This is the absolute worst Starbucks I have ever stepped foot into. The environment is awful, the workers have zero to no customer service skills, and you can expect to wait a whopping 30 mins for your food or drink whether it be inside or drive-thru. read more

As a resident who lives in Cromwell I am very pleased to have Starbucks here. Not gonna lie I wouldn't go to Starbucks here just yet, they are getting into the rhythm of being a successful coffee shop. They opened a less than two weeks ago but after a good month I believe the coffee there will be great. The only thing I find concerning here is the drive-through because it is unsafe and unclear for me, but otherwise this Starbucks will soon be successful like Starbucks always is. read more

When your business is coffee and making coffee, there should be no room for error and mistake one drink for another. Ordered a flat white. Knew there was something wrong when I got it and cup felt too light. Sure enough, it was froth where none should be. I know, these are first world problems but when you're charging over $5 a drink, you need to train your people on your dime, not the customer's. Please have your managers do random spot checks and blind taste tests on your "baristas." read more

Yes, it is convenient that there is a Starbucks close to my home, but the staff there are unwelcoming and nowhere near friendly. I am paying almost $13 for 2 drinks, so I want them correct. My friend and I each ordered a caramel frappuccino with extra caramel drizzle and no whipped cream. We got caramel frappes, but with whipped cream and zero caramel drizzle. Like I said, if I'm paying a decent amount of money for 2 drinks, I would prefer they be correct. I kindly asked them to take off the whipped cream and add caramel drizzle, and instead of them doing that, they re-blended our frappes with the whipped cream... you would expect them to just scrape it off at that point. They still didn't give us any extra caramel, but that is not what I'm concerned about. How am I going to ask for no whipped cream just for them to blend it in with the frappe when I asked for them to take it off? I would rather drive 15 minutes out of the way to receive better service. read more

I Was so happy to have a Starbucks so close to me, however nearly every time I go there the staff are unfriendly and unwelcoming. I typically go through the drive through and almost every time I end up at the window the staff is not very friendly. On top of that my $10 worth of coffee is made wrong more than it's made right unfortunately, and not for nothing if I'm paying $10 for 2 coffees I would prefer to have them made correctly. When I ask them to remake it or even give me extra cold foam I'm always given attitude in some way, I'm not the type to complain, because I use to work in food service so I know how it is, maybe Starbucks just hasn't trained the employees enough? Unfortunately I'll be driving 10-15 mins to another location that's more consistent and friendly. Also the drive through is a nightmare when it's busy, I've had to wait out in the main road multiple times, nearly getting hit by someone else. read more
