Good donuts, needs tlc…read more I've been to this place before, and I appreciated the location despite it being an event. So being in the area, decided to come here and pick up some donuts for the ride home. We got here late in the day, and they were out of almost everything when I got there. I managed to get a churro and matcha donut. I then saw they did a Dubai chocolate strawberry cup, and had to give that a try as well ( they only do the cup on the weekends) The donuts were very fresh, light and chewy. They are high in price but much better in quality compared to other places I've tried. The Dubai strawberry cup had a kind of weak chocolate sauce over them. Not the cheapest stuff on the market, but not strong or mellow like the expensive chocolates. The strawberries were fresh, and the Dubai part needed a little salt to counteract the sweet and enhance the earthy. Inside is well decorated but dirty. All the tables were dirty, there's lots of dust and other ditritus when I was waiting for my dessert. It was end of day, so I get why they would not be fully clean. But there's some repairs that need to get done and there's cracks in the facade. Despite the lack of donuts, the quality was good and the Dubai strawberries were a nice sweet treat. This is a good place to get some interesting food items or sweet treats. Not a trek worthy spot, but good if you're around

Not only was it stale, but there wasn't enough butter on it to counteract the dryness. Now- as a teacher starting her school day- I'm left breakfastless, hungry, and dissatisfied, on top of being out money for a bagel I couldn't eat. I'm not sure how to fix this- but I will not be eating at your establishment for the time being.

Took over 5 minutes for a small iced coffee and a bagel- I never got a receipt and the kid walked away from the window before someone else that worked there realized he never gave me my coffee (which was sitting right next to the window). And then my bagel had no cream cheese just a weird smear. Who ever owns this place needs to get their stuff together and train these kids... or hire someone competent.

I'd rather go to the other locations where I don't have to wait 20mins for a coffee or a sandwich despite ordering 20mins ahead.

It wasn't bad but it wasn't as good as it's been in the past. Overall, I'm sure this is a super convenient Dunkin' Location for people in Plainville and it probably won't even be my last time here.

Quaint coffee shop with counter service and adjacent tavern…read more I got the tuna salad sandwich with gluten free bread and a side of the maple coffee rubbed tots, and both were very good. For coffee, I got the nitro cold brew with their seasonal cold foam, which was blackberry flavored. It was tasty but the ratio of coffee to foam was a bit off, with only about half the cup filled with coffee and the rest foam. You can either order at the counter and seat yourself in the little cafe area, or sit in the restaurant for full service. I'd definitely return if I was in the area.
