Each time I order from here, my food is available, unless it's a donut in the afternoon, which is completely understandable as this seems to be a smaller location. The food that they do have here, (snacking bacon, bagel bites) is amazing; although I haven't tried any of their sandwiches at this location yet. I've been to this location twice. The first time I didn't review as things happen, but after coming a second time and having another poor service experience. I am reviewing. The first time there was a large hair on my order after waiting longer than what would seem appropriate as the drive thru and inside were empty. The second time after ordering a cold brew and requesting milk it was still quite strong. I asked if they could possibly add a bit more milk. They were not busy and I asked very nicely. This isn't the best Dunkin I've ever been to at all but honestly, this is the BEST Dunkin in this area!! (Between Busy St, Sycamore Square, Promenade, & Waterford) Drinks are hit or miss but a little more than half of the time, I find this location making my drink drinkable; and the food is heated up enough and not extremely undercooked or burnt like I usually experience with other Dunkin's in the area. So that's a thumbs up! The service is best in the area as well, the employees are nice and when they didn't have something in stock which I ordered on the app, they offered me a refund or suggested something of equal value to replace it!! WOW! The Dunkin at waterford in the same situation, told me they cannot do a refund for an online order and directed me to contact the CS in the app, which is days slow and gave me the run around. My go-to drinks are the cold brew with butter pecan, and the watermelon kiwi refresher! (I wish Dunkin would bring back the peach passionfruit refresher!!!!!) & my go-to food is the chicken & roasted pepper Dunkin wrap, which is sadly usually out of stock here :( read more

I was driving by listening to some Taking Back Sunday when out of the corner of my eye I spotted this emo Dunkin Donuts, decorated in all black. I decided to swing by for some coffee. As I pulled up to the drive through I saw 2 banners hanging outside the restaurant advertising the caramel chocolate cold brew with cold foam. I saw it on the menu and was thrilled to give it a try. I was very disappointed when told that despite all of their advertising, they no longer offered this product. Instead I decided to go with something a little more basic, iced coffee with oat milk. I was then disappointed to learn they did not have oat milk, nor skim. Overall the workers there were extremely friendly, apologetic and quick so I can't complain too much but their lack of supply is pretty difficult to look past. read more

I have to say, this location was slow to get up and running when they opened. Unpredictable hours, limited staff and usually out of stock on a lot of things. I live close by so this location is so convenient, I didn't give up on them. The last several times I have been there, they were fully staffed, stocked and rocking it! If you went by in the early days and had a mediocre experience, I would recommend giving them another chance. read more

Went to this location on the weekend and it wasn't opened???? Hours said it should be opened. I and others in line drove to another location. I was excited when I saw this was opened but disappointed when I found out the same owner owns all the DD in the midlothian area. The one on Busy Street is never opened when they say it will be and always struggles with help - way pre pandemic. Seems this new location has the same issues. This location is fairly new and is supposed to be a next gen store. I placed a mobile order the weekend they opened and decided to go inside to pickup so that I can check out the inside. The owner was there that day greeting customers. The 2 iced coffees I picked up barely had any color and the manager added a shot of espresso due to the weakness. I've gone back multiple times since and it's been a mess! Twice I've placed mobile orders only to get there and the place is not even open! I heard that this location has the same owner as at the one on Busy Street which also sucks! These 2 locations are probably the worst Dunkins in the Richmond area. read more

I would give this location zero stars if I could. Sat at the drive-thru for a while so I had to honk the horn one time. Because of that I received rude service from both the employee at the window and the manager. Very unprofessional. No one acknowledged customers waiting at drive-thru so I honked once. Then I was told if I am rude to them by honking they will be rude to me. Couldn't believe the manager or whatever position the female held was very unprofessional. She could not make it anywhere else with that attitude. I did not yell or speak out of turn with them but this person told me I needed to be patient while waiting at drive-thru and if I didn't want to wait I could drive off and go somewhere else. What is sad is she assumed her coworker held acknowledged me at drive-thru by saying something so I guess she thought I blew my horn behind his acknowledgement but she didn't realize no one said anything. There was no acknowledgement that a customer had been waiting at the drive-thru to place an order. So she was totally in the wrong but instead of her backing down with the attitude she didn't. Turned it on me because when I drove up to the window after placing my order the guy said you order a frozen coffee. I said I order a caramel. He repeated frozen coffee. It was as though caramel was not part of the order. Then got made when I said I just want to make sure the order was correct. Correct me if I'm wrong but does dunkin have multiple flavors of frozen coffee. This is the most unprofessional behavior by two employees. They were on the defensive so no matter what I said or did they already planned to be rude. WOW! That is one for the books. Dunkin nice job in your customer service. Maybe your employees need to take the same classes that chic fil a employees take. They are always always professional. Dunkin no employee should have that much power to feel they can speak to a customer any kind of way. read more
