As I read through the reviews from others on this Dunkin, I realize I am not the only person who is not impressed with this location. I have been coming to this location for close to a year, several times a week, and recently stopped going due to being fed up with the horrendous customer service and dismissive attitudes. I always order a large iced coffee and ask for light ice. Most often, I was handed a large cup completely loaded to the brim with ice. I started repeating light ice when I would place my order, and would still get a coffee loaded with ice. Recently I got an iced latte and decided to ask for no ice, to which I was told by the Manager "oh honey we can't do that" because of "proportions" and that "it will taste bad," as if she will decide what to put in my coffee. I tried one last time to get a large iced coffee without ice, and was told by a girl "we can't do that because it's an iced coffee." Talk about taking advantage of customers. Tips for the Manager/upper management: 1) the customer decides how they want their coffee 2) loyal customers will stay loyal until given reason(s) not to be 3) your employees follow your lead, and it shows Hope this helps. Omg they are so rude. Before the Starbucks they were the only drive-thru in town so we had no choice if we wanted our caffeine fix. They raised the prices so its just as expensive to come here as the Starbucks. They water down the coffee so it tastes like the bottom of and iced coffee that has been sitting on the sun all day. When I was in highschool I actually worked at a Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins so I can tell you the way most of them prepare the food is nothing you ever want to know about. The Indian lady is the absolute worst person ever. So incredibly rude with ZERO personality. Down right the worst employee. Stopped coming to this DD years ago because of poor service, specifically the owner/manager. I lived less than a mile away and passed this DD every single day and refused to go back. I received a Dunkin' Donuts gift card from my grandson. When I went to use it, I was informed it would not work. I called the 800 number on the back of the card and waited for over 30 minutes to talk to someone. They told me there was a balance on the card and to go to a store and get a new gift card and then call them back and have the dollars transferred onto the new card. I got the new card. I called back and was on hold again for over 30 minutes. They said they would transfer the $15 onto the new card, but it will take 24-48 hours to complete the process. If the new card doesn't work, I will just forget the $15, which is probably what this outfit would like to see happen, anyway. From this point on, I will most definitely take my business elsewhere and will NEVER give a gift card from Dunkin' Donuts! read more

I have finally given up on this Dunkin'. It's very. Convenient because it is by my house but they literally don't even care for their customers. Every time my boyfriend goes in the are extremely rude to him. I am lactose intolerant so I usually get almond milk or no cream. On more than one occasion they have given him cream, he doesn't really know to look for the difference in iced coffees, but it's white when it's regular cream. And we we come back to get it fixed they are rude. I even get charged for almond milk. Today was the last straw. He ordered me a hot caramel latte with almond milk. When I looked at it it looked normal with almond milk. After I finished half of it I started getting extreme abdominal cramps due to it being cream in my coffee. I've been in tears for the past hour. It looks like they made the latte the same color as a latte with almond milk. This is not a joke to me. This isn't funny. I'm at work throwing up because they don't do their job properly. (Yes I could say I have an allergy, but the caramel had a little skim milk in it. Which doesn't bother my stomach but otherwise they will not give caramel to me) read more

I will say I was traveling to the Dunkin donuts a little further up ridge and realized this one was there and more on my way to work. I started going to this location which was much faster and there almost never a line. One small annoyance I had was that they never put my cream cheese on my bagel I had to do it. Which sounds stupid but I'm eating on my way to work. So I would pull over after going thru the drive thru and put my cream cheese on my bagel. I have probably been going there a week now and they put it on for me today! I think they must see me sitting in the parking lot every morning and figured it out!
