Definitely my favorite Dunkin! My order is consistently well made and delicious. Everyone is friendly and I never have to wait very long. The only thing I dislike about this location is the parking lot. Between the gas station, Dunkin, and the car wash, parking is a nightmare. The drive thru is usually 15+ cars in the morning and are wrapped around the whole parking lot, thus causing chaos and potential accidents. Slow slow slow. The old lady behind the counter that's a team leader in the morning is the slowest, literally have to yell your order at her or she can't hear. Don't matter though she still gonna get very confused. Take this old ass lady off the counter she causes more problems, it's obvious she doesn't get how to use the touch screen. I'd feel bad but she been there on the same position over a year. The girls are great there. But it's the black male kid sucks. No energy at all, when talking in drive thru. Seems like he doesn't want to be there attitude. Gets orders wrong constantly. And he hands u drinks in a way that makes u almost spill them. And the lids on the coffee are not on correctly. He needs to go or be retrained. I will never use this Dunkin Donuts again. I have a SmartCardSavings where you buy 6 donuts get six free and the manager they dont take the card because they dont get permission from Dunkin Donuts they just put on the card. Find that hard to believe since they could get in trouble for using without there permission. So I went the DD on Rt 30 in Mokena and they took with no problem. read more

I overall agree with reviews. The service is often slower than normal, and the staff seems to have an attitude. I have found the coffee to be overalls sweet ( I do an iced coffee), and normally go through drive thru. It seems as the customer service is lacking and do not care. read more

Great location, horrible customer service. I agree with Ryan H, the employees here get simple orders wrong more than half the time. Worse yet, they do not care and neither does the owner. I tried to make him aware of the employee and service issues, and he gave me the same "deer in the headlight" look as his employees do. It was like I was at a Mcdonalds Drive Thru, The lady was rushing my order first of all, by the way, they weren't as busy and it was 7 In the Morning at the time. There was no one behind me and I say my order perfectly in to the mic and then they say a different order when I come up to the window, and when I get my beverages, my Frozen Coffee was leaking through the cup but I didn't notice till I got home. When I take my first sip of my coffee, it tastes like someone just spit in my drink 100 times, it tasted terrible So I am not coming back anymore. If you're wondering, i was nice about everything and did not give one ounce of attitude at all. I orsered a bagel with cream cheese. The bagel has mold on it. I was told they had just made a fresh batch of bagels only an hour ago. My order was within 1/2 hr of that timeframe. This is the second time I have had a bagel with mold on it from this Dunkin Donuts. I wiil not be ordering this item from them again. read more

Don't be turned off because they are in a gas station. They have a drive thru and are always we'll staffed. They do a better job than any stand alone Dunkin in area. I stop here about 5 times a week and they always do a great job. They are very efficient and customer oriented. I got my coffee this morning on the way to the train like I usually do. While I was waiting for the train I noticed it said cream on my cup. I have a dairy intolerance. I ordered my coffee with almond milk. I am now out my morning coffee and $3. I understand it's a very busy DD, but YOU have to take the time to make sure you get people's orders correct. People are willing to wait an extra moment to get the right order. I also, fully understand that's it's partly my fault for not double checking when the coffee was handed to me. I guess that's what I get for trusting your employees are doing their job correctly. I will now go to another DD, and I will for now on mention my intolerance and double check that it's almond milk not Cream. read more
