Dunkins has totally won me over with their frozen coffees. I can think of no better treat during these uncomfortably hot summer days. Picked up a blended frozen caramel coffee before our visit to Luray Caverns. It was exactly what I needed to start my day... all that sugar and caffeine. Bro cha cha we literally waited for our food for 30 minutes, there were 3 workers and no many customers so not sure what took that long. I ordered a croissant but they gave me a sad tortilla and I ordered bagel bites and they are LITERALLY frozen how do you forget to microwave bagel bites!!!!?!? Ordered a dozen doughnut and when we got to the store they said they didn't have any of the ones we ordered and all they had left was glazed, she then proceeded to list other doughnuts that they had and it was very obvious the doughnuts had been sitting out since 2010. We also ordered 3 different iced coffees and none of them were what we ordered, two of them tasted like straight coffee with nothing in it, and the third tasted like there wasn't any coffee in it. WORST DD EVER!!!!! Purchased 2 Turkey Sausage/Egg/Cheese Croissants, and it was extremely browned with some burn marks on both (must have been because a few of the employees were goofing around inside). Also, a few other times, their coffee wasn't up to DD standards. I tried to contact their Manager twice, and they have yet to get back to me. I even contacted Corporate, and they pretty much downplayed my comments saying that they'd make sure that the manager would follow up...nothing to date! read more

Good one better than Harrisonburg. Usually consistency good a lot of staff. Manager is ok, supervisor holds it together.

I would give it no stars if I could. My husband and I went for a drive just to get out of the house and enjoy the spring weather. We stopped here to use the restroom and get a cup of coffee. I told my husband it only had two stars. He said we're only getting coffee. How bad could it be? I tried to use the ladies room but a sign on the door said it was out of order. He held the door to the men's room open and said here use the men's. I'll stand guard. The men's was also out of order but there was no sign in the door. Got our coffee and got back on the road. My latte was fine. As my husband got to the bottom of his coffee it was full of grinds. Not a little bit but a lot! Nothing ruins a good cup of coffee like a mouth full of coffee grinds. Everyone there was wearing a mask and gloves EXCEPT THE GUY MAKING THE FOOD in the midst of the most viral point of the pandemic thus far. I come through this area often and have stopped when I absolutely NEED my coffee, otherwise don't bother. The Indian man who i presume is the manager is extremely rude and disrespectful and makes pretty awful coffees that any amount of sweetener can't fix. read more

Man behind the counter was rude, called me a liar when I told him my drink was incorrect and he proceeded to call me a liar and said I did not say that. He made my drink very sloppily filled it about half way and just about threw the drink at me. He yelled from the back as he was making my new drink that I was a liar. I felt unsafe as I'm a 21 year old girl and this is a full grown man throwing a tantrum cause he messed up. Worst business ever! One star because the donut was good even though the chocolate was stuck to the bag because it was put in the bag top down probably with no protective paper that most donut shops use. Had very little filling. Maybe a fourth of a teaspoon. Then let's talk about the ice tea which was not ice tea. It was coffee! Not what I asked for. Called to complain. Their excuse was everybody's in training. So that means the customers suffer until they learn although with the low rating that may be an impossible task. Told them I would not be back. read more

They put the seats up at like 5pm even though they close at 9pm and it forces people to either stand or leave and the service sucks the manager or whatever is very rude and rolls his eyes and gets mad whenever people order read more
