Was passing through Mt. Jackson and came across Coffee To Grow. I stopped in to check them out and order some caffeine: A cold brew with Half n' Half. The drink came up quickly - I was provided a small creamer pitcher to add my own. The cold brew was strong and delicious - got the ole brain cells firing again! I asked the young lady working the counter how long they had been open and what was in this space previous to them opening? She replied they had been open for a year or so - and that the space previously was occupied by a bookstore. There is a small interior seating area. Paid with Apple Pay. Cool little place - check them out! #CoffeeToGrow

Excellent coffee, cute establishment, great service! I'm from out of town and I loved how the owner (I think owner) knew her local customers was chatting like it was in their living room and family but still focusing on everyone else too. Really made me feel at home. Yummy yummy! I would have loved to try more but couldn't everything looked great!

This place is a gem. What is bette than home made banana bread and a hot cup of coffee! Everyone who is there is very friendly. The place is beautifully decorated and has a very relaxing vibe! Can't wait to go back.

Wonderful pancakes, egg sandwich, and avocado toast. My eggs were a little past over-easy but it was the only thing that wasn't perfect (and the host offered to have them redone but I said it was fine). We got a blueberry cream cookie and a lemon bar as an appetizer because sometimes we're a little extra and they were SO GOOD! I love a good pastry case and theirs was top notch. There were plentiful refills on the coffee (nice and hearty brew). Our server was so attentive and nice that we tipped extra. Just an all-around surprisingly excellent experience here.

That tells me I've discovered something, since locals know the best places to go. I changed my plan from a soup and sandwich to a sandwich with a side based on my (outstanding) servers' recommendation. I selected the 'Monaco' but all the options looked good (and I love the names). Since it's a coffee shop I stayed for a cappuccino, which was served in an adorable tiny cup Great service. Not a fancy place but doesn't pretend or need to be.
